I had Really bad customer services experience. I’m client of Fido for almost 2 years, In black Friday I went to Fido Store at Carrefour Angringnon.they wasted my time for 1hour and really impolite behaviour.
And they didn't even my respond to my question, they told me u have to bring ur dirver licence, so i brought my driver license from my car and after that he told me you have to change plan if you want to take phone, i asked him why u didn't tell me before, he was really impolite and said i don't have enough time to explain several times,
After 2 years using fido, i will change it and also my friends wanna change Fido to another one, customer service is poor.

Adam helped my grandmother and I switch to the phones we wanted with such efficiency! Not only was he extremely helpful and accommodating through it all but he was also very patient with my grandmother. Adam made sure that she understood all the logistics. 10/10 service, I will definitely be going back to him for any of my phone needs!

Outstanding Service! Phil and his team go above and beyond to save their customers money offering the best value based on the current plans. Their patience, diligence and dedication to each customer has left me referring many friends and family as I believe what they offer as far as value for price along with that caring attitude really can’t be beat.

I came into the store thinking I would get better help to some of my questions, I’m already a Fido Customer and then only thing that I was needing is that I want to take into an offer that I got from Fido but without losing some of my existing services. The lady that served me just told me she couldn’t see it in her screen although I showed her from my phone, she didn’t do anything else, or try to actually help me. At the end she just told me to call again Customer Service Fido.
Feel so frustrated as it is the 3rd time I’m recharging to one of Fidos Agent.

Très mauvaise service à la clientèle. La madame ne voulais pas écouter l'explication de ma situation. Je devais me déplacer jusqu'au bureau de Fido sur St. Catherine pour avoir un bon service.

The sales people are ignorant, rude and have half baked knowledge. I was billed for two lines when asked for one. I had to spend an hour with their contact center to figure out the issue. Pity, they do not want to accept their mistake. Please avoid this store.

GREAT SERVICE! USUALLY WILL ALWAYS CHOOSE ONLINE SERVICES TO AVOID FEES BUT WHEN I HAD PROBLEMS I HAD TO GO TO A PHYSICAL STORE SO HAPPY I WENT HERE. IF YOU EVER VISIT ALDEN IS YOUR GUY! ALL CAPS TO EMPHASIZE GENUINENESS.:)

Very rude service at the fido store (Angrignon mall), I was with a lady on the phone and she just put the phone without even saying she'd be back, I was not on hold I was hearing her talking to other people for 10 minutes. When I hang out and recalled (at least 3 times) she answered again with a very rude tone and telling me to comeback and return the product instead of hearing the concern I had. This was Thursday 10th of September 2020 around 11 am. I am definitely returning their product, I am very disappointed and would neither recommend it nor go to their store again.

Mauvais service à la clientèle aucun souci des clients impoli! Je suis généreuse de donner 1 etoiles! On est 4 personnes qui voulaient ouvrir un compte ben ca l'air quon est pas important! Une clientèle ca se bâti Ce gérant n'est pas fait pour être au service à la clientèle! Ca nous donne pas le goût d'aller vers vous!

I went there to switch to fido as I was given some kind of deal by the company. I went in andI suscribed and everything seemed great.
My previous provider came back with a better offer so I switched back during the lap of time I could do it without getting charged more than thebusage I had done at that point.
When I got back to this Fido store to give back the cellphone and cancel the stuff, the person "helping" us was trying to say she couldn't do anything (even though I had done everything Fido's customer service told me to do over the phone.) It seems she only wanted us to leave the store asap so she could close it. We had waited there for 45minutes. She finally took charge of our case and we left, I still got extra charges on that last bill.
If your company is Fido, do yourself a favor, go to another store than this one, that is the worst customer service experience I ever had.

Very bad experience, I bought phone sumsung s10 two days after I back to store I told them listen my phone get hot when I use it I dont feel comfortable and i have 15 days to return or exchange please change it they told me no we cant if we do we loose money or you loose your promotion they really wast my time since when I bought the box was open already I think they gives second hand phone at first when I got phone I ask agent fido he told me dont worry phone is brand new but I dont think so and the manager store told me go to sumsung store and tell them I want verify my phone if they write notice that your phone have technical issue we will change for you I got really frustrated so disrespectful since when I got phone they told you can change or exchange anytime than after their speech got change that's shame honestly I got so frustrated and they are so dishonest

0 profesionalisme. La dame nous donne des informations au compte goutte, elle est très désagréable, antipathique. J'allais prendre un forfait avec eux mais comme on ne m'a pas donné de service chui allée voir un concurrent juste à côté et je suis maintenant satisfaite avec cette nouvelle compagnie.

The worst customer service ever, I arrived at 10 am and I was waiting my turn, one clerk not kind at all and asked me what do I want in a despective way, I told her that I wanted information about fido plans and she turned around and she started to atend to another costumer. I asked to talk with the supervisor but for my surprise she acted in the same way as the clerk's after 2 hours she started to show me the plans and a friend of her stepped the store in and she started to speak with him even after I told her the bad service that i received, after hat I went to Videotron where the customer service is the best and now I have my new plan from Videotron.

Unfrindly, unprofessional guy working their, he dose not even welcome me. I came with an offer to switch to fido that I recive on my phone. He looks disbelieve that I get this offer.

Mauvaise expérience client: un gerant et des agents incompétents et arrongants. Ils ont dit qu ils sont pas là pour lire des nptes. Ils n ont aucun soucis de la satisfaction. Fido merite mieux.
L agent a remis ma pièce d identité à mon garçon de 3 ans sans que je le sache. Des vrais insouciants.

Wait Time was a bit long but having assistance from Phil was worth the wait.
He was able to offer a loyalty promotion since I've been a client for a very long time.

Jetais au magasin de Angrignon samedi le 15 dec 2018 vers 11h00 am pcq mon cel faisait des shut down. La preposee ma dit quelle aimait pas comment je la regardait que je la prenait pour une folle ma repondu sur un ton sec quelle na pas a me servir. Jai demande au gerant et il se moquait de moi en disant quil ferait pas lappel chez lui pour me faire plaisir et quil avait autre chose a faire que de mexpliquer. Il ma tourne le dos et ma laisse plantee la. Jetais abasourdie je lui ai demande pourquoi il me traitait de la sorte wuavais je fait et il na pas repondu il souriait en regardant sa collegue. Je comprends toujours pas. Mais jai trouve ca vraiment humiliant en plus que ca fait plus de 15 ans que je suis avec Fido?
