Fairmont Tremblant

Beautiful hotel and walking distance to the village. The staff was very friendly and the bed was so comfortable. We had a nice room overlooking the slopes. The hotel is big and has several restaurants. Will go back again for sure.

Stayed here October 15th - 16th for a quick romantic getaway. Overall experience was mediocre. We were greeted by valet, which I believe is their only option for parking. We agreed to pay the $40/per day valet fee however opted out of their valet services as we preferred to park our own car. Valet was a bit weird at that request but understanding. The check in process was very quick and smooth. The front desk girl was welcoming and friendly. When we arrived at our room, we stayed at the Fairmont Queen Room with Village View, we were a little disappointed to say the least. For starters, we had NO SOAP in the bathroom. The permanently attached bottle next to the sink was filled with body lotion. This was a pretty big shock for a $350/night room. Another big disappointment was that the mini fridge that they have in their rooms is not stocked (completely empty) and upon check out we were told that this is normal. I think that for a hotel of that price range they should offer AT LEAST ONE BOTTLE OF WATER even if its for purchase. Next, our room was missing the "Please Do Not Disturb" door hanger. At which point we literally had to take a piece of paper and make and hang a DIY please do not disturb sign. Again, not a big deal but when there is so much already wrong with your stay it is definitely worth mentioning. The wifi did not work, even though we signed up for the All Accor Live Limitless loyalty program as recommended by the concierge. So we did end up using our own internet data. Overall, the only thing we liked about our stay at Fairmont Tremblant was the location of the hotel, which is conveniently located to all the restaurants, trails and attractions. This was not our first time staying in Mont Tremblant Village and I can say that I have stayed at far better hotels and surprisingly with a lower price tag too. Again, I'm willing to pay extra but it needs to be worth it or at the very least NOT WORSE.

Large hotel with excellent service (including valet parking) and an independent coffee shop/bakery in the building

Had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Tremblant. I stayed for 5 days and everything was amazing. My room was large and clean and had a nice view of the lake although it’s a little far off but still gorgeous. The staff were all very kind and helpful! I had breakfast there everyday and it was a large buffet with tons of choices. I ordered room service one night and it was fast and delicious as well. It super convenient to the village and hiking and lifts. Highly recommend!

Did not like at all that dogs are accepted in the hotel. I will not go back there for sure.

Stayed here before but I doubt I will again. Forgot they about the parking. Very limited spots and not close to the front doors so very inconvenient in the rain. If you choose to valet your car, it's a hefty $60 (plus tip) which worked out to 26% of the room charge. I should also mention that the brunch (as good as it sounded) was $50/per person + 15% tax.way too steep for my wallet. We had breakfast in the village for less than half that price. I did get a preferred room rate as I am a Fairmont member and used my AAA as well. I should mention that our room was nice and the bed was great. Bathroom amenities were also good.

I think the next time I'd stay at the Westin hotel, which IMHO, is in a better location and has FREE indoor parking which did accommodate my large SUV without issue last time I was there.

Et sur place nous apprenons que la piscine exterieur est en travaux. (Cetait notre base) on nous refere a la plage qu’on nous vend comme une activitée mais finalement rien de special sur place. La piscine interieur est propre mais les 2 staffs la bas font dropper l’experience client avec leur attitudes chiante.

Good experience, but I was disappointed as morning room service attendant was rude, didn't expect it in Fairmont, as we are their regular customers, didn't have this kind of experience.
Although due to renovations, view to valley is not the best one

Another wonderful stay at the Fairmont Tremblant. Sebastien at the front desk, Stephen at the pool all great service… Just to name a few; all the staff are great.

Special shout out to the live jazz show Thursday night which is excellent (The highlight of our evening) wonderful duo, singer “Natalie” is phenomenal (Beautiful voice, so elegant).

It’s a shame when we stayed this time that the weather wasn’t as good as the hotel experience).

