From the moment I took my BMW in for an estimate to the moment I got my keys back as the work was finished, every interaction has been excellent. The ability to track the progress of the work being done through the "access my file" link is exceptional. Having always taken my car to the dealership (in Laval), and been used to receiving exceptional service, I can confidently state that FIX Auto Brossard is in the same league. Philippe and the rest of the team offer great service, are friendly and truly represent the essence of customer service. Should the need arise to repair your vehicle in lieu of the services they offer, I highly recommend this organization. Every thing is disclosed, no surprises and excellent work.

Je suis allée porter ma voiture mardi matin et je tiens à souligner l'accueil qur l’on m’a réservé. Je ne me rappelle son nom mais l’homme à la réception a été courtois, efficace et relaxe. On m’a bien expliqué le contrat de location que je signais, les étapes de réparation et les outils disponibles pour suivre les étapes de réparation de mon véhicule.
Une belle expérience qui se doit d’être souligner.

Excellent service all around. My vehicle was damaged during an attempted theft and the staff was very empathetic and helpful. Explained the process in detail and kept me informed throughout. Provided a loaner during repairs and returned the vehicle looking brand new. I strongly recommend the shop for repairs if required. A+

I am always satisfy to bring my car to fix auto! Easy to deal one point service! But car still not repair due to missing parts!

Ils veulent charger un tarifs de 85$ plus taxes juste pour que un des techniciens reponde a une question. Je ne voulais pas un estimé mais juste savoir si la calandre de ma voiture est reparable ou bien non faut il commender une neuve. Voila comment le service a la clientelle est importent chez fix-Auto
