We were here to buy a new iPhone recently and we did not get the paper receipt nor email when we came back and asked to check it the girl in the store was really lazy and rude as if she doesn’t know anything about it how to provide a good answer even we were trying from ourselves to provide all the details and proofs but she did not even wanted to do it and when we said there was some other guy who did it for us and said his name she and her colleague were laughing as if it was funny, be respectful and if you people don’t want to work you can pass your time at home…

Went to the store to activate 2 additional lines. Was with Fido for over 10 years. Agent asked for 2 ids. Then asked for another id stating that they don’t accept a medical card as an Id. Gave my social insurance number. Agent went and got his manager for approval for the 2 lines. He told me they don’t have the phones in stock. I requested to order them and ship it to my house. Manager called security saying that I was committing fraud and that my ID was fake…. I had my phone on me with the same original line that was active for more than 10 years. Manager had a very low IQ level was very stressful to talk too was yelling at me to get out. Never again happily with Telus now. This happened last year at rockland never had a chance to write a review.

BE careful, i added an extra line on they told me you are eligible for free accessories! In the end of month i see Extra charges for each month
Attractive price, but very poor customer service policies when a problem arises. They apply the guidelines without judgment. They lost a customer.

Rude and unprofessional. Apparently the quiet environment due to COVID-19 has given the clerk the wrong impression of customer disturbing his paid moment of solitude. Fido should be embarrassed for not having a training or monitoring system on its agents.

I've had an amazing experience at Fido Royal York. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help you. COVID experience is A+, felt safe throughout the entire time I spent at the store.

Worst store of fido i have ever visited. The employees over there are so uneducated and mannerless that doesn’t know how to handle customers. I went to buy phones but they didn’t accept my phone order because i have learner’s license and which really doesn’t make any sense. Then from another store of fido i went and bought my iphone. They just gossip around there and keep you wait for 1 hour in line and start chatting inside with their friends. Manager or the owner of that store should look into this matter. Infact this store has so many negative reviews.

Je suis allé pour des questions pour un rehaussement et on m'a bien informé. On m'a meme depanné pour fair fonctionner mon encien téléphone! Dommage que j'ai pas pris le nom du jeune homme en question! Merci pour l'aide!

Excellent experience at this Fido store! I came in to pick up my phone after renewing my plan. Staff was very helpful to set up the new phone and answer any questions. I won't hesitate to return for support in the future.

PS: Small note on several reviewers here: don't expect to walk into a store, banter/complain for a better plan, and expect to close a deal. They've got better things to do than deal with that. Call Fido customer care. They've got plenty more time to hear you out.

The service was just to pass the numbers, today I went with my friend to ask something and the answers was no isn’t possible no no, the problem is that the guy who I speaked to he said He is a manager of store and he just lied to us. We went to another Fido store and we get full of the information.

A couple of teenagers, with no clue about customer service, waited for 5 mins while both of them served one customer chit chatting without even making eye contact with me waiting. Eventually left without being even acknowledged

Staff didn't seem to be interested in helping me in any way, shape or form. He basically just wanted to get rid of me as fast as he can by giving me short answers and interrupting me when asking a question.

Fido seriously needs to look into this, as shown by other reviews for this specific store at Rockland Mall or risk losing more and more customers due to incompetent and arrogant staff.

Service rapide et courtois. Bruce m'a aidé et a rendu la transaction rapide et agréable. Succursale bien entretenue et beaucoup d'inventaire. N'hésitez pas!

J’et La bas samidi et dimanche et un homme m’a chassé et il n’ai pas resolve ma problème et m’oblige de venir dimanche pour l’assistante gérante, elle était très abusive avec nous elle nous a chassé autre fois elle a vendue i pad a nous avec mauvaise informations, elle a nous parlé par notre Langue maternelle pour éviter aucune mal compréhension
Elle est une mauvaise image pour Fido avec son collège qui a fait mal agi le samedi
Qui est le responsable capable s’arrêter cette traitement,
Si l’assistante a fait cette mal agi alors elle a guidé les staff de faire pareil
Svp arrêtez les avant perdre votre réputation dans le marché télécommunications

Elle m’oblige al fin annulé le plan pour éviter la mal à la tête et payer 319 $ avec tax et avec les tarifs déjà payés 55$et 35 $
Arrêtez ce mauvais traitement la bas
On est pas satisfait de cette service

Ils ont encaisse deux fois le prix de la cartelle dans le meme mois.maintenant il est impossible a savoir pourquoi le compte ne corresponde pas au prix de la cartelle mensuelle

Not good at all, they are not interested in making new customers at all.to hell with new customers, they dont even care about previous customers.very bad IPR
