First time renting a party bus a couple months ago for a bachelorette party and it was great! Our driver William was very kind and patient even though we were a few minutes late. Us 12 girls had a blast

This company single handedly ruined our wedding. I called after 10 minutes they were late and kept telling me 10 minutes 5 minutes until showed up 2 hours late in a filthy limousine. The guy vlad was lying to us 5 mins 10 mins, not trustworthy don’t use them much cheaper options available other places. After calling them and leaving a message no one got back to me. They didnt even give us the party bus we requested for. They showed up in 2 old janky limos as you see in the pictures from outside and inside. They said the party bus was not available since there was a fight in it the last night and it needed to be claimed, after reading other reviews they said they same things to others which means they were dishonest as they were with the timing. They didn’t even callback to apologize for their unprofessionalism and offer a solution. PLEASE STAY AWAY. I will be filing a complaint with all appropriate bodies

At first we were hesitant to rent a party bus as there are many negative reviews. Our group rented the party bus limo that fits 20 people. It was very spacious inside and nice. Only issue with our bus was the pole was broken but we still had fun regardless. Our driver William was the best he got to our location on time and even gave us some free time at the end to make a final stop. I would definitely rent a party bus from here again:)

J’ai demandé un changement au contrat pour assurer que nous ayons le véhicule demandé et non pas plusieurs véhicule. Beaucoup de va et vient, erreur dans le lieu de dépôt après plusieurs répétition. Plusieurs appels de leur part pour confirmer que nous voulons la date - plusieurs confirmation que nous voulons la date et effectuerons le paiement lors de la réception des corrections dans le contrat. On nous mentionne que ce sera fait et finalement ils nous disent qu’ils ont prit d’autres réservations et que notre date est SOLD OUT.

PLEASE AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST! Our driver was 45mins late and couldn't careless. The speakers were not working and it was a bachelorette party, so it wasn't a real party. We contacted the manager Vlad and he refused to give us a refund. We called many times for 2 weeks straight and the staff would always lie and tell us that Vlad was going to call us back but he never did. Very poor customer service and poor business ethics. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!

Good price, good service! We wanted to go to a restaurent but then it was full. The company didn't complain, they just asked us where we wanted to go as a second choice. They drive us a additionnal 20 minutes (with no charges). The limo was new. Seriously the real party was in the limo. Thank you for your services. Thanks to Goji.

We did a lot of shopping. They had the best best price. So we book a party bus. Everything was on time (we insited:). We already booked again for our other friend birthday.

The buss limousine was awesome so much fun - and the driver was very friendly and nice.

Réserver et payer une limousine plusieurs semaines d’avance, pour un départ du casino à 23: 00, finalement la dites limousine est arrivée à 2: 10 (soit 3 heures et 10 de RETARD)
Et ce faire arrêter par des inspecteur, 5 minutes plus tard,
Et réaliser que la limousine n’a pas le droit de transporter des passagers et que le chauffeur n’a aucun plan B pour les passagers qui sont en attente au beau milieu du pont concorde … et finalement la limousine ce fait remorquer …! Et comme c’est la fermeture des bars au même moment, aucun taxi de disponible!

Un gros 0 pour l’entreprise qui n’a toujours pas entrer en contact avec nous pour nous dédommager pour tous les tracas que tout ça a engendré et ce malgré de très nombreux messages

Very disappointed with this provider. For $385+tip, and oh boy did they insist on the tip, I was expecting the limo to show on time or a few minutes before/after. After 5 minutes waiting, I called. The person only stated the vehicle is on its way (person made me feel like I was wrong to even call. Really? Was I wrong to expect a limo to be on time?), and arriving any minute… NOT. Did not explain the reason for the delay. Apparently there was an issue with the limo I requested for 5: 30pm Thursday last week. Well the classy limo was replaced for an ugly party bus, arrived on the wrong side of the street and had to go turn around. This was a 50th anniversary, not a prom night! The driver, who said was off duty, was called last minute as a replacement. Not even dressed. Since it was a bus, no pageantry of opening the door for us in style. There was supposed to be water, but nothing. Could not connect to Bluetooth so no music. This was a 30 minutes drive suburb-to-downtown that turned into a rushed and bumpy ride in a bus rather than a comfortable limo. The driver used his phone's turn-by-turn direction, clearly did not (or had the chance to) do a proper preparation. So he was not aware of the new roads accessing the highway and not aware of destination's road closures, well advertised on the city traffic web page, by the way. We were late and were rushed to eat. Return trip was still bumpy, no water, no Bluetooth. We managed to work an FM radio but the reception was horrible. And then the tip. What do I do? It was not really the driver's fault to be thrown into this. So I tipped him $50 nonetheless but reluctantly. But did I get a call, an email, explanation, apologies, rebate.ya-da-ya-da? No, nothing. For $435 this was a total let down. If your business is driving people and charging that much money, get your vehicle in order, know your own territory, have contingency plans, TEST your equipment, stock the vehicle as promised, be on time, and if something goes wrong follow through and be on top of things. I selected this vendor because it was locally close to me and I wanted to be supportive, it was a mistake. I do not recommend this provider.

