Their screens always mess up. I had mine repaired for barely a month and there’s no guarantee… hasn’t been dropped and barely been used and the lED of the screen is completely blacking out. DoNOT go to them. They charge prices for things that don’t work and when they malfunction; they won’t do anything

Bought an iPhone charger at this shop for 10 cad. It stopped working the same day. When I came to complain about the product, they refused to exchange or return money. I don’t advise to buy anything at this shop, it’s a lottery.
I didn’t use it roughly (as the owner mentions in the reply), I simply carried it in my bag. Every product can be returned during at least 14 day period and I came at my availability. Your cable stopped charging the phone the same day. You are not honest, you are rude and selling low quality stuff. And yes I'll submit a complaint about you tho the corresponding departments. Either police or customer service agency. It's not about money it's about getting what you pay for.

The customer is below par, in fact, each time that I have visited this kiosk, the owner has been rude and disinterested.

They are thiefs, they sell material that doesn't work and when you try to talk to them they tell you no reimbursement and no change. So basically they sell you broken stuff and you can't do anything about it. Very dishonest people
