J'ai dit ça me derange pas; moi je n'ai pas de Iphone, comment je suis sensé deviner que Iphone ont l'enbout incompatible avec usb-c?

Cet info aurait été plus pertinente que juste me dire la marque.

Mais quand je reviens en plus, on a refusé de rembourser (le seul produit non remboursable chez Fido) pour omettre une info importante?

Maintenant j'ai des écouteurs inutilisables avec mes appareils, cool!
Je ne connais pas le nom du vendeur, mais je sais qu'il travaillait avec Danielle cette journée la.

Greediness in this company is the worst. They charge fees for almost everything. Wouldn't be surprised if they charged for every sunray that hits earth. As I now see, 75% of the reviews tell the truth, do not trust this company. They scam you off and they tell you it is your fault. They gave me a faulty phone and they forced me to pay the amount because it wasn't their fault. Plus, their offers are overall bad and are not inclusive. They go on and rant about how cheap is fido but when you compare it to others like Telus or Videotron, their offers are way more expensive. A Samsung published 8 years ago will cost you around 80 bucks, easy. Do not trust this company, they will take your Money away, saying it was theirs the whole time.

Absolutely WORST experience ever. I have never been so disrespected by a retail store as the people who work at this place. Was about to be new Fido customer. Tried purchasing 2 lines and 2 phones online, account was created and validated but order didn't go through. Agent told me sorry they had sold me out of stock phones.

I am still excited with the expectation of having new phones. Called the last Fido store that had the phones in stock and kindly ask them to keep 2 iphone for me. I take 1 hour of my day to go there, annoying lady doesnt bother checking my account to confirm my information and says my 1 piece of ID is not enough. Tells me to come back on the next day with 2 IDs.

I lose another hour coming back and to my surprise, they had sold my iphones. This random little clerk has the guts to say her "manager ISABELLE" told her to remove the reservation stickers because I had been there and had given up on them. No apologies, no replacement offers, no solution, NOTHING. I don't even know what is more infuriating, the lying manager or the disgusting attitude of this clerk.

Bottomline: 2 hours wasted during COVID, no phones and 100% frustration. Fido service is bad and this store is at the top of their leaderboard. Avoid at all cost.

I call to this number and a person very impolate said to me: THIS IS NOT EVEN FIDO YOU HAVE TO CHECK BY YOURSELF ON INTERNET. I said to him.i check on internet and this is the number that appear.very bad service.

Don't know why this store has a bad review. The girl who assisted me was nice and fixed my problem with extra fees not mentionned on the phone. Hope this review increases your rating. Cheers

I felt that one of their associate was careless and not very knowledgeable.
My husband and I went there to get new phones. We got there a little past 7: 00pm and it took until past 9: 00pm. The wait time was very painful with a baby. Everything was so rushed because they were closing at 9. The staff made me sign the form without letting me read, she just briefly explained what we will have and how much we will be paying. After we came home, we read the receipt and the price we were told was off by a lot. We called fido customers service a few times to get more clarification and found out that we were just told the wrong price.
Of course this is my experience from a single visit. There could be many other staff who provide great service, but mine was bad.

Went on Wednesday, March 4th 2020 at 6: 30pm. The manager in store was very thick minded and unhelpful. After calling Fido customer service for a transaction which was approved, the manager in store denied it and refused to offer an alternate solution or even a word of apology for the situation. Wasted 1 hour for this. Now I have to call back customer service again to fix problems.

Wouldn't recommend Fido to anyone if this is the level of customer service they offer to clients.

Terrible experience with the staff at this store. Went there today to get a plan. Literally stood in front of the guy for two minutes until he decided to talk. Then all he did pointed at the sheet and looked away. Learn how to deal with clients first then take the job!

