I had a fantastic experience with Fanny. She gave me a haircut with partial highlights and it came out amazing. She really listened to what I wanted and took his time. The entire studio is friendly, and they're great about walk-ins. Worth 5 stars rating.

Je recommande fortement le salon Fanny O. La propriétaire, styliste et coloriste d'expérience, Fanny m'a coiffée et maquillée magnifiquement pour mon mariage. J'avais une coupe au carré avec cheveux raides et elle a réussi à me faire une coiffure royale (montante et ondulée)!) Depuis 2013, elle me fait des coupes et mèches superbes, quels que soit mes envies (cheveux mi-longs, courts, très courts). Merci!

I had gone to this salon in February- took a hair spa, hair wash, cut and styling and a facial. Owner was trying to sell her products very hard. Did not like service, and definitely it is not value for money.
Fanny may check her records.

For the hair spa and between the hair wash and hair cut, I had to wait a long time because Fanny was busy attending other clients.
Fanny noticed that my hair was dry and asked what I applied to nourish them. I replied oil. To which she said, “you Indians only apply oil. It is not helpful. I would apply oil only if I were in a dessert and there was nothing else. ”

I never give low ratings to local businesses, but Fanny was a complete rip off. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there.

j'ai eu une horrible expérience à ce salon, je vous le déconseille fortement. Si vous souhaitez essayer un nouveau salon, optez pour un autre car vous allez amèrement regretter votre visite.

Premièrement, moi et mon amie sommes arrivées à l'heure, mais le salon était fermé. Nous avons appelé, puis la coiffeuse est venue, s'excusant de l'erreur de sa dite "secrétaire" (il n'y en a visiblement pas puisque c'est avec Fanny que j'ai pris rendez-vous), insinuant que nous avions annulé le rendez-vous. (je n'ai appelé qu'une seule fois et ce, pour prendre rendez-vous.)

Une fois rentrées, mon amie a exprimé son souhait de ressortir avec une coupe et un balayage rouge/cuivré. Au moment de la décoloration, j'étais derrière et j'ai observé sa technique désemparante. Fanny a appliqué le produit sans faire de fines sections et séparées: le bleach était étalé grossièrement sur les cheveux de mon amie, sans aucune minutie. Le "balayage" remontait presque jusqu'à ses racine et certaines mèches n'étaient même pas décolorées jusqu'au pointes. Aussi, la couleur n'était pas du tout celle désirée.

Quant à ma permanente. Le résultant est OUTRANT. J'ai demandé des ondulations naturelles, et j'ai également présenté des photos en guise de référence. J'ai reçu exactement ce que je redoutais: des boucles serrées, frisottées, sans parler du dommage irréparable avec lequel je suis coincée.

Finalement, j'aimerais aborder les prix EXORBITANTS que nous avons dû payer. Sur le site, une permanente coute entre 95$ et 155$. Fanny m'a chargée 155$, alors que mes cheveux sont courts et n'exigent aucune complications. Quand j'ai adressé ma confusion, Fanny m'a assurée qu'elle m'avait avisée au téléphone quand j'ai pris rendez-vous avec elle. (je n'ai jamais entendu un mot sur cette histoire) Quant à mon amie, elle a dû payer 360$ pour un "balayage" et une coupe.incroyable!

Pour compléter le tout, nous sommes restées 6 heures au salon. Je suis extrêmement déçue de mon expérience globale. Avec un trou dans mon compte bancaire et de la paille en guise de chevelure, vous pouvez être certains que je ne mettrai plus jamais les pieds chez Fanny O.

Deux personnes de mon entourage sont passées au salon, une teinture et une permanente ont pris 6h. 360$ pour une teinture et un balayage, 177$ pour une permanente. Je suis outrée. À leur place j’exigerais un remboursement, d’autant plus que le balayage n’est pas naturel du tout et la permanente n’est absolument pas ce qu’iel avait demandé.

Horrible service. Called right before my appointment to let me know the price would be double because it was going to be done by the owner, when I questioned it, they hung up on my face.

Fanny is a very passionate stylist who genuinely cares about her work and her clients. She is very confident in her capabilities and her products. Her hair serum works absolute wonders. It makes your hair feel brand-spanking-new and it lasts for days - even AFTER I washed my hair. It never gives you the oily feeling and it makes it look beautiful, soft, and glowy. Would recommend to anyone.

I have extremely baby-fine hair and always envied people who could wear their hair in an elegant pony tail or casually pinned back with a beautiful barrette. Wow-how lucky were they! I don't know what magic potion Fanny works into her hair products but since I've been using them it seems as if I have SO much more hair! It's getting longer and longer (now at my collar bone) and still doesn't look stringy or skimpy. No doubt, Fanny's cuts help too!

If it was possible to give way more starts I would. Fanny is absolutely amazing. I got a Balayage over my naturally blonde hair and it turned out stunning. I am in love with my hair. It looks healthier than it has ever been and in no way did it damage. Fanny was also so amazingly kind! She felt like family within such a short amount of time. This place is so great I’d be willing to fly all the way from North Carolina just to see her again. There is not enough I could possibly say to express how grateful I am. I would highly recommend to anyone I meet to go and see Fanny. She not only helps with hair but also nails, skin, anything. She knows what true beauty is and knows how to bring it out of anyone.

10 out of 10! I needed a wax and Fanny squeezed me in last minute! She was so kind and hospitable. She did a wonderful job with my wax and made sure that I was happy with the result. She offered me great advice about my skin and recommended some excellent products that I can’t wait to try. Would recommend visiting Fanny O 100 percent!

J’ai toujours eu l’habitude d’avoir les cheveux très long, j’avais envie de changement pour l’été et j’ai demandé de les couper court (soit d’une longueur qui arrivait au niveau du nombril à une longueur de quelques centimètres en dessous des épaules). Je suis vraiment contente de l’avoir fait, mes cheveux sont maintenant beaucoup plus en santé! Merci à Fanny pour son professionnalisme et son savoir faire excellent! Je recommande!
