Je trouve ça extrêmement désolant à quel point le service à la clientèle vous importe peu.
La personne qui choisit de me faire plaisir à choisi votre magasin pour l’achat d’un certificat cadeau, d’encourager un magasin local, et peu être même retourné pour de futures achats! Il est clair que votre culture se mesure au revenu journalier toutefois le rôle du client n’est pas à sous-estimé. J’espère que votre motivation des chiffres ne brime pas l’objectif pour laquelle nous les clients choisissons votre magasin.

Use them online tons, so thought I'd visit while in Montreal. They have some things to buy inside, but it is mostly a place to play games. Not quite what I was expecting.

Excellent online store - Living in Toronto, F2F tends to be my 2nd option if my LGS doesn't have anything. On average, it takes about a week to get my cards delivered which i think is incredible given that some LGS in Toronto take nearly 2 weeks.

Prices are extremely competitive as well! Can't wait to visit the store again when I'm in Montreal

Probably one of the worst biggest store in Canada. Their price are downright horrible most of the time. There is no reason why some cards that are less than 1$ in the US are still 5$ weeks after set release. No, delay isnt an excuse. It always happen on so many cards. There are no reasons why the biggest store cant be closer to the US price+conversion even on their normal stuff

Also, the shipping for preorder always ship the day of the release. Most other shop ship before the release so people could have the stuff the day of release. Sometimes, order takes more than 3 days to prepare. E-mail are not always sent to notify of the shipping

Their internet sites dont work correctly most of the time. When you try change to lowest to highest price, it completely brick on the second page. They lost the most popular option that was there before. They really need to get this correctly. It was working better before the changes

Just order from Ontario shops. You will get your stuff cheaper and faster

Good luck even finding anything you search for on their website it won't load properly. And if you ask them about this problem they tell you "it will be fixed this week" ya that was a month ago. Also make sure you check your order fully as they mess up online orders for singles alot of the time.

Was my first visit there today since the pandemic and I was pleasantly surprised. The place was recently renovated, and it feels much larger and cleaner than before. Staff was super courteous and I had a blast playing in the pre-release tournament.

I recently went to the F2F tour in Calgary in order to sell some of my MTG card collection. Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced from a company in a long time. Huge shout out to Kevin who did my card intake, Scott behind the sales counter and Filip the event organizer. These guys seriously went above and beyond to help me and my friends out.

I also want to mention that at the end of the night I tried multiple times to put in an order on the F2F website for VIP collectors boxes. Unfortunately, the website went down and wasn’t able to process shipments. During probably the busiest part of the night Filip, the event organizer, acknowledged my issue and went way, way, wayyy out of his way to help me reserve my boxes.

I cannot recommend F2F enough and I will be conducting all my future MTG purchases through the F2F online store.

Give these guys raises already. Sheeesh

Went in to pick up some Esper sentinels and urza's saga's and this store over charges like there's no tomorrow. Charges me 55$ for a card worth 25$ on card kingdom, as if the US dollar is double that of CAD. Wasn't sure if been ripped off until I got the rest of my playset at two other LGS and the only charged be 35 including tax per sentinel. As a cherry on top, 90% of their stock isn't held in store, but exclusively online. If not for organized tourneys close to my home, I'd never set foot again in this store.

Service courtois, les produits sont souvent au bon prix.l'endroit est plutôt agréable, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de tournoi standard. Les commandes sont vite expédiées

First ever pre release for my daughter, first in person even since the pandemic and it was very well done.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with my daughter. They cleaned tables between each rounds, tables were well space apart.
The staff did a great job of communicating before and during each round and cleaning up empty packs and other debris.
Really happy we could do this and looking forward to many more!

F2F has a great selection of Games and Cards, that make it comparably to TCGplayer over in the states. Would recommend looking at their event calendar if you want to play Magic or Pokémon or Yugioh.

Best TCG store around in my opinion. They have a nice selection of Pokemon and MTG products.
Also a great place to make and sell a buylist, easy to make and the selling process in-store is really well organized, goes very smoothly

Vendent les cartes Magic au prix NM mais les commandes ne sont pas en NM. Font des erreurs fréquentent dans les achats en lot. Bien vérifier vos achats! Service plutôt moyen!

Pour la commande en ligne, l'équipe de support, le délai de livraison et la qualité de l'emballage des cartes étaient excellents.
Malgré le fait que je n'ai pas encore visité le magasin physique, je recommande chaudement leurs services en ligne.