I initially wanted to switch to Fido but because of their bad customer service, but then I changed my mind.the staff are very unprofessional. When I wanted to register for Fido plans, they asked me for two Identification cards. When I showed my Photo Id card they refused it and said they only accept Driver licence. Then I explained to one of them that I do not have driver licence and that photo ID is a governmental replacement ID card for driver licence, she kept arguing with me was trying act tough and disrespectful instead being helpful

This place has very unhelpful and unprofessional staff who have no Idea how to respect the customers.

It is a pity that there is no 0 here; in fact, if I am going to be precise, I would go -5 or lower. I am actually taking my time to write a review for this company (Fido) and particularly, this store, to express my utmost disappointment and dissatisfaction with Fido and its representatives while advising fellow customers to avoid this company and its representatives.
Right now, I am with Chatr and I have phone calls from Fido to move to their services. Every time, their offer is disappointing and overall, they have taken a lot of my time, wasting it with useless offers. The one and only time that they offered me an acceptable deal, I had to waste about an hour of my time, waiting on the phone only to hear that I had to go to a nearby store to buy the plan.
I went to this store: first of all, the lady was rushing with a minimal respect to the customer; as another reviewer pointed out before, it feels like you are bothering them when you go to their store. As a customer, I need to feel more welcome especially if I'm willing to spend 2000 CAD. Moreover, she would not go through the promotion list and make an exact offer unless I mention that my friend who happened to buy the same plan the other day. And as soon as she found a problem with my IDs (which could have been solved easily), refused to give me the service, yet wasting another hour of my time.
Terrible experience with the company and this representative store.

Came into store trying to change my phone from 3G to LTE. Women, straight up mentioned that my Samsung S7 network is different without bothering to get into my settings and trying to figure out the issue. I had to do my own research and found the solution on the Fido support page which all I had to do is access my APN to get my LTE.

J'écris rarement, voire jamais, de commentaire négatifs. Toutefois, ma famille, c'est-à-dire 4 lignes téléphoniques, étant cliente de Fido depuis 20 ans, je souhaite vous partager mon expérience. J'ai été profondément déçue de mon service chez Fido ce soir le 19 mars 2019, vers 18h30.

Tout d'abord, une dizaine de personnes attendaient en ligne et aucun des clients ne savait dans quelle direction allait la file. Un des employés est sorti paisiblement du magasin pour prendre une pause alors que le magasin était bondé. Les autres clients étaient aussi choqués que moi.

Par la suite, lorsque j'ai été accueillie par le conseiller, celui-ci m'a tutoyée (ce qui peut être acceptable au Québec) et m'a fait savoir que je n'avais pas l'autorisation (Level 1) pour demander un "upgrade" pour mon téléphone alors que ma mère, titulaire du compte, a contacté le service à la clientèle et que cela avait été réglé 2 jours auparavant. Son collègue, ayant confirmé l'explication sur l'autorisation, a ajouté que ce sont les instructions qu'il a eues et qu'il ne peut rien faire bien que je lui ai expliqué qu'un autre magasin Fido m'avait explicitement demandé d'obtenir l'autorisation Level 1.

J'ai tout de même expliqué au conseiller la transaction que je souhaitais faire et il m'a répondu que je n'avais pas l'autorisation et que de toute façon, ils n'ont plus mon téléphone en stock. Il n'a pas cherché à explorer aucune solution. Il m'a regardée et m'a dit: « je sais pas quoi te dire ».
Même si j'ai insisté à maintes reprises pour savoir quoi faire puisque je n'avais plus de téléphone et que j'en avais grandement besoin pour le travail de façon urgente, les deux employés ont nonchalamment dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire et m'ont suggéré d'aller ailleurs, chez La Cabine T Sans Fil (ce que j'ai fait et où l'employée s'est TRÈS BIEN occupée de moi. Elle a même offert d'appeler le service à la clientèle de Fido alors que le magasin Fido n'a RIEN FAIT.)
Franchement déçue et choquée de la nonchalance des employés.

I’ve been there twice and every time they act like you’re bothering them. So I’d rather go to the store on Ste Catherine street, the staff is more friendly and actually willing to help you.
