Excellent. On a solutionné tous nos problèmes. Ils sont super gentils, polis et patients, surtout avec les personnes qui ne connaissent pas grand chose.

Je suis venu chercher mon nouveau téléphone et on m’a beaucoup aidé sur les choix. J’adore l’étui qu’on m’a conseillé!

Never go that place because Worst customer service ever. They verbally tell you about the new contract, but then write something else on the contract. When I asked to speak with the manager. I was told he was not in today. When I asked when he would be in. I was told I don't know. I wouldn't but a thing from this store! And he force me to pay 0.04$ I don’t understand too crazy!

J'ai fait livré mon nouveau téléphone en boutique pour aller le ramassé il ma répondu qu'il appellerai à l'arrivé du colis pourtant il n'a pas pris mon nom n'y mon numéro par la suite on ma confirmé "purolator" que mon colis a été livré et je n'est jamais pu entré en contacte par téléphone aucune réponse.
Je vous conseille a tous la boutique fido au carfoure angrignon.

Lightning jack at Apple is 8.98$ at that store it is 14.99$, they sell unsuspecting customers for high prices, they put wrong prices on contract, And they lie.

These are scammers not a Fido store, drive a bit further and get really prices from anywhere else.

Rude customer service
refused to serve me after waiting for over 20 minutes

First off I would like to start by saying that I arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing.while waiting in line the employee told me that she did not have time to serve me because it would be past closing time and that she already was tired of working that day.when i explained that i needed my phone for work and that I was in line waiting my turn before closing hours she said she could not do anything after closing time.this is not true because the man before me was rung up about 6 minutes after the closing time.she just did not wat to be at work any later than she had to.so I had to suffer for it. When I asked who the manager was she said it was her, when i asked her her name she said Peaches.so if in fact the manager here is a girl named peaches she should absolutely be fired.

Fast efficient service when I needed a new SIM card. Thanks, Tom. Good covid precautions. This is my local fido store so this where I go when I need to something I can't do online.

If you see the name tag 'karim', get out of there. Have met him twice and he never really resolves your problem, works really slow. More keen on sending you empty-handed than listening to you, has a counter response to negate your statement than being of any use.
