I recently had the pleasure Dealing with Export Depot company for my shipping needs to Morocco, USA, and UAE, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their excellent service. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.
The company's customer service was top-notch, and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Their online tracking system was also incredibly helpful, allowing me to monitor my packages' progress every step of the way.

The shipping itself was incredibly fast and efficient. My packages arrived in Morocco, USA, and UAE much quicker than I had anticipated, and they were all in excellent condition upon arrival. The company's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the safe delivery of my items was truly commendable.

Après le premier confinement, à l’été 2020 nous avons décidé de déménager de Montréal en Suède, le transport de nos biens s’est fait très facilement et tout est arrivé en excellent état dans des délais plus rapide que prévu!
Nous étions pressé car tout s’est décidé très vite et nous devions partir dans des délais très restreints, tout le monde a été très à l’écoute et réactif. Vue le contexte sanitaire chaotique à l’époque ce fut vraiment un stress en moins.
Le représentant en Suède a rapidement pris contact avec nous et s’est occupé du dédouanement.
Je recommande vivement cette compagnie!

Very happy with the service. Jonathan was able to find us a large container pretty fast, everything was as discussed. Fast replies when we needed some guidance. Thank you, I recommend it.

Prompt service, precise directions from staff (many thanks to Jonathan!) between Montreal and Le Havre, during the pandemic. We opted for this company having become deterred by the other companies' unclear descriptions of their services and unclear costs and fees. The service we took with Export Depot was shipment (port-to-port), and we took care of all the rest (customs, U Haul into and out of port etc.). This reduced the stress caused by uncertain or high costs etc.when getting a full door-to-door service, but of course meant more effort.
Cost is per volume, so packing in identical stackable boxes minimizes the chances of you getting `holes' in the final pallet. Transport was on time, arrival only one day late compared to the estimate (15 days) we received upon signing the documents with Jonathan. The additional fees compared to what we paid in Montreal were the port fees in Le Havre (and customs). We warmly recommend Export Depot!

I used Export Depot to transport my belongings from Montreal to London. I would advice anyone considering what freight company to use, don't use this one. In transportation my IWC watch was stolen and one of my bags was damaged. The support service was neither remorseful or provided any help despite the fact that I had packed my watch carefully away to ensure it was not damaged or lost during transit. I spent an extra proportion on the cost on insurance yet the insurance did not provide cover. In conclusion, not only was my watch stolen whilst under their control but they were unhelpful and rude and I am yet to still have any compensation for my watch. I would not use this service, and advice anyone against it.

I called because my package from ebay says my package landed here and says its delivered, i called to ask while also providing the tracking number, the person behind the phone was trying to b aggressive and scary and he said ebay has nothing to do with us and cut the call.i know it has nothing to do woth you, but my package says it landed in your department.i wanna confirm that it did i don’t care about the rest.plus i put on a nice man act, couldve acted crazy like him.