I've stayed at the Fairmont Tremblant many times pre-covid, and this time I was not impressed at all. The hotel service was terrible, the rooms were dirty, the restaurant Choux Gras was awful (both food and service). The entire experience just makes me want to never go back to that hotel again.not worth the price, not this fairmont.

Everything was good but massage was worst I have EVER experienced and I get one once a month at back home.
Plus my wife booked the gym to work out. Leavingbthe gym, she scanned to get out.got out the first se of doors but the last doors were locked at the bottom. Then her card would not let her scan to go back in to get out the way she came in! So she was stuck between doors for 20 minutes until I came to help her. Unacceptable. What if there was a fire?

Beautiful at the too of the village. Ski in and ski out is at the door. Excellent dinning in hotel at both restaurants. Great friendly staff available when you need them. Come and enjoy a weekend.

Les chambres sont très confortables et décorées avec goût. Le service est courtois et amical. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et l'offre variée. Il y a de nombreux services dont nous n'avons pas profité. Aux pied des pentes, de belles activités de plein air sont possibles.

J'ai apprécié tout le personnel, accueillant et attentionné. Des valets, la réception, le personnel du restaurant, les dames de chambres. Tous sans exception furent attentionné. Cependant Louise au spa s'est démarquée, elle a pris le temps de m'écouter et vérifier ce qu'elle pouvait faire de plus. Elle m'a fait sentir importante, que mon besoin aussi était important. Nancy au spa, calme, douce professionnelle, un beau wow à ce duo. Merci pour le merveilleux moment au Fairmont. Une très belle expérience.

My first trip was great Tremblant is a wonderful place in the fall as well. Colors were just starting I can only imagine how beautiful it will be a few weeks time

Great stay. Great location. Great staff. Would highly recommend. We were there for 3 week nights in July and my kids (8 & 5) enjoyed the rooms, the pool, the room service and the food.
The staff was always checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to being back soon.

Many reason why I rate this a one star hotel, first since they charge you for everything including room service, apart for that they also charge you for microwave usage. Apart from that you have to book in advance just to go swimming that is included with the hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel for overnight stay.

I have stayed in this hotel many times over a period of 20 years. It has always surpassed are expectations, except for this time.
I have a feeling the management has changed, or the budget isn’t the same, but it’s not a 5-star anymore.
The service is not the same and it has become more of a 3-star resort. The food used to be outstanding and this time it arrived cold. You could always reach someone at reception, and now I’ve been calling from my cell and the room for over 30 mins and just voice operated messages answer.
The cleanliness isn’t the same as it once was, this place used to put other hotels to shame but now it has become a touch better than Microtel. Sad.

Facilities and location are excellent, but room quality and fees are ridiculous. We’ve stayed in several Fairmont locations across the country, and hands down this was the worst. Massively overpriced for borderline disgusting rooms. We had to ask to be moved initially as the first small suite/2 queens + living area had stains on sofa, a clogged bathtub and lights caked in dust and not functioning. Our request to move was promptly addressed, and only because our daughter needed to get to sleep, we choose to stay in a similar room (with no upgrades or additions) with cracked tiles, mould around the tub caulking and a coffee maker and fridge that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Fairmont - you can, and have done better. We’ll never pay to stay with you again until you do better. We paid an extra $16+tax for wifi, $29 for ‘valet’ parking (which consisted of a stranger taking our car 30ft from the front door after they suggested the self-parking lot was 12-15min from the hotel, which later proved to be approx 2min from the front door.provided you have two legs that move at an average pace) had to bring our own water to drink, and there were few (if any) amenities In the room after an outrageous fee/night. On the bright side, the pool area was fantastic. If you don’t care about outrageous fees, intend to be predominantly comfortable outside your room, and are ok with filth from the past few months worth of guests this is a great hotel for you. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Charming hotel and excellent COVID safety measures. We stayed here for two nights, loved their valet service especially because our car could be recharged during our stay. So if you own a Tesla or any EV and are traveling from Toronto to Fairmont Tremblant, you don’t need to worry about charging.