*Avoid at all costs*

- Ordered party bus for my wedding, party bus never showed up. Instead they pulled up with a stretch limo claiming that the party bus broke overnight.
- Never showed at the end of the wedding to drive us back to our hotel, as per our contract.
- Never returned my phone calls or text messages.

Do yourself a favour and do NOT hire these guys.

****2021 UPDATE****
I have followed through with ALL of the steps in order to get a refund for the party bus service ($2k) that I have NEVER USED. No voucher, no credit was ever given to me. There was not one attempt on their end to even try and resolve the issue. This happened in 2019, it took 2 years (protection au consommateur, petites creances, court dates and documents on top of documents provided) to end up showing up at court ALONE. These people are real scammers. FEDERAL LIMOUSINE CANADA IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY STEALING THOUSANDS VIA MANDATORY PRE-PAYMENT AND DOES NOT PROVIDE THE VEHICLES OR THE SERVICE YOU PAID FOR. Beware. You've been warned. If ever they decide to do the right thing, miraculously, I will be adding it to this review. I doubt they will, thieves steal.that's what they do.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! To sum it up, I had paid the full amount for a bus limousine rental on July through 19. The payment was made through email money transfer (the total amount). The rental was scheduled for 7pm, at 6pm the company called me with a bogus story about having a flat tire. They never came, they had no replacement, no limo available before 10pm that night. I requested a full refund. They promised they would reimburse the full amount since I never received the service that I paid for, until this day, I have not received a refund. Dishonest, no integrity, no empathy, bad customer service. I think if Satan had a limo company, this is the one. I wish I could select 0 stars.

Never use this company they will steal your money and never respond! Beware! Asked for a refund on November 30 2020 and was told on numerous occasions I would get it back. Now they are just not answering! Karma will come to them never use this service!

**UPDATE*** Finally received my refund 2 months later. Took a lot of back and forth, excuses and 2 months of tears shed on my part ****
If I could put zero stars I would. This has been the absolute worst experience of my life. From day one. The first issue was that they asked me for the full amount and not just a deposit. I complied and they charged my credit card. Not once but TWICE. They made me chase for the reimbursement for weeks. Always giving me an excuse as to why they have not processed it yet. Finally, they reimbursed me but not a refund on my credit card but in an e transfer.
Months went by and Covid-19 hit and I have had to cancel their service.
VLAD advised me that I would have to lose 30% of my payment. I wasn't happy about that because they never told me that I would lose it if I canceled. Especially because it was paid in full. I called them and told them to go ahead and process the reimbursement because I wasn'tgoing to fight over 30%. Its now been over 1 month that I am calling every single day. Leaving voicemails, emails and I am not getting a response. On the rare occasion that they answer the phone, they tell me that the reimbursement was processed. IT NEVER GETS PROCESSED.
This has been a nightmare from day one.
If they think that I am going away! I most certainly am NOT.
I WANT MY MONEY!
They are not reliable. They are not reputable. They are not honest and They most certainly do not take pride in their service.

Nous avons réservé un "Bus Party" pour notre événement corporatif dans l'objectif de regrouper tout le monde dans le même transport. Nous avions des employés de l'extérieur qui ont pris la peine de faire un détour pour se rendre sur les lieux du départ afin de vivre cette expérience. SANS AUCUN AVIS! 3 limousines sont arrivées au point de départ en remplacement de l'autobus qui, soit disant, avait un bris mécanique. Parfait pour cette initiative d'urgence de leur part mais je déplore qu'aucun appel nous a étét signalé pour nous faire état de la situation. Nous estimons que cette décision nous revenait puisqu'à la base, l'idée était de ne pas de diviser les groupes. De plus, une voiture sur trois n'avait pas de système audio fonctionnel et dans l'autre, les écrans de TV étaient tellement sales que nous n'osions même pas y toucher! Et pour terminer en beauté, un chauffeur a réclamé son pourboire sans même attendre que tout le monde soit sorti des voitures!

