Fabricville - Magasin de Tissus

This one is our favorite location.
They have some amazing service people. (And maybe one not so much.)

I found what I wanted. Their cotton selection was not as great as other Fabricville stores I've been in.

There are not as many choices in print as I found in their sister store Fabricland in Ottawa

Very unprofessional staff, went to return a fabric they aaid no return (which I don't mind when it's told beforehand) although that's written in small ink on the bill. Even at that I didn't mind their rules, although what I minded is their treatment, the manager started screaming at me saying no return that's unhygienic in the nost loud, disrespectful tone ever. NEVER RETURNING HERE EVER. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Great place for all fabrics, equipment, ready made blinds and pillows to match, tools and you name it. One stop shop. Prices are slightly past my limit on certain items, however they do have sales very often, including a club membership for further discounts. Been coming here for several years

Very efficient and polite ladies at the cutting table. Lots of sales.

Not the the most helpful staff. Like the saying (Can't complain about the service there isn't any.) You lost me, no longer a customer of the establishment. I left without buying the materials I needed, you lost $250 easy. No stars is what I give you. I will blog about this bad experience so other people don't waste their time.

Personnel non respectueux j’ai demandé de l’aide. Aucun veut aider. Chaque préposée m’envoie a l autre. Jamais vu tél négligence au clients. J’ai quitté les lieux et jamais je retourne à tel place

Biggest Fabricville I've ever seen. If you're looking for cloth, or patterns, or anything related to sewing or home fabrics, don't bother going to smaller places. Avoid the frustration and come straight here. Helpful and knowledgeable staff show some incredible patience even if you have a long list of questions.

They overcharged me again. The clerk argued that my material was not on special. When I got home and checked the website I saw that it was. Same code so yes They owe me over 35$ for my order. I don’t trust them anymore. Will call head office and complain.
Revised review after I called and went back,
The assistant manager was nice and apologized and refunded me what I was owed. So if you think there is a mistake ask for a manager they seemed to be more knowledgeable and helpful.

They have nice material and the staff is nice. But encountering bitter rude old ladies arguing is commun over there unfortunately.

I would have given at least 4 stars for the fabric quality, space, and customer service. The continued problem that I have with this site is that it’s not accessible. Many older people or those with mobility issues still sew. There is a lower part to the curb but the cement is cracked and broken. The doors do not have an automated feature. There is only a small area between the two sets of double doors so there is barely room for a walker or wheelchair to fit. My mother, an avid sewist and quilter, is unable to go into the store without assistance. In this day and age this is implora le.

The attention is wonderful, nice people working there. The place is organized and normally you find beautiful things.
