We placed an order for an F1 hat shortly before Christmas (waited till the last minute) and ended up ordering the wrong one. We contacted Fanabox on December 20th with an explanation of our error and re-ordered the right hat. The next day I received a call from Fanabox and spoke with Max. They ended up sending out the right hat that day and expedited it to ensure that it arrived on the Friday before Christmas. This service was over and above any retailers I've ever dealt with. They had a genuine concern in making sure that our son's hat would arrive by Christmas. I've been to the store several times during the F1 race but this was the first time I've ordered online. Being as busy as they must have been right before Christmas they still managed to get our purchase to us on time. Great people to deal with!

Hands down my favourite store in Montreal because I’m a huge fan of Formula 1. Bianca and Alma were more than helpful with the experience and made me feel welcome! Thank you! Definitely a must visit for F1 fans

Definitely is a place to go if you love Motorsport! Has a really great staff. Way too many things to choose out of which is great if you love most f1 teams. 10/10 recommend!

Great store! Lots of choices! However customer service sucks. We spent over 350$ in merchandises and we had to wait about 10 min for check out. Nobody offered to help us either the whole time we were in the store.
Thank you Max for your answer, I really appreciate it as I believe it is important to get constructive criticism to improve customer service. I was really surprised that no one offered to help us with the sizes or bring a red cart since we had a lot of things in our hands and that only one cashier apparently can use the cash register. She was on the phone with a client for approximately 10 min while we were waiting to pay…
