The staff was very helpful and super nice, they helped me loading everything in my car. The store is very clean and they have a great selection of workout equipment at a great price. I will visit again.

Call before you go to check for stock, it said on the website that they had wrist rollers in stock but when I arrived not only did they not have any, the clerk said he couldn't order any because there were only a few left in the company. I bought some weights but the prices were over twice what those listed near them indicated, so make sure you check numbers at the cash. That aside, cool shop, lots of options for diverse equipment needs and you can see good prices on their website.

Fantastic service, accomodating, there to help partner with you on your fitness journey. A+. Northern Lights dbs and bars are worth the investment. Just do it.

Supposedly this location implemented a $400 minimum for curb-side pickup while the actual store is closed due to COVID-19. I spoke to a representative on the phone and was informed that since my order was below the $400 threshold, they wouldn't service me. Still in disbelief at this customer interaction, happily taking my business elsewhere and will avoid this location on a go-forward basis.

Great place, they have basically everything for fitness and restock all the time. One of the only stores I know that actually sell heavy enough stuff at a fair price.

Not the full perks customer service but good enough. If you know what you are looking for, this is a great place. Good prices and variety. Check there website and call to see if the product is available in stock before you drive to the store. No shipping so you will need a big trunk if you buy big items. Minimum for delivery is 100$

The staff was friendly and helpful in helping me find the equipment I was looking for and even when they didn't have the equipment I was looking for the helped me find something similar. Great service.

My first experience here at the store with this team and everything went smoothly. I purchased a set of PowerBlock Pro EXPs (0-90lbs) between 2 weeks in November. The purchase was great and the boxes were in crisp condition. However, one of the blocks was a bit defective (the 40 lb plate was pulling up the 50 lb plate each time even though it was not selected). After writing to both FitnessDepot (Gus Christopoulos assisted me - thanks Gus!) and PowerBlock, I initially had a bit of difficulty since PowerBlock wanted me to pay all shipping and customs etc.as they do not ship to Canada (a bit ridiculous for a brand new $1,500 purchase tax in!). FitnessDepot managed to get them to ship it out to me in a cost effective manner. Although it was frustrating to have to pay an additional $30 in customs brokerage fees to UPS (on top of my original purchase prcie), I am happy that my product works 100% now. Unfortunately, it was just bad luck. The team at FitnessDepot were great and I'd be happy to do more business with them in the future. A+.

I found exactly what I wanted. It was a power block total weight 50lbs. I'm a 64 year old woman and not one of those lovely young gentlemen offered to carry the box out to my car for me. So my score for service is a 1.

Wow-the very next day I recieved a phone call from the stores manager (owner) with an apology for his staffs oversight. I'm sure the guys will offer assistance to all customers in the future.
I appreciate the call and will continue to shop and recommend fitness depot to my colleagues.

Great service! Great stock! It is the middle of the pandemic. The gyms are all closed and finding equipment to work out from home is like finding hen's teeth. Fitness Depot had everything we needed. Darryl, even had time to reply to my email enquiries. Thanks guys.

Great service! I had been in the store a month earlier but the product I was after was "out of stock", Darryl gave me an estimated time of arrival and mentioned he would email me when he received into inventory. Yesterday, I received that email and picked up my product same day. Thanks again Darryl!

I had purchased equipment at this place during the 1st lockdown, and was very impressed how the staff, Darryl, had served me. I recently had problems with the equipment, still under warranty, and took it back. I dealt with Gus, who was very polite, and always called me back for follow up. Within 1 week my equipment was in my hands, with no questions asked.truly recommended to anyone!

Je suis alle la-bas fin janvier 2020 avec la ferme intention d'acheter des adjustables dumbbells. Je demande au vendeur si le modele le plus vendu est celui non-expandable qui s'arrete a 50 lbs ou si les gens achetent plus celui qui peut etre upgrade jusqu'a 90lbs. Je me fais repondre que ca depend combien les gens levent avec les dumbbells et que ma question est un peu dumb. Je suis de retour sur amazon pour voir si je peux trouver mieux a meilleur prix.

Tons of equipment to test and try out. The staff asked if we needed help but otherwise left us alone to try out the various things for a few hours. Went out of their way to help when the one we bought had issues and it needed to be exchanged.

Je suis allé au commerce avec la ferme intention de partir avec un rameur.donc un investissement de plus de 1000$ (près de 1500$ pour être exact). Je suis entré, un vendeur m’a accueillis en français, je lui demande s’il ont un concept 2, il me répond qu’il n’en vend pas beaucoup mais qu’il peut le rentrer (ce n’est que le modèle le plus vendu au monde.).
Alors je lui demande à quoi ressemble les modèles qu’il a sur le plancher et il me les pointes en disant « ça ressemble à ça ». Aucune question sur mes besoins, mon budget, restrictions.juste une réponse plate d’un vendeur qui avait l’air de se foutre royalement de mes besoins!
Tant qu’à ne pas avoir de réponse (intelligente) aussi bien magasiner sur Amazon!
Comme j’ai autre chose à faire et que mon temps est précieux, j’ai quitté. Je vais donner mon argent à quelqu’un d’autre. J’ai demandé son nom au vendeur et il n’a même pas osé me le donner! Il a répondu « je m’appelle monsieur Fitness Depot ». Ça donne une bonne idée de son engagement. Allez ailleurs!

Service médiocre. J ai posé des questions sur un de leurs produit et on dirait que je dérangeais. J ai été servi par le propriétaire, il a répondu à mes questions d une façon tellement condescendante et arrogante, incroyable.

I went to go buy some bands and the workers were so helpful! Right away when I walked in they started to help me. The customer service was great and I was able to find the right equipment for me. Really recommend if your looking for anything to add to your gym!

The Black Friday Big Liars: disappointment.drove a long way to purchase crossbox and bench. Website indicated 238 for the stand and 215 for the bench as advertised. No way sir the price is 399 for the stand and 399 for the bench.happy I found another retail spot online: bells of steel: super honest folks with better price and quality.

Was looking for some accessories and I had lots of questions. The staff took the time to guide me even though I was a newbie. Very appreciated. I will definitely be back!

Went there for the first time, was looking for some plates for a dumbell bar, staff was super friendly, came to ask us if we needed help, prices seemed fair on some items, others were a bit more expensive. We found everything we were looking for. Will definitely go back again if we are looking for more stuff. I went with my kid too and staff didn't mind that we ran on a few threadmills just for fun, but again, we didn't abuse either, so give a little, take a little.

Helpful staff and excellent selection of home and commercial gym equipment that won't break the bank.
