Won’t be coming back. Ordered a salad and it was so salty, it was impossible to eat. They don’t have any veggie options.

The food is delicious. I am obsessed with their homemade potatoes. I also love their strawberry milkshakes. It is perfectly balanced. Not too dense. Not too sweet. Their menu is really interesting as well. I usually know what I want to eat as soon as I see the menu, but I hesitated because everything looked really good. I ended up choosing the tacos. I highly recommend it. It is like an explosion of flavours in your mouth.

What a cute and charming spot! Super cozy and their menu is simplistic which I love. The food was great! Portions aren’t too large and prices are fair. The coffee wasn’t my favourite. The staff was kind and the wait was not long at all!

Petite place bien cosy, bien agréable comme on aime par ces temps hivernaux. Pas de réservation au préalable mais il y avait environ 10 personnes avant nous. En 15-20mn elles étaient toutes installées (bon roulement dans l’établissement sans sentir un sentiment d’urgence). Les repas étaient EXCELLENTS. Je n’ai rien à redire sur mes plats… très goûteux pour le Benny Mac avec poutine et très fluffy pour les short stack. Les breuvages aussi étaient excellents. Le service … TOP. J’y retournerai certainement en revenant à Montréal.

Honnêtement, je ne comprends pourquoi les gens attendront aussi longtemps pour ce restaurant. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés (nous étions 6), notre table était sale et les chaises également. Lorsqu'on reçoit le menu il nous a semblé cher et avec peu d'option. Nous avons reçu nos assiettes et nous avons été doublement déçu. Il y avait une erreur sur une des commandes et ceux qui avaient des pommes de terres dans leur assiette se sont vu recevoir des pommes terres brulés et sans goût. Mon cousin a reçu des oeufs pochés alors qu'il avait demander des oeufs brouillés. De plus, il a reçu ses oeufs après avoir fini son assiette. Le plat de pancake est ridicule, une assiette de deux petits pancakes qui n'ont rien d'extraordinaire. Les huevos rancheros sont décevant. En général, les plats étaient froid, le café fade et les prix sont élevés pour les portions. Gastronomiquement parlant, il n'y avait rien d'extraordinaire qui vous fait sortir de votre zone de confort ou qui explose de saveur. Pour ceux qui mettent 5 étoiles, c'est à se demander ce qu'il mange le matin à la maison. Je recommande Regine Café ou L'Avenue pour un brunch. Fabergé c'est à éviter!

I ordered the chicken waffle and I believe something must be done to make that dish better. The chicken was rather dry, the waffles were soft and the flavour of the batter was off, lastly the potatoes were overly burnt. I can’t comment on the rest of the menu but I didn’t end up eating the plate. I did pay the totality of my bill and tipped the standard 15%. It’s unfortunate I couldn’t enjoy my experience there since the place is super cute and the waitress and waiters were pleasant. I would give the dish 1 star but I’m really leaving a review in hopes that they fix the problem! It seems to me that quality and price was not there…

We had the best breakfast and server today. Sara was amazing. She recommended the French Toast and we also ordered the Eggs Benedict with avocado. Both excellent and delicious choices. Also ordered the Mimosas with Pear juice recommended by Sara. The cappuccino was also perfect. Faberge was the perfect ending to our weekend in Montreal. We can’t wait to return and were sad to leave! Sara made our day!

Best chicken and waffles I had so far. Their hashbrowns were crispy and perfectly done. Ordered the Mango yogurt Smoothie and it was absolutely delicious. Very creamy and rich in flavor. Reminds me of indian Mango Lassi. 100% recommend. Service was great as well and a lovely place for dates or brunch with friends.

This used to be a very good brunch place. The quality and quantity have diminished. The service was subpar, waitress would "check on us" but she has already walked away before we could answer, minimal eye contact. The potatoes were decent but rest of the brunch lacked flavor and was inconsistent. Overpriced.
The latte was watered down. Would not come back anymore.

Super petit resto pour le bruncher. Les employés sont très accueillants et le service est rapide. La poutine déjeuner est vraiment délicieuse et la portion très généreuse. Petit bémol, bien que le plat fut délicieux il n'était pas chaud. Peu importe, ça vaux le detour.

The breakfast, the coffees, the service and just everything was absolutely amazing! My wife and I couldn’t have been happier and will return for some chicken and waffles.

Great spot for breakfast. Chicken and waffles are always solid. Bring an empty belly and a full wallet. Portions are good sizes, but you'll pay for them. A strong recommend!

Some pretty good chow here but the service can be hit and miss. Price is a little high for what it is but it's fun and pretty good food.