Went there a quite a few times to play and buy cards. The tournaments were ok, card selection is good but some of the staff made those visits unpleasant with multiple negative remarks and questionable service. Sucks because I knew a few people who worked there in the past and it wasn't always this poor of a client experience.

Excellent trading card store, the staff are very helpful and they have a great selection of productions.

You're one of the premier stores in montreal & you're charging scalper prices for products. 29.99$ for tins with two packs that MSRP is 13.99$ & a ETB 74.99$ for double the cost. I don't find it cool that you're paying wholesale from your supplier and take advantage of people who are willing to rush through your doors. Pretty petty of a big name like you guys.

I ordered products that were plentiful in stock. Was recommended by a friend. Once I went to pick up the order, some yugioh cards were damaged (note: was listed as NearMint). Also one of the cards was the wrong one. As I asked them if they had others in stock, they kindly told me they don't keep single cards in store. Staff was cool and told me I would get refunded for the damaged and error cards.

Prices for single cards were good, but considering some were damaged, I'd recommend checking your cards before leaving.

All ways loved your store but honestly i have no idea who's doing your website and its been getting worst and worst. It is not user friendly or especially not phone friendly and is impossible to do your orders now.
Hopefully this will be fixed or preferably be change back how it use to be.

Il y a un présentoir avec des bonnes cartes magique à prix réduit (réduit car l'état de la carte n'est pas near mint ou car dans une autre langue) c'est bien.

Yes they are one of the 'biggest' card stores in Canada, but are they the most professional? Probably not. With such a big inventory how can they keep up the quality of their customer support and orders? Multiple times, I have gotten cards missing from my order when they were clearly in stock when I order them. If they took ownership and said "Sorry we messed up your order', I would be fine with it. But, they always give the weakest excuse of "Oh sorry, the item you wanted wasn't in stock when you ordered. " Excuse me? The item in which had 30+ stock when I ordered was out of stock? Hmmm. When I specifically ask "Hey can I have the missing items back? " Completely ignored, "sorry we'll send you a refund". What kind of business is this? No ownership for their mistakes.

Check your LOCAL GAME STORE BEFORE FACE TO FACE. SHOULD BE LAST RESORT!

One of the worst store in Montréal for Yu-Gi-Oh, you can't ''walk in'' and buy stuff, you have to order on their website and come pick it up the next day. And if you want it shipped at your house, expect them to take 1-2 weeks to ship, even if it's for a local address in Montréal. Avoid this store and buy from Gamekeeper or Geekkitude, the customer service is 100000000x better and you won't have to wait a month to get the singles you ordered.

F2F c'est LA place quand tu cherche du Mtg. Les joueurs ainsi que les autres magasins se fient sur les prix du F2F pour l'évaluation des cartes. Ils ne sont pas toujours les moins chers, mais ils ont beaucoup, BEAUCOUP de stock. C'est pourquoi je préfère faire mes emplètes sur leur site et passer le chercher le lendemain, sans avoir à me casser la tête. Plutot que de conduire 25km pour faire 3 magasins et sauver $2.35 sur une commande de $250.:)

I had initially left Face To Face having had a negative experience. While that experience was due to some poor communication, to their credit, the management staff reached out to me and worked diligently to make amends.

What started off as a frustrating ordeal on Tuesday, finished the very next day in what was ultimately a pleasant and rewarding experience. Mark and his staff worked hard to accommodate me, and they did a great job educating me on the myriad of products available. It was a no pressure environment, and they took care of me.

Businesses can often make mistakes. What defines those businesses aren't the mistakes themselves, but rather how they work to address and remedy those inevitable situations when they arise. I feel like Face To Face in the end did just that: remedy the situation, and because of this I'll be looking forward to returning should I need any other products.

Just got my double master box on time and they gave me a ravnica booster + 100 facetoface sleeves.

They have Messed up on 50% of my orders I have placed online. My friends have also had alot of mistakes with online ordering.

Very easy to talk to and super knowledgeable.

Their collection is enormous, so you are always left satisfied.

Ordered off of their website and made a mistake, emailed them to cancel within 24 hours and prior to shipping. They did not respond to mine or Paypal's emails, shipped anyways 3 days later with still no response. Time to get charges reversed.

It is *THE* mtg shop, if there's a card you can think of, they probably have atleast one copy there, and even if they don't, it'll probably be on their online store.the events I've played at there have been great, a really nice crowd there! Also the big bins of large sized magic cards, pins, spindowns and polyhedral dice are a really cool way of getting something interesting for cheap!

