Prices are better than Pneusarabais and the prices at FCP include installation.
Installation prices are on par now (unlike the previous review).
The wait time is long, but you have to understand that they're busy, it's impossible to be in and out during the seasonal rush.
If you want something quicker, pay more and go to your dealer and even then, you'll still wait a while.
If you want to save money and have a wide selection to pick from, this is the place to go.

4/5 star because they're fast and dependable.
Lost a star for the prices.
Tire installation for 17" is $120 (with taxes) as opposed to other local shops that are $80 tax in.
As for the tire prices, other shops (online) can get the same or better deals.

They always have the best prices and if you ever decide to buy used tires, this is a trustworthy shop, which is hard to come by these days. The service is on point and has been great for years! I should also point out that they do mechanics and alignments here as well and everything is top notch!

The only place I found my winter tire at that time that I needed it was a good deal with mugs and installed the right after our deal. I still give a 5 star and truly recommended

Amazing customer service and experience. Reasonably priced. Walked in today to price mags and tires and walked out with them installed and balanced on my truck. Very happy with my purchase and experience.

4h d'attente pour un changement huile pas le bon filtre, on appelle d'avance pour avec le modèle du véhicule et il ne sont pas capable de s'organiser! Aucun dédommagement ou excuse de leur part! Zéro recommandé

Horrible service. They have a new receptionnist and she is completely lost. She books an appointment for us 1.5 weeks ahead of time and does not write down what we need to get done on the car. The day before the appointment, she calls us to confirm the appointment and what needs to be done because they had nothing on file, and STILL does NOT write down anything in the file. Today, we show up & the staff is lost: there is nothing on file. She takes the info for a 3rd time. We get a call back 1h30 after dropping the car: She tells us they won't be able to do the jobs and we'll need to book a new appointment. She is totally unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.
EDIT 28/02/2023: She called us the day prior because she didn't write anything down in the file when the appointment was booked You can deny all you want, it happened. We ended up having to get the work done elsewhere.

Used to love this place for getting tires. Bought a set of winter from this place about 1.5 years ago. Paid around $900 for 8% used tires and now i no longer have that vehicle. They say they buy second hand tires but because mine where made in 2008 they wont take them back. If i would have known that they were that old i would have never bought them. And the new management says they won't take anything under 2015. Which mean when they sold me the tires they were older then what they are supposed to sell. Check the date on your tires before you buy! Look for the DOT on the tires and its the last 4 digits- the first 2 are the month the last 2 are the year. Its in a rectangle -like box with round edges. Hope this help others not get screwed by the system.
