My burger was absolutely perfect.

Cheeseburger with extra bacon and pickles. 2 patties perfectly cooked. The juices were running down my hands.

Absolutely perfect hamburger. The cashier was very nice and I overheard some staff saying hello to a newly hired employee. Would absolutely go back.just yummy.

Food was good service was good, but the place lacked cleanliness, looked greased up on the floor, condiments bar had a sticky thing on it like a packet of condiment leaked all over the others gross.

They keep messing up orders.you order a regular hamburger which is 2 slices of meat and they give you a small burger with just 1 slice. And they charged me regular hamburger price. They also keep messing up toppings when I only order 3 toppings.this mess up happens multiple times

It's alright. Pricey but different than the formula style burger joints, which are also pricey these days. Food was good, closer to home cooking, in hindsight, fries (portion) are huge.we got one order to share. Careful of paper straws that get pierced by the dome on milkshake container

I tried their cheeseburger its a nice size juicy beef burger and you can dress it to your liking. I got mine with a side of their cajun fries you cannot go wrong they also throw in extra fries in the bag. Nice burger place to try.

Très bon et quand même un très gros Burger. Mais pour un hamburger au fromage et bacon 13$ c'est quand même cher et sur la carte tu a le choix entre hamburger et hot dog. La poutine est grosse et très bonne. Combo poutine liqueur 13$ aussi environ.

Music is TOO LOUD (peaking at over 80dB)! The food may be good, but dining-in is an assault on your ears.

Went there with coworkers, each one of us ordered specific dressing for the burger, the cooks messed each and every one of them. The numbers on the receipt did not match what was indicated for any of the burgers.

Many people have told me this restaurant has the best burgers and fries. I finally went and tried it myself.they are right! The burgers were nice and juicy, just the way I like it! Very tasty fries as well. One slight problem with the poutine, I found a small piece of paper in the food.

Great burger. Huge and tasty. Fries are fresh cut potatoes, skin on.

Rudest employee. Fat old guy always rude. Doesn’t treat customers and employees right. What a shame we will never go there again. Don’t swear when customers are in the store fat old bald guy

J'ai souvent été client de chez vous je parle de la franchise Five Guys j'ai arrêté dans ce restaurant sur le boulevard des sources ce restaurant est totalement insalube la salle à manger est complètement dégueulasse et les boulettes étaient secs votre bannière affiche des boulettes bien cuites et bien juteuse je suis totalement déçu vous ne représentez pas la chaîne Five Guys tels que tout le monde la connaît

Outre la qualité des burgers dans tous les five guys, celui-ci a fait exception au niveau de la qualité du service!
Je me suis présenté sur place avec un ami non voyant. Quand j’ai tenté de payer la facture, le système de paiement est tombé en panne, le commis a tenté à deux reprise de le remettre en marche, puis le manager (ou le propriétaire?), très gentil, nous a donné une facture de 0$! Ils nous a dit qu’il nous offrait les deux repas! (D’une valeur de 40$), je lui ai alors offert 20$ pour faire ma part, il nous a dit que c’était bien gentil et il a aussitot déposé le 20$ dans la jarre de tip pour ses employés plutôt que de rajouter ça à sa caisse!
Bref, on voit que ce sont de bonnes personnes qui travaillent à cet établissement.

Hands down the most delicious burgers and fries in town. They make a solid milkshake too. I strongly recommend.
