Nice hotel, not too old, they provide shuttle bus to the airport. Unfortunately from the cleaning side it’s quite poor, so it was a big disappointment for us, so no one showed up in 2 days to even pick the garbage. Although with few minor issues it’s a good place to stay

Drinks service is absolutely terrible, I was the only person in the dinning room and it took 20 minutes for a Manhattan.

Its not bad. The rooms are quite big and the staff are polite but the wifi is slower then my grandma, plus its $20 a day for parking. Its good.

The queen room has a homely touch and super comfy beds. The kids can attest to it? The shuttle service came in extra handy too.

Complementary breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. Nice, clean room, though not the greatest view (parking and dumpster). Fair prices compared to the competition (~250/night). Staff was friendly, but not very helpful. My husband and I had to put our multiple suitcases in the luggage rack and move it ourselves despite several attendants being unoccupied and witnessing our struggle. No one came to greet or help us at the entrance. Also, there were no water bottles in the room, which was quite surprising. We were advised to drink from the fountain (!) or buy some, but we would have had to pay 3$ for a tiny bottle of Aquafina (tap) water, so we went without. No food or drink in the mini-fridge. The hotel is close to the airport, but there aren't many dining spots around, and the hotel restaurant was closed at lunchtime. Honestly quite disappointed. Okay hotel, but for a 4-star, I had higher expectations. Bit of a shame.

Personnel sympathique et arrangeant, hôtel contemporain et propre. On recommande en famille pour les chambres spacieuses.

Fairfield by Marriott perfectly proved to be our travel partner on our four day Montreal trip with family and toddler on board.

After an eventful sight seeing and visiting places in and @ Montreal, Fairfield hotel provided the much needed cocoon.

Right from the reception front desk staff, room cleaning service, in house breakfast service staff, all whole heartedly took care of what all we requested for and happily complied.

So if looking for a soothing comfortable quite stay but with all modern amenities, you can surely check in here. In-house gym, swimming pool add to your comfort. Only overnight car parking was extra.

A small improvement needed in wifi speed.

Else a thoroughly enjoyable stay and sumptuous breakfast with intoxicating coffee options.

Great breakfast with helpful staff. The variety and freshness of food was 9/10. Check in was shaky as we went through 3 cards that did not work and finally we got our changed to a larger one. I had asked for larger one as gold member but was told no “hotel is fully booked”. The miraculously we get an empty one, I guess if I looked French I would have got one right away. Also the shuttle bus drivers are useless, they stare at you as you load the bags yourself and then have the nerve to wait for a tip. Room and breakfast were great, everything else average.

In May, I stayed here two times, once for two nights and once for one night. The rooms are large and clean room. The hotel is close to the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour, though the last time I needed it, it was running late (the shuttle serves four hotels, according to the driver). The staff are OK and accommodating when wishing to leave luggage with them while going out between check-out time and a late flight. The breakfast was disappointing, but maybe because I am spoiled by breakfast at many European hotels. I found that here and in the US (where I went after), you can’t get unsweetened yogurt at breakfast. There is fruit, oatmeal, some cereals, some meats and eggs. I am quite restricted in my diet, and was able to eat very little. After the first time I was there, I wrote in my feedback that I was disappointed that there was no unsweetened yogurt. I received a response from the Assistant General Manager (Shoriful Hague) stating: “Prior to confirm a reservation, I would strongly recommend to contact the hotel for breakfast option. ” So I did that the second time I made a reservation, requesting plain yogurt, which should be pretty simple. The kitchen staff knew nothing about this. I also commented that the room could use a safe, so that if I wanted to keep a tablet or computer safe while going out for the day, it would be possible. I received (in the same response) the following: “We recently upgraded our safe with brand new safe 3 month ago. Every safe is located in a standard room under the tv appliance. Feel free to communicate with the front desk whenever you have any question or request. ” The first time, I did ask the front desk, and they said there are no safes. This time, I checked again under the TV. That is where the mini-fridge is. But there is no safe in the room. Perhaps the general manager does not know what a safe is (I’m guessing that English is not their first language).

Excellent customer service. Staff are hospitable, they speak multiple languages and provide an excellent experience during your stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious. You do have to reserve a time for the pool and the gym as they are trying to keep everyone safe during these COVID times.

On à reservé par téléphone directement avec une femme du Fairfield Inn and suites, pour une nuit après notre arrivage de cuba. Je lui ai précisé par téléphone à multiple reprise que notre avion décollais de cuba à 9h PM le 4 Mai et que notre arrivage seras vers 12h30-1h AM le 5 Mai, donc elle nous à dit que cela seras mieux de reservé la chambre pour le 5. Quand nous sommes arrivé à l'hôtel, aucune chambre de disponible parce-que il fallais reservé le 4 même si notre arrivé est à 1h AM le 5 Mai et que la femme de l'hôtel nous à précisé que tout était beau et qu'à notre arrivage nous aurions une chambre. Mauvais service, aucun superviseur pour nous aider, on avait que le choix de faire 10 heures de route pour retournez à la maison parce-que leur erreures de communications et proffessionalisme était énorme.