On s'est régalé, le déjeuner est super bon, les 2 étoiles en moins sont pour le "serveur" super désagréable, hautain à souhait, et mal poli! On venait d'arriver a Montreal, on nous a dit que les gens étaient tous accueillant et souriant.
Les c*** sont de partout malheureusement!

Delicious food, quick service, safe distancing policies, and in a lively neighborhood full of little boutiques to shop after. Definitely one of my favorite brunch places now in town

Samedi brunch nous avons attendu en fil environ 15 minutes. Nous avons pris le café latté caramel qui est délicieux. Ensuite, gauffres et poulet frit qui vient avec patates la portion copieuse. Il faut ajouter le sirop d'érable au sinon très sec, mais savoureux.

Me and my mother waited about 30 minutes on a busy saturday to get in. Once we were seated the service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was so fun and we ordered the smoked salmon eggs benedict, which was delicious. The breakfast potatos were something else, so crispy and salty and perfect. The lemonade was not my favorite, too watery for my taste. Other than that I have no complaints at all! What a hip little spot.

Used to be good but not anymore? The egg we got on the benedict was fully boiled. The first brunch restaurant in Montreal that we’ve been to with a bad egg. Lol. The service was pretty slow too.

Waiting time for the food was longer than waiting time to get a table. Restaurant was overflowed with clients. Breakfast poutine was pretty good. Good service and good food.

It’s a first come first served, so be ready to wait a little moment if you go for brunch on the weekends. Very well located, the front terrasse was a really nice spot. Food was delicious and very big plates. I had their special of the day the hulk bagel and it was much yummy. The smoothie Flounder was also very good.

They have a good menu, the attention is great and food taste really great.
In the summer they have a ncie terrace.

Just ordered the Breakfast sandwich with jambon. Absolutely INCREDIBLE. Potatoes are AMAZING, cripsy on the outside. Everything came hot and delicious which is hard for breakfast food! Honestly a new favorite.

Choix assez limité dans le menu. Il faut payer pour avoir du café filtre (première fois que je vois qu'on est chargé pour du café filtre dans un restaurant déjeuner). Si on commande du pain doré/crêpe/gauffre on doit payer un extra pour avoir du sirop d'érable. La nourriture est bonne, sans plus. Rien qui sort de l'ordinaire selon moi. Disons que je ne ferai plus la file pendant 40 minutes pour manger ici.

Very cute brunch spot with very delicious food. The service was very quick and we hardly had to wait to receive our orders. We were very lucky that it wasn’t super busy when we arrived so we didn’t have to line up. We ordered the rustique eggs Benedict as well as a waffle dish and both were very much to our liking with the only complaint being that there really was not that many mushrooms in the rustique eggs Benedict. Overall very cute brunch spot and definitely worth waiting in line for.

We waited 15 mins for a small cappuccino and 45 minutes for our food to arrive.the waitress was sneakily rude.the food was good, and it was a nice environment.

We were 6 people and waited in the line for our spot and they kicked us out cause we were 6 ppl and they wouldn't let us wait in the line inside.terrible service. When we tried to talk to the staff she was so rude to us!

Great place, good vibe, tasty food and amazing Chicken and Waffles. However The services is very very slow and the girl at the front was very rude, yelling at people to go against the wall or wait outside, as if we are in school. Asked for water and never got it. Ordered apple juice and orange juice, waitress never mentioned the sizes available. So we ended up getting two mini cups of juice.

I probably wouldn’t comeback to this place nor recommend it to anyone, based on the very very bad and unprofessional service.

Me and my girlfriend visiting from NY popped in here looking for a quick bite before our trip back to home. Left extremely happy and satisfied with not only the food but also with the service. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. We sat at the bar and the barista was so nice and welcoming, food was amazing, overall great experience. Would recommend.

Solid breakfast place with standard brunch menu. Prepare to wait 10-15 minutes during rush hour. I had steak and eggs. The steak was good but a bit small in size. Eggs and potatoes are on pint. The atmosphere is pleasant with the smell of fresh bagels. We waited about 10-15 to place the order. Overall good experience. Firm 4 stars.

Hipster service -? I came in as a single at two on a Saturday, took them a few minutes to seat me but then the waitress didn't come - even after I'd asked and waited five minutes. Also had to ask for water as well. I walked out.

The service is great but be warned the food can be a little patchy. I ordered the okonomiyaki, lured by the fact it is one of their specialities. I am not sure who designed this dish, but they had obviously never had an okonomiyaki. What I was served was a fluffy American pancake, with some cabbage and bacon in it. Oh dear. They should be able to find a Japanese restaurant in Montreal, surely, that serves okonomiyaki and copy that. It was pretty tasty - just shouldn't be described as okonomiyaki. Also the salad was smothered with a gross dressing so I had to order a side of home fries to supplement my meal (the home fries were excellent though - just wished I hadn't had to pay extra for them.)

