Been here the 3rd week, plus during COVID and last year, same dude,
Same efficiency, enthusiasm, so consistent.

WORST SERVICE EVER

The customer service on the phone was bad, unhelpful and i was given the wrong informations and she advised me to go the Fedex store if i don't have a printer and if i need the ground service (two-way)

Arriving at the Fedex Store situated at 1Place Ville Marie. The agent at the desk told me he can't assist me with this service nor with a printer and that i need to create an account on the Fedex website.

The website didn't offer the ground two-way options neither and he asked me then to download the Fedex app. And of course the app was just as useless.

That was really the worst customer experience i have had and It was a waste of time. And i don't recommend FEDEX at all.

I went to their competitors (UPS). And within 20 mins everything was taken care of. Simple with a Good customer service.

You have to the place. If there is a construction in front of the main entrance, from Place Ville-Marie, which is usual in Montreal, ignore it, just enter. You can find it easily.

I don’t like FedEx, they find all excuses to not to work. They don’t want to deliver, find every excuse to force you to pick up, I asked re-attempt delivery 3 times in 3 separate days yet they still haven’t attempt to deliver (they keep finding excuse not to deliver keep holding my package and lie on the phone, telling lies saying it will be sent out tmw. Then the next day is still holding). If FedEx doesn’t want to work why still keep this company.

Such a nice and helpful staff! I am very happy with the service here. They even kindly provided me with a recycled box and bubble wrap to ship my laptop.

Très très insatisfait! La livraison initiale n'a pu se faire à cause d'un pblm de communication, j'appelle le matin et on me propose de le livrer à côté de chez moi car leur entrepôt est fermé tout le week-end et je fini par avoir un appel ou ils me disent que finalement il reste chez eux.je leur propose d'envoyer ma conjointe récupérer le colis avec une lettre de ma part et nos 2 identification mais la personne ne veux pas car c'est interdit. Je trouve que c'est un grand manque de professionnalisme et qu'ils mettent énormément d'effort pour gâcher leur efficacité. Aucun service clients!

I told the delivery person to leave my package ONLY IF the mailbox is available. They just left it in the lobby and now I can't find it.

Good service when you're actually there, but knocked off a star because they don't actually hold packages for the full 5 business days. They called me and were only willing to hold it 3 business days.

Worst delivery service!
I paid more money to get the order faster, the order took more than 30 days and so far nothing has arrived.

Very unprofessional and lots of delays. Do NOT choose this. I paid a lot for Priority. Paid customs fee two days before delivery date, it is not updated online when I track the package. Says "Delay, unable to collect payment". Customer service is so bad, they can not reattempt delivery. I have to go pick it up at location. So expensive and below average service. I do NOT recommend.

Mauvaise expérience dans son ensemble.

Tout d'abord numéro de suivi a la porte non fonctionnel, je n'avais pas ete avise de la livraison. Aucun appel pour savoir ou je suis. J'attends de voir le lendemain, toujours pas fonctionnel.

Je contacte le support, après 15min a me battre avec le robot (avis de passage toujours non fonctionnel, aucune option pour avoir de l'assistance), avant finalement qu'on me propose enfin un opérateur.

Il réussi a retrouver ma commande, m'indique l’impossibilité de livrer en point relais, m'indique qu'une livraison est prévu pour demain, je peux donc laisser mon bandeau sur la porte signé.

Après 2j sans livraison, et un robot qui me harcèle via appel et non sms, me disant chaque jour que mon colis est disponible je me résous finalement a aller chercher mon colis.

Le délai pour le récuperer est de 5j ouvré, et l'entreprise est fermé sur toute la fin de semaine, heureusement il ferme a 19h.

N’étant pas véhiculé, et malgré que je sois sur la ligne verte, il m'aura fallu 2h30 pour aller vers le centre de service. Si tout Montreal doit recuperer son colis la, c'est un scandale.

Dans l'ensemble pas grand chose a reprocher au personnel, malgré l'erreur sur la date du 2eme passage, et le fait que les livreurs n'ai même pas essaye de me joindre.