Je vais désormais aller ailleurs et ne plus suggèrer cet hotel à personne.

Very close to hotel. Has couple of shops in nearby for some quick shopping or bite. Provides shuttle service to airport. Doesn't provide lunch. Dinner menu also very limited choices. Staff is friendly and informative. Needs credit card to be pledged for business room booking.

Had a great time as usual at the
Fairfield Inn. Clean room and shower. Easy to get comfortable. Free breakfast and caring staff. Easy to catch the buses and Exo trains. Ask the staff if you're unsure.

Everything about our stay was good: room nice and clean; amenities awesome; breakfast a nice touch. The clincher for me was the « Jack of all trades » Joey, the most excellent receptionist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting… He made everything just pleasant. Thank you Joey!

Large rooms. Clean hotel. Service in the reception and the dining room is excellent. Reasonable breakfast plus. Shuttle every half hour. Just a pity there is no water bottle in the room

The hotel is very close to VIA rail train station and Montréal airport. The free shuttle bus (5 minutes ride) to the hotel was helpful even though we waited for over 30 minutes. We could walked, but there was no sidewalk on the busy road from the train station to the hotel and we had big suitcases.

The hotel was clean. There was a mini fridge in the room.
The restaurant served a delicious dinner.

Unfortunately, the pool was still closed due to covid. The pool is smaller than it looked in the hotel picture. We used the gym. Basic weights and a few cardio machines.

We checked out the hotel to catch our early flight. They gave us a breakfast-to-go bag (muffin, juice, yoghurt, and fruit) before getting on the free shuttle bus (5 minute ride).

It was a good stay overall and we will use this hotel again in the future.

Location near the airport is great, rooms and staff were very good as was breakfast but dinner was a big disappointment.

The service is ok, nothing special. I stayed last week, and we got freezing rain, and all the parking lot was like an ice rink, and all the path to the hotel entrance was ice. I needed to crawl because it was impossible to walk for the three days that I stayed there.

Close to airport. Hotel staff and restaurant server exceeded expectations.
While our bed was comfortable and room was clean, the toilet ran all night and the patch repair to the ceiling in the main space could have been done better. Would recommend.

Stayed here, then left our truck here, taking their airport shuttle to and from the airport for our holiday. Was given a bit of run around once we returned to Canada, shuttle was an hour and a half late, despite the hotel being minutes down the road, and repeated calls to the front desk. Not ideal after a full day of traveling. Hotel itself was fine, but bad experience at the end left an impression.

I recommend avoid that hotel. After your stay, they will bill you on your credit a price higher then what advertised on Internet or even booked online. They don't request signature or pin to pass the payment.

The rooms and beds are uncomfortable but that varies from person to person. Alexandre at the front desk wasn’t very helpful when needing to help resolve a situation. Servers are still working and serving breakfast while they appear to be sick. Stay away.

I split a suite with a couple of friends on a weekend trip up to Montreal. The room was a good size for the 3 of us. Clean and well kept. The staff are quite friendly and accommodating.

Shuttles to YUL are available. And the hotel is within walking distance to Gare Dorval where you can board STM, exo (Commuter Trains) and VIA Trains (Regional, and in a separate building a bit further off).

Ok overall. But parking extra, huge line up to get your breakfast, and room right next to a railroad

Had a great stay.although its away from town, that shuttle bus service every half an hour to airport is your way to find destinations. If you don't mind a short walk, here you go. Walmart, Dollar shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance!

Slow check in, disrespectful attendant and broken blow dryer. Besides, via rail noise was heard several times during night stay.

Very happy with our stay. Everything is clean and updated. The staffs are super helpful. Just one tip, if you want to take advantage of the breakfast then try to be in the lobby before 9am, otherwise you will have a long wait.

Amazing staff! Accommodated my early and late check-in. All of the necessary COVID-19 precautions followed. Very clean hotel and ideal location. For a quick stopover or for easy access to PET, can’t be beat!

I left my brand new Bose earphones here. I called them up right away to save them for 2 weeks and when I got back, they were not there. They steal. Do not leave anything behind.

I've stayed twice before. That number will not increase. Their shuttle driver decided to go on a rant to me after I had a sip of my coffee on the way to the airport. Why not just ask me nicely to not sip my coffee? You know. Exactly what you're allowed to do on an airplane. Anyways, many other options in the area, I would recommend going to them instead.

Yesterday, we were bringing our dog to the vet but we got lost on the way. Ana (blond receptionist) kindly explain to us how to get there. This was much appreciated. If we need to book a room somewhere, we won't hesitate to choose this hotel.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in and the guest attendant was amazing! Good job to all of you. Keep up your amazing work!

Nous avons déjà séjourné une nuit et ce qui est bien c’est qu’on peut laisser la voiture stationnée à l’hôtel lors de notre voyage.
Si votre départ est tôt le matin n’hésitez pas l’accès à l’aéroport par l’autoroute 40 est souvent congestionnée.
Restaurant pas si mal genre cafétéria.