We had breakfast at one of the restaurants inside the hotel and the food was great. The endurance Omlette was flavourful and the Benedict was yummy as well. Try going before 10am otherwise it gets really busy and there might be a wait.

Most restaurants in Tremblant require a reservation otherwise be prepared to wait 45+ minutes. (Even the ones in the hotel). The breakfast was walk-in though.

I also got a free birthday cappuccino ️.

Le séjour aurait mérité 5 étoiles. Cependant, il est inconcevable qu'un hotel de cette qualité ne propose pas de service aux chambres pour l'entretien quotidien alors que les mesures sanitaires liées à la Covid-19 sont largement assouplies depuis longtemps. Nous y voyons une opportunité pour l'établissement de rationaliser ses frais et non une réelle volonté de suivre des consignes qui sont devenues obsolètes.

Site parfait. Au coeur du village et des activités. Pour le prix des chambres il faut bien magasiner sur les sites pour trouver des bons prix. Les taux des chambres sont élevés, comparativement à d autres endroits au Québec. Je recommande de prendre le service de valet pour le stationnement.

Very disappointing stay! My wife and I went down to spend the long weekend for a special occasion We've been Fairmont guests more times than I can count. For the most part we have always had a wonderful experience. This time around at the Fairmont Mont Tremblant was not so good.
Our room was NOT very clean, we found hair in the washroom, on the walls and on the ground! Our room service breakfast order was was COLD the toast was not completely toasted and the best part of it all they forget one coffee! I'm ok that they apply an automatic 15% gratuity, so with that comes the obligation of NOT messing up the orders more than once on a single weekend! No need to get into semantics, the point I am making is when you stay at a Fairmont there is a certain level of excellence we as guests expect.

Très déçu de cette hôtel, 500$ pour une nuit dans une chambre vraiment ordinaire. Je suis arrivé vers 17h y'avait pas de concierge et à l'accueil s'était un nouveau qui n'était pas encore autonome pour opérer seule mais très souriant. Le resto à l'intérieur de l'hôtel " le comptoir " très ordinaire comme menu pour eu un club sandwich c'est une sandwich point. Mais sachez que j'ai été bien servi par l'ensemble de l'équipe.

The place continues to live up to its name.

However the service with the pandemic has a different feel altogether.

Activities room has very few items and not well maintained, which was surprising. Even ping pong table wasn't very well maintained The pool allows for 65 pax each time and you can book in advance for a 75 min slot but be prepared it is beyond crowded and the chlorine levels have been ramped up substantially! Don't forget the goggles.

Room service is a thing of the past; however you can request for top ups of towels, amenities as required.

Location- It is conveniently located in the village and activities can easily be accessed from this location. The best part- everything is within walking distance!

It's key to be safe in these times but I do wonder what the impact is going to be for the hospitality industry long term and if services change then shouldn't prices correlate to that too?

Great service, respectful and helpful employees. Covid restrictions are lifting but you need to reserve the pool for a 90 minute slot. There are indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. There are waiters outside to serve you bbq food and drinks. Rooms are clean and you can ask for extra towels, shampoo as housekeeping will not clean your room during your stay.

Je m'attendais à un accès à un circuit d'eau style spa, illimité pour relaxer. À la place on a droit à juste 1h par jours avec des piscines remplies d'enfants qui hurles, c'est loin d'être relaxant. En retour, le personnel était très accommodant quand je leur ai fait part de mes frustrations. Ils m’ont offert une bien meilleure chambre pour le même prix, ce que j’apprécie énormément.

Covid is the reason behind all the excuses they've given for slow services or the reason of having to wait long lineups for any reservation you have to make for everything.

Stayed 2 nights with our two kids in mid August. We chose the fairmont based on location and dining available to guests only. We were glad we were able to eat onsite as the restaurant lines in the village were horrible and my kids (9 &11) don’t have much patience to wait in lines. Dinner Menu at le Comptoir was somewhat limited but food was tasty overall with good service.