Bref, j'éviterai a l'avenir les commerçants utilisant FedEx.

Went to recover a package. The lady working the service desk was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond in trying to recover the package despite me not having a tracking number on hand. This was an example of great customer service. Place is not street facing anymore but close to the concourse entrance.

FedEx is the worst delivery carrier ever. It is going to marked as delivered when it was clearly not since you rush to your door & there is absolutely nothing? You always need to call them for clarifications! At least, the customer service is straight to the point & helpful! They couldn’t find my address but I am telling you, when it happens, you tell the expeditor right away. They said that they came to my false address already three times but why would you go back to an address that you cannot find? ! For looking at the sky? ! No way! We were almost everyday at home. We NEVER saw the FedEx truck! You don’t wait till the last minute for someone to change the address and then "Oh, too bad! We returned your package to the place you bought it from already! " so you took time to change the address for no reason! At the end, the person just wasted time calling for informations at FedEx and at the store only to be told that you need to order again! Do you know what is the funniest thing in all of that? ! I double checked & the address WAS RIGHT from the time the item was ordered from the store! Both the store & the carrier messed everything up!

Very very bad don’t received my order call them they said to call FedEx, and FedEx said to call nature santé again il called they said it FedEx can resolve it FedEx said it nature santé but no problem live u in the hand of God

Expensive Package delivered to wrong adresse. The managers name: Sneha employee id 4025916 promised package will be picked up from wrong adresse before 3 pm. I get call back now saying that I will be updated on the ongoing situation. Absolutely rediculous. Package worth 2,000$+ and the drivers name R. Rafik in Montreal that delivered to wrong adresse. DO NOT TRUST FEDEX

Asked how much it would be to ship a 1.5kg package to the United States. They said 5 day shipping was 810 dollars. Clearly untrained employees who don’t understand their own system. I know that’s not true, but she insisted it’s 810 dollars.

Went to canada post and they gave me 3 day shipping for only 40 dollars.

Pire compagnie de shipping de tous les temps. Pire service à la clientèle (impossible de parler à un humain) et item livré à une mauvaise adresse. Aucun support de la compagnie pour retrouver mon colis. Un ordinateur en plus, pour l'amour du ciel. À éviter

I had complications figuring things out with Fedex Ground, wrong tracking number, system was down, etc. So I showed up in person to Fedex Express, which is apparently unrelated to, in order to fix things and had the help and assistance of Irene, an employee of Fedex for about 30 years. I don't recall ever having this good of a client service in any situation. She went above and beyond without my asking. I was very impressed and I'm extremely grateful. She also gave me tips on how to handle it better myself next time. So, a big shoutout to you Irene, Fedex must be proud to have a loyal employee like you and next time I come by, I'll bring you a coffee, 2 creams 1 sugar.

5/5 Le livreur est monté au 1er étage me deposer ma table alors qu'il pouvait la laisser en bas, car il y a pas d 'acces direct aux apparts (sonnerie). Il a trouvé la porte ouverte et monté! Tres bon service

Business related shipping, super friendly bilingual service, the shipping specialist went above and beyond to have a proper shipping method and packaging.

Kudos on that customer oriented culture, many thanks the prototype arrived before time and on perfect condition.

The driver definitely lied about the delivery status. I was at home the whole day. No one knocked my door or ringed the bell! Then I check my parcel on the app, it said that the package didn’t delivered because no one at home to receive it!

Absolute worst delivery service I've ever had even though I order priority express. Every single time I get fedex for a package I have had a delay. Non-existent communication skills and unhelpful representatives at the location. Absolutely avoid this postal service at least in montreal.

There is no 0 star unfortunately but you deserve it. Really bad experience with you. Deliver at improper times and very hard to communicate with you like very very very bad.

Although sometimes Fedex can't do what they are paid to do whatsoever because of bureaucracy, bad communication protocols, or outdated systems, the people here are nice and try to help you out so there is that.