Really horrible experience, do not recommend at all. They were an hour late picking us up to take us to our party and 2 hours late to our scheduled pickup after the party. On top of that we had called to see about coming to get us earlier. We called multiple times for info in the evening. EVERYONE was aware of the slow in service yet no one considered calling their clients to let them know. I was told several times by several people that they would contact the driver and call me back. I never received any return phone calls, was lied to about their ETA and even had two of my calls declined the night of my event. We had to sit and watch our event being packed up. Even the valet and coat check employees were gone before us. Most of us worked the next day and got 4 hours of sleep because of this. The driver told us he was overbooked and the company then tried to make us believe it was because of an accident on the highway therefore not their fault. They offered us a credit for another ride which is useless to us as a group of 10 retail employees who split the cost and have no other events to attend. Even if we did we don't need another event ruined by their horrible business sense Despite having not at all provided us with the service we paid for, they will not even consider a refund or rebate of any kind. Ruined our night completely! Do not recommend!

DO NOT RECOMAND. Came 3 HOURSE LATE. No joke, we called arounD 11h40 pm and came around 2h30 am. They also came 1h late to bring us to the party. We all worked the day after, ruined our night. They also refused to give us a refund. Do no recomend.

Ruined our wedding. Showed up with a broken bus no Ac and no power steering. Made the groom and groomsman late for the church and didn’t even try to bring the bride and bridesmaids they had to drive themselves. Then left us stranded after the church with no ride to our photo venue. Luckily Healey bus lines bailed us out til they finally sent a limo to pick us up. The limo was only big enough for less than half of our wedding party. They made our entire day run late then were super rude on the phone when we asked for a refund because they didnot provide the service that we had paid for. Currently taking legal action to get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Limousine Federal, une belle gang de voleur qui ont voler 1400$ sans jamais se présenter à l’enterrement de vie de garçon à un de mes amis, ils ont nieser deux semaines a dire de rappeler pour le remboursement et ont fini par bloquer le numero de l’hote qui avait réserver.
Ils ont fait sa à plusieurs personnes pour des mariages etc.

Very mediocre experience and not recommending this company. The driver waited for us at the pick up location, but the road safety guards stopped us from driving so that they could inspect the limo. The limo was never allowed to drive on the Montreal roads, and the police had a hard time finding the company registration. After the incident, I asked for a reimbursement and they kept on saying they would do it in no time (and even said they would give me compensation). It's already been 1 month and I still get the same song, so I just called VISA and had the reimbursement done myself.

Très déçu de la compagnie. Nous avions loué 2 party limo bus car nous étions 56. Un des deux limo bus a eu un problème et sans le savoir, ils l ont remplacé par deux limo. Ils me disent que c est bon pour 14 et 12 pers alors que seulement 12 et 11 ont pu embarquer. Trop serré pour plus. On a dû embarquer les 33 autres dans le limo bus qui ne pouvait pas contenir plus que 30 personnes. Donc 33, vraiment trop serré! Dans le limo bus, le chauffeur n’a jamais pu faire jouer notre musique, donc nous devions écouter la radio et l’eau entrait par la trappe du plafond.
Quand je demande un remboursement partiel, ils veulent me donner un certificat cadeau pour un autre bus limo et ainsi regagner leur confiance. Il est clair que nous n’utiliserons pas cette compagnie de nouveau. Une compagnie fiable aurait fait un remboursement partiel comme dédommagement car le nombre de places n’a pas été respecté. Ils me disent que le fabricant dit 14 et 12. Pourtant, à 12 et 11, nous avions des gens mal assis avec une fesse à l’extérieur du banc.
Une bonne compagnie ne réagirait pas ainsi.
Soyez prudents!

Réservation pour 10 personnes où l’entente était d’être présent pour 17: 45. à 18: 30 aucune limousine qui s’est présenté. Avons tenté d’appeler au moins 30 fois pour valider ce qui se passe.aucune réponse aucun retour d’appel.avons laissé plusieurs messages sur messenger avec aucun retour.le mandat primaire d’une entreprise de location de limousine est d’être présent à l’heure.même avec un peu de neige plus de 10 voitures se sont rendu au point de rencontre.je ne peux croire qu’une seule limousine ne peut se présenter! Un appel de de l’entreprise à 19: 00 soit plus plus d’une heure après pour nous informer que finalement la limousine ne pourra se présenter! Pitoyable service
