Je dois préciser que c'était pour un souper de noel de bureau.

La nourriture était très bonne, mais le service.ouf, c'était pas terrible!

Pas capable de se faire servir en français.

Même si la compagnie avait payé pour des tickets échangeable pour des boissons, il a fallu s'obstiner avec les serveuses. Et oublier le fait de payer en argent, elles ne prennent que les cartes.

On a mangé vers 7h et à 8: 30h, ils commençaient à enlever les chaises et tables.

Je ne le recommande vraiment pas pour un souper de groupe. Peut-être que c'est mieux si on y va seul ou à deux!

If I can rate food to a 10-star I would! One of our best memories from montreal! Had a medium rare rib steak with Chicago on both sides!

Drinks were okay and food (French onion soup) good flavour but not to my liking. Wouldn’t go again.

The food was absolutely amazing! But, the server was not very plesant. He was a bald older gentlemen (I did not get his name). Who yelled at me for tipping him $5. He said I should've tipped $9 instead. I could definetly empathise with him because the cost of living is outrageous. However, the way he handled the situation was not very professional. He then manually input the tip percentage on my friends bill and did not allow her to put her tip in herself. We felt really uncomfortable and displeased with the service. She asked for a medium steak and got one that was thoroughly cooked instead. They made a new meal for her which she was very happy with upon it's return. I think it was not fair that the server input the tip he wanted on her bill without giving her the chance to tip him what she thought he deserved. Food was great but service made the experience memorable in a negative way.

Love the place. Cozy. The food was good, the place wa snice the waiter was HORRIBLE. Older french man. Very rude. Felt like he didn't want to be there. We asked for 3 pina colada and when my friend repeated he said ok no alcohol and brought her a daiquiri. We got over that because the drink were good. He was rude the whole time and when it cane to pay, my friend from out of town give him cash and he told her: " yea i dont have change for you, can you just use your card? Don't you have credit card? " She wasn't going to ask for change but he didnt give her the time to say so. We told the hostess at the front door that he was very unpleasant. But reading from certain reviews, it seem to be recurrent with that specific waiter.

Really nice place, everytime i visit i get Nora my server, she is really nice friendly and know her job.

OMG. Firegrill has evolved and they are not joking anymore! For years, I have always loved Firegrill for the great service of their staff and overall experience. But I still needed their steaks to shine. And that was going to be a bit tough as I happen to prefer solo operations and not chains. Years later (went back there this past Sunday July 2nd 2023), that too, is now fixed: a glorious rib eye steak, as chunky and gloriously nicely dry aged and tasty as one would expect from a respectable steakhouse! The grilling effect, in effect! Respect! Folks, this time you gave me no other choice but to shower you with those well deserved top marks! To Caesar what belongs to Caesar. Bravo!

Très déçue de l’expérience. Ça a commencé avec quelqu’un qui échappe des plats à côté de notre table… ça arrive, mais le problème c’est qu’ils laissent les sauces bbq et moutarde par terre et que tous les employés l’enjambent sans le nettoyer. Belle odeur de sauce BBQ pour laquelle on a demandé de se faire deplacer de table.
Ensuite la nouvelle table est sale et huileuse…
pour ce qui est de la nourriture, tres peu pour notre argent.un seul choix daccompagnement (jai choisi legumes, honnetement cetait juste des legume congeles steamés…) pour assaisonner ld tout jai du demander une sauce au poivre a 4$ extra alors que le plat coutait 49$…

I got sick after eating here. My food had a sour after taste. The quality of the food has greatly declined after the pandemic. The service from the waitress was good, I just wish the food was as good as the service.

My roast beef was delicious. However my friends' salmon was over salterd, and our coffee was cold. The server didn't check if we wanted a 2nd drink, we had to ask for water, and my friend who ordered pasta had to ask twice for parmesan. The restaurant was empty, so there was no excuse for an inattentive server.

Almost perfect!? The lighting was the only off-putting aspect for me. Everything else was very impressive.

Their prices were on the moderate to medium level but with superb dishes, beef cuts, side orders, etc.

We will be coming back!

Excellent service, good food and very nice ambiance. The restaurant is recommended for families, dates and all occasions

Our waitress was rude and the alcoholic beverages were nasty and tasted badly.

The calamari was rubbery and no one asked if everything was ok and we didn’t get our glasses of water refilled and no napkins on the table.

The rude waitress told us that the platter comes with 6 chicken wings but there was only 4 and another person told us she made a mistake.

Went there for a company dinner. Waiter was respectful and patient. Got our meal quickly. The food was well presented and delicious. We ate and enjoy the time. It's a little pricey but hey, the company pays:)

The steak was good. And it's exactly what you pay for, a very large steak. Pasta was also good; as were the bao buns appetizers. I was surprised no garlic bread was served with the pasta.

Simply amazing. The roast beef was one of the best I have ever had!

Again back at this fine restaurant, what a great roast beef! Certainly a better (and less expensive) roast beef than Rob and Reef!

I forgot the food taste with an awkward feeling to eat there with friends. Service are so rude! If you don't like the job, then resign~~~don't show it to your customer.

La location au centre ville est pas si mal, mais celle-ci en particulier m'a toujours servi de la bouffe mal préparée. Cette fois ci c'était du poulet sec overcooked avec des ribs extra sèche extra overcooked. Accompagnement ok, mais franchement rien d'impressionnant pour le prix.

Halte repas à la sortie de l'aéroport, le serveur était carrément hostile envers nous du début à la fin. Tout le long du service, nous nous sommes sentis pas les bienvenus et le serveur avait carrément l'air de ne pas vouloir être là ni nous servir.

This was my third visit and I have ended up trying different things on the menu each time. One that thing that is consistent is the delicious food, good ambience and service with a smile

Booked a large party day of (30+ Hockey team). They were able to fit us in. Staff were incredibly nice, polits and helpful. Food and drinks came quickly and food was amazing. Excellent selection of food for adults and kids.

The appetizer popcorn chicken wasn’t good and not fresh and the pork ribs also wasn’t fresh and not juicy.
The waiter confirmed that it was cooked overnight.
Overall, i am not satisfied.

Oh my gosh, the food here was nothing short of divine. I went with a party of 10 and no one had a single complain about the meal. There was a staff shortage so please be kind and patient with the servers. I had the chicken pesto and mashed potatoes with some pineapple juice and it was delicious

Whent there today with 2 freinds, waited 20min for my drinks as well as for water. When I got my appetizers I asked the waitress for my drinks when she rudly informed me it is coming! I asked her if the drinks are being made for 20 min no problem but where is the water? She rudly said again its coming just wait sir after waithing 20 min and eathing some salty calamari.

The brochette of filet mignon was not good at all, poor quality of meat, beside the way they cooked it, was kind of boiled not grilled

Lovely place! It is not cheap, for sure. Steak is $30-40, wine more than $10 for a small glass, but it is worth it! Great atmosphere, very caring staff, doing for you what you ask even when they do not have to, and perfect food! Try their mashed potatoes - unique taste, very different and great. Wines are picked carefully, one for each taste, and a good option! Chianti, Tempranillo - all is there! Very much recommended! Great place! 5 star for sure!

Vraiment déçu! Pas de crouton, bacon et fromage parmesan dans la salade César. Ainsi que la salade grecque a mon conjoint des gros morceaux de légume garoché. Les pâte à mon fils était sec et dur. Je ne reviendrai pas et le conseillerai pas à personne.

I have busted here a few times over the years as I travel to Montreal.
And have yet to be disappointed in my meal or experience.
