Super slow. We came to the site because 4 star rating but the service was horrible. Quebec ID not accepted for contract somehow insisted on passport.

Alden is a very nice guy. Very cooperative and jolly nature. He gives the amazing customer service and treated us very well.

It was great and really take short time to make a new number in Canada. And also Alden was kind!

I was desperate to get a SIM card so I went to Fido! Alden was such a friendly person who took a good care of me getting a new SIM card! I definately recommend here!

I went to check Fido's deals and promotions for black Friday and they did not fail to amaze me how fast and reliable their service and products are. Alden is great at costumer service and costumer relation. He showed me different plans and explained each and every one of them in details, he is very knowledgeable about different types of phones as well and can guide you which plan suits your budget and needs. After I purchased my new phone he went beyond and above his tasks and kindly guided me on how to transfer all my data from my old phone. If you want great service this place is highly recommended.

I am really satisfied with the service. Alden helped us all to make sim cards and it works really good. He also explained well about the plans and the promotion! I’ll definitely buy it again if i visit montreal.

Alden a été très patient avec un nouvel employé en formation. He was very understanding. He helped him to activate the new phone for me. Alden est un atout pour n’importe quelle entreprise! Il m’a offert un tabouret pour m’assoir en voyant que j’avais passé une grosse journée. Il a sorti des friandises et il m’a fait bien rire! C’est la plus belle expérience de service à la clientèle que j’ai eu EVER! Il a réussi à détendre l’atmosphère et me faire sentir à l’aise. De plus, il était très patient pour m’expliquer mes diverses options de téléphone/forfaits/accessoires/protection.

Je trouve que le service proposé par le gérant de Fido est super et si vous voyez un gérant du nom de Alden nhesitez pas il vous fera la meilleure affaire possible.

Je me suis arrêtée au comptoir du Complexe Desjardins pour changer de téléphone et j'y ai reçu le meilleur service à la clientèle depuis que je suis cliente chez Fido (10 ans!). Un gros merci à Alden qui a fait preuve de patience et a répondu avec clarté à toutes mes questions!

If you turn Data Roam OFF on cell phone, NO USE for Fido, still charge you 12$ per 24 hours when you are in "International", Will definitely shift to other company when the contract ends, after being almost 20 years customer, now very disappointed!

The service is pretty good，I got a problem with my new SIM card and those guys just help me fix it. Very nice guys.

I bought a fido sim at this kiosk. Later when I put the sim into my phone, it didn't work. I called customer service and after an HOUR on the phone with a total incompetent who told me (1) the kiosk failed to complete the provisions on the sim and register the number (2) number doesn't exist (3) customer service couldn't do ANYTHING - I had to go back to the store! Now, I've been trying to call the store/kiosk for over an hour and the phone just rings endlessly with no one answering. I will be cancelling my fido service ASAP. THE WORST.

Très mauvais service à la clientèle! Je me suis fait servir par Laurie qui est condescendante, malpolie et incompétente. Elle n'a même pas été capable de compléter la transaction. J'ai dû appeler le service à la clientèle afin qu'ils m'aident.

Arrogance, mauvais service, font poiroter les gens. Walhi est condescendant et en plus invente des politiques sans les montrer sur papier
