J'ai mangé une pizza, c'était correct sans plus. Le resto est tellement bruillant, j'entendais à peine la personne en face de moi. Sinon bon service rien à dire à ce sujet.

Par où commencer. Je n'ai jamais manger pire pizza et dieu sait que je suis vraiment pas compliquer mais alors la! J'ai commander une pizza pas une chips. Sérieusement je n'ai jamais vu une pizza aussi fine et aussi sèche en même temps. Cela se rapproche vraiment du chips quand vous croquez dedans c'est juste dégarnis de toute saveur. De plus, j'ai commandé une pizza base crème, oui base crème donc logiquement un peu d'onctuosité finalement mais du coup inexistant puisque extrêmement sèche. Franchement, 25 dollars HORS TAXE pour une grosse chips avec 2 bout de pancetta trop salé c'est non merci. Je ne généralise pas sur toutes vos pizzas et sur toutes vos commandes mais hors de question pour moi de recommander chez vous. Merci et bonne continuation

Première fois chez Outremont aujourd'hui. Tout était bien, mais la gérant à la fin est venue pour me demander la raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas donné la "pourboire attendue au Québec de 18 ou 20%". Cela serait presque 50CAD selon ma facture. Ce que je ne comprends pas est: je paie l3 restaurant (pas cheap) + impôt + pourboire, mais ma pourboire DOIT ÊTRE SELON LA %% sinon je serais interpellé à la fin de mon repas. Incroyable.
Elle est venue à ma table pour demander pourquoi je n'ai pas donné plus de pourboire.
C'est la première fois dans toute ma vie que ça m'arrive.
Je ne reviendrai pas même si quelqu'un me paie pour y aller!

First time in the restaurant. By the end of the meal, the manager came to my table to ask me why I didn't pay 18-20% tips "as is expected in Quebec". She insisted and wanted to know if I didn't like the meal or something else. Even that I was super nice to the waiter and told her that everything was great. 20% tips would had been almost 50 dollars, and no, I did not do it. I'm not a millionaire (I wish), and I also don't believe clients should be called out as responsible to pay the employees, specially when the meal is expensive (the restaurant should pay well their employees!).
Even if I hadn't given a penny, it is very rude to be approached as I was.

There are plenty of amazing restaurants in Montreal. Don't waste your time and money on this one.

Food and service was really lovely, but lots of noise and loud music from an event on the bar level below the restaurant.

Went for Mother's Day brunch, with a reservation for 8 people. We waited 1.5h for our food - they tried to apologize for the wait with some bread and free dessert, but it did not compensate for the terrible experience. Being pregnant, I asked for eggs well cooked. They came back with poached eggs, claiming that was the only kind they could cook. I returned the plate, and they came back with semi-runny eggs 20 minutes later, when everyone had finished their plate.

Half of us did not digest the food well afterwards, and we would definitely not go back.

Bon resto italien. Les plats sont très bons, malgré des prix parfois un peu élevés. La décoration est sympa, le service est bien. Je conseille la pizza au Nutella qui est excellente.

Superbe expérience avec un très bon service aujourd'hui dimanche 26 mars vers 12-13h par un jeune homme.
Nous avons été surpris par cette belle découverte pour prendre le brunch dans une belle ambiance.
De mon côté, j'ai été très satisfaite par les pancakes aux bleuets et ricotta et le jus d'orange fraîchement pressé.
Les prix sont très raisonnables pour un si bel endroit!

Absolutely the best! We take our kids almost every Sunday for brunch. From the pizza to the panettone pain perdu. Just amazing food and service.

Le pire restaurant depuis longtemps: On attend très longtemps alors que la place est à moitié pleine, les serveuses sont loin au fond de la salle en train de jaser! On reçoit les plats au fur et à mesure, au lieu de frites comme c'était indiqué dans le menu c'est trois onces de purée et la serveuse s'obstine pour nous dire (insolence et manque total de professionnalisme) que non, il a fallu que nous lui montrons le menu pour qu'elle nous dise: "Oui mais aujourd'hui c'est de la purée"!? !? !? , ensuite j'ai reçu mon plat à base d'œuf poché, il était complétement froid!? !

je l'ai retourné, et elle m'a dit qu'elle allait le faire refaire par le cuisinier, je lui ait dit que je ne voulais pas attendre et faire attendre les autres convives le temps (interminable que ça prend pour préparer un plat simple) et que je n'avais plus faim.la <gérante> est venu nous voir pour s'excuser de tout ce qui était arrivé et que nous aurions qu'à payer uniquement les cocktails (très ordinaires) au nombre de quatre au total: 72 $!

On est parti très déçu de notre expérience, sur le trottoir en face de resto, nous étions en train de parler entre nous, quant tout à coup nous aperçûmes des parents avec un enfant en poussette se faire refuser l'entrée sous prétexte que le restaurant était soit disant fermé.