Booked this hotel to relax the night before an early flight. Comfortable, clean room, great service at the café and convenient shuttle service. Will definitely book again!

We spent the night here for an early flight out. Very pleased with the room and the included breakfast was one of the best I think we've had at any hotel stay. Getting to the hotel was a bit challenging as the hotel is on a one way street with major road construction all around it. maps was lost as we circled the hotel about four times before finding the right way in. A bonus is that the Park n Fly is just a few hundred yards down the street. The only negative was when we attempted dinner after our arrival. The poor waitress was the only one serving the entire dining room and the bar (and bartender too!) She actually suggested we walk across the street to the Doubletree hotel, which we did.

Lovely and clean. Close to the airport. However, one of the reception staff should be on vacation. She was rude, unattentive and looked like she haded her job. I was actually sad for her. She seemed so frustrated and not happy in her position. Her name escapes but she had long brown hair and was cauccasion. As for the bar, very nice, friendly service. I brought a bottle of wine to celebrate our over nice departure and had no corkscrew. No probs, Brought it down to the bar, they opened without an issue. I tipped the lady bartender for being so kind and accommodating.

Chambre propre, lit confortable, beaucoup de choix au déjeuner (du vrai sirop d'érable svp!). Par contre, français approximatif des proposées à l'accueil et totalement inexistant chez les personnes du restaurant. Décevant! Merci de me parler et de m'accueillir en français au Québec. De plus, il est abusif de payer 18$ de plus pour le stationnement.

I booked a room here for myself through Air Canada Vacations because I was staying in Montreal overnight before flying home. The price was outstanding. The Lobster Mac and Cheese was pretty good if lacking in actual lobster. The breakfast was also very good. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. And the room was perfect for one person or possibly a couple, it had a queen and no couch, usb charging in the alarm clock, and a plenty large enough bathroom.

I'd definitely consider going back the next time I'm passing through Montreal for a layover.

Arrived by train. Reception personnel were friendly and welcoming. Went to bar and we were greeted by Laurence with a big smile. She took great care of us. Food was awesome! Room was perfect. Shuttle every half hour.
Will definitely stay here again.

Older rooms in need of updated outlet and USB ports. The lobby is beautiful, and it has the best free hotel breakfast I've had in quite a while, with real plates and utensils, and staffed by four attentive employees. Best part of the stay was the staff. Everyone was very pleasant, especially the young man who checked us in about 1: 00am. He was super friendly, helpful, and informative.

The internet was slow, we also lost $100.00 as a "security deposit" but the system shows no signs of a "security deposit".

Wait 20 minutes at the airport for the Shuttle, 10 minutes waiting departure and stuck at the front desk for 30 minutes because the reception told me that my credit card was refused despite I already paid online…. Finally my card was ok, the reception entered Mastercard instead of Visa… Lost %? $#"#$ one hour of my life after a 14 hours flight for a poor service from this hotel.

I entered be this Hotel on the 13 of May to check in. I was immediately given a upgrade room. Wow, what a suite. I went downstairs immediately and thank the hotel front clerk. I then ordered a bottle
of wine Kim Crawford.

Spotless, brand new hotel. Curtous quick check in. Coffee to go 24h. Comfortable bed. Nice place for a quick sleep before / in between flights. Nice lobby and working area as well.

Hôtel est propre et neuf, le lit est très confortable ainsi que la chambre. Le restaurant est correct, salle à manger froide, plus style cafétéria, ça manque d'ambiance. Les corridors sont bruyants, avec des adolescents qu'y font la fête et l'hôtel qui ne fait pas respecter leur politique de tranquillité. Personnel manque un peu de amabilité, un petit sourire ne fait jamais bien de mal. Finalement pour le prix 326$ avec le stationnement pour une semaine, pour notre prochain voyage nous choisirons une autre place.

Stayed here a few times. Always nice and tidy and quiet for an airport hotel. Rates were reasonable. Staff was friendly and welcomed my English when my French was lacking. Nothing short of 5 stars.

We arrived early and Sho was great! He let us check in before check in time and was able to move my father in law to the room across the hall.

5 min.drive by a free shuttle bus from the Montreal airport. Shuttle bus ride was fast and a bit too dynamic, but the driver was friendly. Clean room, huge TV, spacious bathroom. Very good, complimentary breakfast. Professional reception desk staff. Moderate price. Recommended.

It was a good place to stay after a long flight. We landed late at night an it is 5 min shuttle ride.

Looks very new. Rooms for 5 people very spacious, large bathroom, clean. Lots of plug outlets. Close to airport with shuttle. Only downside was thin walls where neighbour's alarm clock woke us up early.

Stayed here before flying to Costa Rica and it was very relaxing. They have a fenced in lot for your car and a great shuttle service. Great place to stay by the airport.

Very nice clean rooms. The bed is very comfortable. They have Paul Mitchell hair products which are very nice. The butter chicken is good.