Room was standard fair with 2 double beds (the room could easily fit 2 queen beds which was disappointing).

Pool was somewhat crowded and very small for the number of people which made us feel a bit uncomfortable due to Covid. There was no one overseeing capacity.

Valet parking was a bit of a hassle when you forget something in your car and is the only option available.

We enjoyed the stay but will probably book Montebello again next year as we prefer the space (large pools) and activities for the kids. The village is just too busy and everything adds up quickly.

From the moment we arrived, the valet parking, the quick and easy check-in, the welcoming messages, the courteous breakfast staff, the accommodating concierge, the soothing jacuzzi, the most comfortable beds, and so much more! It was a wonderful weekend and we felt very pampered. A big thank you to all the staff!

So this is a 5 star hotel and honestly, I’m underwhelmed. Rooms are clean, but the wifi is spotty at best, tv has zero streaming options. Our room has an alright view of the dirt path on the ground level and I find the rooms super basic and not up to date for a Fairmont…looks and feels old. Honestly, the Marriot and the Holiday Inn look nicer and are much cheaper. There are also way too many patrons vs amenities available - good luck getting a spot at the pool. Also noticed their COVID protocols seemed to have relaxed, probably due to QC opening up fully, which is alright but just be aware. There are a lot of stores and restaurants closed early in the week (note for Monday travellers) but the hotels are fully booked so there are too many people for all the attractions and activities. For example, we reserved a mini golf time even though we noticed they took walk-ins; it was so busy, it took us 45mins to play 3 holes…with little ones, not so fun. Restaurants were insane…. Legit hour plus wait times, and no ability to make a reservation. Best time to eat dinner is before 3: 00pm because after that, it’s impossible. Even late dinners, around 8: 00pm, places were booked for the evening. Super disappointing. We have Tonga Lumina in an hour, so hoping that turns out better than what we’ve experienced so far.

Absolutely stunning! Have been in winter and fall with great views and walks nearby.

Best hotel at Tremblant, hands down. Nice rooms, great pools and hot tubs, and good food. Amenities such as arcade, theater, spa, lounge and bars are great as well. The ability to ski directly onto and off of the mountain is amazing. In addition, walking to the amazing variety of shops and restaurants in the village is very short and easy.

Très bel hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre. Nous avions une vue sur les pistes de ski. Les piscines extérieures chauffées sont super. Le personnel est avenant et offre un service impeccable. Le déjeuner format brunch est de qualité. Bref, tout est réuni pour un séjour réussi!

Je m'attendais vraiment a avoir une belle nuit dans ce bel hôtel. Par contre, a 4h du matin, la dameuses des pistes de ski a commencé a faire la neige en beau milieu de la nuit! Pire, un ski doo est venu tourner autour de la fameuse dameuse pour faire encore plus de bruit! Ma nuit a été écourté de 2h.très déçu. En me rendant a la réception pour leur faire part de mon expérience, le dame au comptoir me fait comprendre qu'elle n'a rien a voir la dedans et que c'est normal que les pistes de ski se font faire avant l'ouverture. Excusez moi, l'ouverture des pistes de ski ne sont pas à 5h le matin. J'ai été mal reçu et rabroué comme il faut. Choisissez un autre hôtel si possible. / I had a terrible night yesterday at this hotel. The snow truck was doing the ski track beside the hotel at 4 am in the night. It waked up the entire side of the hotel. I barely were able to sleep afterward. When I went down to see the reception clerk, She told me that they could do nothing about it and basically tols me that I chose a hotel in a sky mountain area. I never had such a bad response from an employee from an hotel. Totally disappointed of the service. Choose an other hotel for the price they are charging you

We stay every year for our wedding anniversary and we would not go anywhere else. The service is great and the facilities are the best in the village.

It is awesome. I really enjoyed a good time there. The only thing is that it's a little bit expensive. But is a really good place to spend time during this cold winter.