Website review. I have done one buylist order and 4 orders so far from the online store, and I can say that their prices are great and I believe I will still continue to order from them in the future.
There are a couple reasons for the 3 star review.
One is they never have quite enough in stock and I find myself having to place additional orders with other companies to get all the cards I'm looking for at any given time. I'd much rather order all of my cards in one order and save on shipping. Then again this seems to be an issue with most canadian mtg single sellers.
A bigger issue is that it takes at least 3 days to ship orders after placing, which is quite slow. Most other stores online ship the next day.
Customer service also took a few days to respond to emails.
Unfortunatly, If the graded buylist they sent me wasn't sloppy I wouldn't have had to email and wait for a response. They must have missed a couple cards while grading and had to add them on to the end of the list, which is alright, mistakes happen, but then there were three cards completely unaccounted for with no mention as to why. After sending two emails and waiting 3 days, their response mentioned that one card was considered damaged and was discarded, one of of the cards had been swapped in the list for a different card of equal value. That one seemed strange to me. And one card was not mentioned in the response at all, though I believe it was damaged as well. It wasn't the best response, but I don't really care at this point. I just shouldnt have had to ask in the first place. In the future if there are rejected cards just note them at the end of the graded buylist please.

Lots of space but the prices are expensive compared to online options (depending on what youre getting)

Since this place got a Customer Service department, this store got immensely better. I used to avoid this place at all cost and now, the service did a total 180 degrees and became flawless. Michel (Customer service manager) does an AMAZING JOB at going above and beyond and ensuring customer service satisfaction.

Super friendly staff, very clean and orderly shelves, and great product selection. Prices are really good as well. I always leave with a smile after visiting face to face games

Normally, I have a good experience at the store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The 1 star rating is because of a horrible experience I had during a pre-release. I was playing two headed giant for the first time and my opponents were very smug, disrespectful and unpleasant people. The reason I blame the store for this is because one of them was an employee and the other claimed to be the owner of the store. It is unacceptable for a store owner to treat their customers this way and I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else going to play a sealed event in the future.

A well known Verdun staple for board games and the likes. It's really very impressive to see so many guys and girls sit down at a table and play old school board games! The staff is fantastic! Ask them info about any type of game, they know it, played it and will be honest about it. So if you're looking for a new game to breakout at a party or to play with the kids, ask them for suggestions, they will sure to help you find what you need!

Nice little game store, mostly for card based trading games, but they have a fair selection of board games and many demo games to try for free at there tables.

C'est le magasin qui a les prix les plus compétitifs en matière de singles. L'endroit est toujours très actif et on peut y trouver plusieurs personnes pour avoir des conseils pour le deckbuilding. On peut aussi y trouver plusieurs produits MTG et d'autres jeux de société.

This store may post higher prices to buy cards from you, but don't be fooled - compared to other stores I have sold to, they will not grade your cards fairly. They will tell you some BS and severely devalue your cards

Excellent service: employees are very gentle. The common area is spacy and very clean. Great products diversity and honest prices.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT LOVE IT! From the game players to the staff - everyone there is awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable, have the best prices and will always make you a fare deal. Great atmosphere. Everyone is truly welcomed there (as long as they act with respect:)

Very professional staff. They are insanely quick when I come to get a bunch of singles. They don't have the best collection for borad games, but they have great space for TCGs and are rarely out of cards. Keep up the good work, guys!

Visited their booth at the GP a few weeks ago and was utterly shocked at how much of a scam there buying practices are. I see from there feedback that I'm not the only one to experience this as there are others complaining about how they scam people with the buy prices. I went around to multiple booths to get a quote for my cards and the WORSE out of all the ones I visited was this greedy store. They advertise lots of great prices but they DO NOT pay these prices unless you bring it up. They had a card on the buylist for $30 and they tried to buy it off me for $8. These kinds of practices should not happen and it's a shame that this store engages in this type of scam.

Another issue I have (not GP related) is that the prizing is terrible. They promise to scale the prizing based on attendance but if you do the math, they pocket so much and give so little in prizing.

Overall, terrible buylist prices and terrible prizing.

This is the go-to place for cheap TCG singles and sealed product. I live in the West Island, and I prefer going here over going to the other hobby shops in my area. That's how much I like this place. Trust me, the trip there is well worth it. This has been my go-to place for cards since my friends introduced me to the place back in 2015. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because sometimes, they can be slow with shipping online orders.
