Terrible… they had changed secretary and was way better….
You call and get busy signal, when you get through, they tell you to go online (which I have…) … I haven’t seen my doctor in 8 years! I ended up getting a back operation because she follows procedures that clearly don’t work (secretary filters, then auxiliary nurse, etc.) …I pay a lot of money towards this system, yet I can’t use it! I once got another doctor at this clinic (Dr. Dino Bergeron) amazing! He actually followed up and I wasn’t even his patient…. He is now at a clinic in Farnham….