I went to Fabergé for brunch with some friends. We'd heard about the lineups so went early, had no problem getting a table for 4 people at 10am. The only issue was our table was right by the door so we always got a blast of cold air whenever someone came in, not the best in winter in Montreal!
I ordered one of the specials, it was a southern eggs benedict which was so good. The cornbread was soft, the eggs were runny, there was enough hollandaise, it was great. Unlimited refills on the coffee which was a nice touch. Our server was really nice, friendly and chatty and took time to recommend menu items.

The ambient is great and everyone is nice there. But in comparison with other brunches, I think this one lacks their own flavor to the dishes. And I do not like their potatoes.

Delicious food, the chicken and waffles is to die for and make sure you take a side of Max n Cheese beignets, they're incredible! Service is top notch!

Très belle place où il est possible de se faire plaisir avec un brunch traditionnel voir même de varier avec du presque tout salé pour un vrai mix entre repas du midi et brunch! La déco est simple mais correspond tout à fait au quartier un peu bobo et au style du restaurant! Conclusion, un peu plus dispendieux que d'autres places mais à essayer!

A little birdie told me this place has fantastic waffles, and of course, being a fan of waffles, I had to come! Word of advice when coming on the weekend, COME EARLY! We arrived at 930am with three tables taken. By 10: 15, the restaurant was packed as quickly as my 2nd cup of coffee was topped off. Cute decor, great for instageam -worthy shots lol (came with a food blogger). I thought the chicken and waffle would've been a hit, but the stuffed bacon waffle won our hearts. Candied bacon. Need I say more? Worth coming back to try other items off the menu!

When i saw this place on their instagram, i thought everything looked good! All i wanted all week was to go there. Food was AMAZING. Morr info on the experience and the reason for the 4 stars below.

I finally went, it was great in general! First of all, just walking by the shop, we could smell the food being cooked, i was starving and i had high hopes!

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the was a line up to get in whuch was expected because we got there at around 12: 15. It took about 15 mins for us to get seated which isn't that bad in lunch time (we were 2).

They gaves us water and glasses but there was something in it. Obviously, that didn't make a good impression. We talked about it to the server and she immediately apologized and offered to change the glasses and the bottle. So they managed the issue with care.

But the wait was long.too long, so much so that we contemplated to get out. It took almost 30 mins just to give our order to the server. Fortunately, the food took about 10 mins to arrive so that's ok.

I got to say, i had the breakfast poutine and that has to be one on my favourite poutine i have ever tasted. I truly recommend that. Even though the experience wasn't perfect, I am definitely coming back to taste the rest because the entire menu looks amazing!

A quaint and eclectic restaurant at 25 Fairmount just the west of st. Lawrence Boulevard. Is just passed the Fairmount Bagel Bakery and the street is littered with eclectic little joints that make two or three blocks in the area very interesting. The restaurant is self-service a decent fair at a decent price I guess mostly Breakfast Tea kind of brunch food and the staff is also interesting and eclectic and Charming. Pricing is reasonable and even at a quiet lunch it was almost packed as it seems to be highly popular. They're very very busy on weekends and you're lucky to get in at all. There's only one thing I could say that is truly negative about the restaurant and that is that the Acoustics are absolutely horrible and you'll be hard-pressed to hear the person next to you speaking unless it's right into your ear shouting. It's just a very very badly set up place for absorbing acoustics. Or to be more direct, it's noisy as hell even when it's half full. That stops me from going back but the Charmin the interestings of all the place would bring me back again. Obviously I'm torn between totally devastatingly horrible Acoustics versus a charm of the place and the menu and the staff

My friend and I came back here because we love the chicken and waffles plate, but were very disappointed today with our orders. We each ordered the half chicken and waffles (2 pieces of waffle and 2 pieces of chicken) and the pieces of chicken were super small, almost like one small piece cut into two. We asked if we could change our orders to full plates but the waitress said we couldn't but we could order a side order of chicken which was 1 piece of chicken for $6! Considering the sizes of chicken on our plates we said "no thanks. " Seriously. Considering the prices your resto could do better with portion sizes if you want your customers to come back!

While the food was good, many other factors brought our experience down. First off is the long wait time. We were seated after about 15 minutes and thought that was it. It was 20 minutes more before a server got to our table to take the order. Once our order was taken, a half-hour passed before we were told our food should be out soon.another 20 minutes. Food was better than your average breakfast place but not good enough for almost 90 minutes. The biggest complaint I had was the food handling. We were facing the kitchen and things we saw, especially with toasted items, were disgusting. Thankfully we had not ordered those items. The kitchen chef we saw was wiping counters and plates with same rag and not wearing gloves. 4 stars for the food, 2 stars for the experience.