Nous leur avons fait part de notre mauvaise expérience et il nous ont remercié que nous leur ayons dit.

À éviter absolument, en plus de tout ça, les plats sont loin d'être appétissants et généreux.

Service was fantastic, our waiter was phenomenal, great positive attitude, friendly and paying constent attention. A1!

The Pizzas was great! 2/3 were very impressive: Margherita (wish they added more than just 2 pieces of Basil for the price.), and the Quattro Stagioni (the best!). The Diavola was a salty disappointment. Cheese is nice and tasty, great crust, cooked in a wood oven and high quality toppings, definitely recommend the Pizzas!

Atmosphere.music is way too loud, I had to yell all night or get very close to hear my peer, terrible setting in my opinion.

Celebration group BE AWARE! They will charge you 4$ PER PERSON for them to cut YOUR OWN CAKE that you brought. Its the first in my life that I encountered such ridiculous additional fee. If you're a group of 20 they will collect 80$ of fee before tip (since it will increase your overall bill) and tax for just cutting the cake. Not a practice I'd recommend any restaurants to follow.

I am italian. I have not had food this good in a restaurant since Italy. I will be going back for sure. We had gnocchi, Cavalli, pizza, burrito, endive salad it was all out of this world delicious. No pics cause too eager to eat and then never stopped. Must go to place for real italian food that is fresh and delicious. Not over priced either. It's not cheap.but its not crazy.

Sadly, the meal was not so great. The shrimp appetizer was well overcooked, and then the Vingole pasta dish was undercooked. Very surprised as is a beautiful space.

Mon resto préféré! Les plats sont excellents, le service toujours excellent. J’adore le DJ l’ambiance est juste parfaite!

Our server, Valérie, was attentive and kind right from the start.
She gave recommendations, which were spot on, and guided us based on our preferences.
The food tasted fresh and well cooked.
The only reason for the 4 stars on the atmosphere is because the music was all over the place and slightly distracting.

Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas été dans un si bon restaurant. Tout était parfait, la bouffe ️, l'ambiance et le personnel est très aimable, bon et sympathique. Vous ne vous tromperez pas.

We were a huge group and ngl late & demanding BUT Marie-Ève was awesome, understanding and SO SWEET, her service is unparalleled! Will definitely coming back:)

Nourriture délicieuse. Les pâtes sont fraîches, pizza à pâte fine. Tout est très savoureux, le tiramisu un vrai délice! Et très bon service aussi. Une belle découverte

Service courtois et rapide. Les cocktails sont de premiers plans. Par contre, faible choix de cocktails sans alcool. Les plats sont bien montés et généreux. Nous avons pris deux plats de pâte et deux pizza. Les pizza sont arrivées un peu tièdes. Nous étions tôt car nous allions voir un spectacle par la suite mais quand nous avons quitté, la musique devenait un peu trop forte. Je recommande quand même.

Great Italian restaurant, we were ten people and everyone loved it.
All dishes looked amazing, the pizza was fantastic. I had the salmon as my main dish and was one of the best I ever had. Also, great service. A must try restaurant, I will absolutely be returning.

Food was okay, pasta was okay. Service was very pushy. The girl kept asking if we wanted alcohol (10x), didnt bring cutlery or napkins.

We went to Fiorellino for our office holiday party. They gave us a section of the upper floor and we had on the family style menu. We were 40 people that found a very accommodating and friendly staff. The food was good and the plates were well proportioned for the group of people we were. The staff also made sure to provide separate plates for people with allergies or dietary restrictions. The manager, Edouard, was very accommodating, easy to reach, and extremely
pleasant. Would highly recommend for large groups!

We were a group of 14 that celebrated our friend's birthday last night. The night started out well however once the food was being served we noticed that there was some steaks missing. They were served 20-30 minutes after the rest of the table and one of the steaks came with mashed potatoes full of butter that my wife is unfortunately allergic to (we mentioned this to the staff ahead of time). We were all done eating for almost an hour and my wife had just gotten her replacement steak that was now cold. Unwilling to wait for another replacement she just ate it. What really was unacceptable was the face that our table wasn't cleared for over 1.5 hours and we didn't even get offered desert or coffee, they actually just turned out the lights to usher us out. I even got up to clear our table while 2 waiters were laughing it up behind the bar. I picked up all our plates and brought them to the bar. I also had to get my own water all night long. A neighbouring table thought I was an employee and asked my if I could bring them some water as well. I spoke to the manager at the end of the night and he couldn't care less.i would hope that the ownership see's this and corrects this terrible behavior. I will never go back and I hope nobody else will either.

Absolument incroyable que jour après jour ils continuent de mettre des voitures de valet n'importe où dans la rue Laurier. Très dangereux et méprisant pour tous les gens autours.

La musique est beaucoup trop forte, on ne s'entendait pas parler, on dirait un bar.dommage.
