Fabricville - magasin de tissus

Y a vraiment de jolies choses! Mais alors le service client… peut être que j’ai pas eu de chance, mais bon une vendeuse nous a comme bousculé passant devant nous comme si nous dérangions sans même dire juste « excusez moi ». Les tissus que je voulais n’y était pas tant pis mais quand j’explique que le site ne me permet pas de faire une collecte en magasin contrairement à ce que la vendeuse me disait, elle s’en fiche absolument, aucune solution. Le site d’ailleurs parlons en, dès que j’essaie de me connecter « mot de passe expiré » je le refais et je tente de me reconnecter « mot de passe expiré » y a de quoi devenir fou.

Synthetic, synthetic, synthetic and expensive! As an interior designer in the UK, I wasn’t expecting much from this but still, what a disappointment. Expensive yet terribly cheap quality fabrics and notions. I can’t comment on customer service as I didn’t even get that far. What dreadful choice this shop has to offer. Seems to be a common issue, and not just for fabrics, in this province. Synthetic and plastic everything at the price of the best stuff in Europe. Awful.

My daughter and her friend was here to buy fabric to make matching blankets. They found the pattern that they liked and ordered 2x2m. The lady in the store cut the first 2 meters and then discovered that there was only 1 meter left on the roll. My daughter and her friend then wanted a different pattern so they could make matching blankets but were told that they had to buy the 2 meter that she had already cut. The store did not deliver what was ordered. Unacceptable that they force a customer to buy an order only partly fulfilled. Double unacceptable that they take advantage of young people like this.

Beau magasin. Bin service. Mais je cherchais une pellicule adhésive pour réparer des meubles et ils n'en avaient pas.

Les choix de tissu ne sont pas très contemporains. Même si les employés sont tres gentils, ils ne sont pas très aidant. Ils ne savent pas où sont rangés les articles.

They have everything and anything when it comes to your fabric needs, some of the fabrics are expensive but you pay for what you need.

Très déçue du service. Voilà 2 fois que j’y vais pour la même chose, trouver un curseur pour fermeture éclair pour mon manteau d’hiver (zipper slider). À chaque fois, je me suis déplacée avec le manteau pour être sûre d’obtenir le bon élément. 2 fois j’ai demandé conseil car je ne savais pas lequel prendre. Les 2 fois, j’avais vraiment l’impression de déranger alors qu’il n’y avait presque personne et les 2 fois on m’a vendu la mauvaise taille de curseur. À l’heure actuelle j’ai dépensé plus de 15$ pour rien et le pire est que l’on m’annonce que je ne peux me faire rembourser car le paquet est ouvert. Bien sûr qu’il est ouvert c’est ainsi que j’ai pu voir que ce n’était pas le bon modèle. La 2e fois le paquet mentionnait qu’un des curseurs était taille D (ce que je recherchais apparemment) mais aucun curseur taille D dans le paquet et je ne peux me faire rembourser. Une vraie honte!

If you order online, cross your fingers. They find it completely fine to a) send the wrong fabric b) ask you to take several pictures to figure out if they made a mistake c) ask you to return it for validation d) refund you regardless if you had mentioned several times you wanted the right fabric to be sent and not get a refund as it was on special and it is no longer on special e) not compensate you in any way as you did not make a mistake but now you are expected to do another order and pay the full price f) not replying to your email if they feel they are done

And, no. You don't get any message with refund or after the refund. They are done.

I wish they did not end their customer service emails with "If there is anything further we can do to help make your shopping experience more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to communicate with us. " as clearly they are not ready to do so or reply.

You make an error, you make good on it. That is pretty basic. Not impressed.
