Y avais personne sur caisse.j ete meme seul dans la ligne meme avec sa ca pris 15 minute pour que un employé de super c venu pour me dire il faut que t attend encore une autre 15 minutes.car il savent pas comme t ca marche!

They should take this fedex down from this store, the super C employees are unprofessional, they barely know how the system works. They are super rude and disrespectful. While we were there two employees incuding one of the managers were fighting and throwing each other hands. We had two packages and one of them we did not print the waybill so she said she will tc of it. The first package has been delievered and the second was never shipped. Very sad to see fedex ruining their name by unprofessional super c employees.

Assistante Guilia Dachille was one of the rudest person I have ever met. She didn’t answer my questions and her behaviour was making me feel bad. Definitely won’t be back at Fedex. If the assistant doesn’t know a basic customer service rules, I don’t know why there are hiring her.

Worst possible customer service ever. No one in line but I’ve waited 15min and the worker was on the computer all that time without even glancing once. Terrible service.

No service person when it says open. Have to wsit for an hour for the person to come at 10am