We visited this place many times. In the past there was no problem going for family drinks. This time we entered their bar close to the reception. We made our orders including food and drinks. After 25 minutes another person had to come and ask for the age of my daughter. She is 16 and we did not know that there was any age limit there. We did not like our experience there

Stay was enjoyable, staff was pleasant, room was clean and cool, heating in the winter worked well and wasn't loud, location was good and made for a good stay while skiing at the mountain.

Très belle hôtel et bien situer au pied de la montagne un peu dispendieux mais 1 fois pour se faire un gros plaisir a savoir le dejeuner et le stationnement pas compris dans le prix donc une facture salée

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Our room was very clean and spacious. We travelled with our 3 year old daughter and it was hassle free. We will definitely come back

Service was impeccable! Everything we lacked they found a way to give it to us! I would recommend this place to everyone! Only downfall is that parking is not free even though rooms are on the expensive range!

Great buffet with a wide assortment of food to satisfy all palates. Friendly chef and wait staff who were quite accommodating despite the busy "tourist bus" dinner crowd. Valet parking is included with the meal (over $50). Otherwise park in the lot next to the hotel.

The price makes this remind you it is the nest in Tremblant. The service from all the staff members is first class. Everyone from the valet guys to the front desk and restaurant personnel make you feel welcome and are consiatent at making it a firzt class hotel experoence. I really like how the valet tale care of everything when you arrive and leave. There is no other better hotel to stay.

J'ai beaucoup aimé, le service est rapide. Il y a un stationnement pour votre voiture. Il y a aussi deux belles piscines, une à l'intérieur et l'autre à l'extérieur avec un jacuzzi et un sauna. La chambre est très belle avec la vue sur la montagne. Alors c'est le parfait endroit pour des petites vacances où vous voulez relaxer.

The bad:
Hotel is very out dated, definitely not like a ‘fairmont’ I have previously stayed at. Needs an upgrade!
Heating and cooling system is jointly combined so if one guest wants the heater and another the air conditioning, the hotel can accommodate only one request which isn’t so comfortable in the freezing cold weather!
Bathrooms need an upgrade too! Very standard fittings for the price they are charging.
Breakfast not included in hotel price, which is already very high!
The good:
Very friendly staff, good location and good ambience.
Overall, the staff was very accommodating to our requests, gave us a better room than the existing one and with better heating and cooling facilities, would love to stay with them again

Tout est excellent. Cet hôtel est parfait pour une escapade de quelques jours. Situé au pied de la montagne avec son "village " toutes les nombreuses activités du Mont Tremblant sont facilement accessibles. Il faut quand même compter sur un budget important pour le séjour surtout si on ajoute le ski ou le golf. Compter pas moins de 500 $ par jour pour tout couvrir

The service was amazing, the staff opened doors very warmly and welcomed us. Although it seems like very little, that service is unfortunately not common at other hotels and makes it friendlier to move in for the night.

So, here's the thing.this hotel is clearly worn down and the pricing $600+ / night would suggest great quality rooms.but it is far from it.

Then of course there's the price gauging.wow and its everywhere within this village. $22 for an omelet should suffice to tell you everything.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. There were many hidden fees except the standard room rate. They charge wi-fi for almost $17 plus tax per day; Slippers are $5 each pair, which they do not state clear on their website and booking. Just be careful if you ask for anything from the hotel. There may be extra charges to your credit card when you receive the bill.

Le service à l'hôtel est impeccable. Les gens sont gentils et chaleureux. Les spas sont bien entretenus, les fleurs sont magnifiques et il y a un service de bar à la piscine (et aux spas). Les chambres sont belles et propres, style classique et champêtre. L'emplacement est génial à côté des activités de Tremblant. Par contre, il faut s'attendre à un prix assez élevé. Le service de stationnement est payant, les restaurants de l'hôtel sont dispendieux et les activités autour sont tous payantes aussi.
