Susie and the rest of the team are fantastic, cheerful, and always ready to help. My daughter had an emergency and needed help immediately, when I arrived they doctor was expecting her and my daughter was seen right away. They were friendly, helpful, and reassuring. Because of their friendly and professional manner I booked my annual appointment (seeing as I was due) and bought my next pair of designer glasses.

J'y suis allée pour une nouvelle paire de lunette.j'en ai essayé pas moins que, 15 environs.et dès que, j'ai trouvé "là " paire parfaite je n'ai eu aucun doute. Excellent service from Susie and Gina. Patient and took their time to explain which glasses would be ideal for me. Taught me how to care for my glasses. Felt very comfortable and every question I asked they both responded with professionalism and knew their product. A huge thank you to both of them and I would definitely recommend Farhat RDP.

The staff is no nice. I broke my pair of glasses (a screw came off). I went back to the store, they fixed it at no charge. I always go there to renew / re-evaluate my view and I always get the best service ever. Thanks again!

Bon prix, beaucoup de choix de montures et certains employés sont très gentil. Cependant, le service après-vente laisse à désirer, j'ai dû leur courir après pour quelques chose qu'ils avaient "oublié" de me donner!

Une étoile c'est même trop. Le service est pourri et les prix sont exagérés. La secrétaire fait des erreurs dans les dossiers example le numéro de téléphone, qui à mon avis est important. Bref ce fu une expérience horrible. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit. En dirait qu'on les dérange lorsqu'on y retourne pour un ajustement.

This has got to be the worst service I've ever got in my entire life! If I could I'd take out the 1star! They don't refund you even if it's their mistake! One person tells you the manager is going to be there on that date then they don't show up! Imagine running after 65$ for a pair of contacts! People if you don't want to waste your time, don't come here!

Pire service que j'ai reçu dans ma vie! J'ai commander une pair de verre de contact de 65$ et j'ai de la difficulté à me faire rembourser et c'est eux qui on commander la mauvaise boite! La personne responsable n'est jamais présente! Cela se ressent! Si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre temps n'allez pas chez lunetterie f.farhat!
