At first all seemed good. Less than 2 years later, job started falling apart. I then learned that they used after market parts on my Infiniti! Went and showed them what was happening, They found a way to blame everyone but themselves. In the end they offered to go half the cost with me. Such an insult. I never went back. Nor will I.

THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE SO TRUE. I SHOULD HAVE TOLD MY INSURANCE THAT I WOULD RATHER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS IS WHAT MY TESLA LOOKED LIKE A FEW MONTHS AFTER THE "REPAIR". FIX AUTO IS GOING TO PUT AN AUTOMATIC REPLY TO THIS REVIEW THAT I SHOULD CONTACT THEM TO DISCUSS IT BUT AFTER MONTHS OF IGNORING ME THEY SAID "TOO BAD IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM"

Fix Auto Head Office asked me to contact them. I did. Almost 2 months later, final response was that they couldn’t do anything about it. Okay. I’ll have my bumper repaired properly this time by professionals. Absolutely nothing professional about Fix Auto Decarie. Will go elsewhere. I’ll never deal with them again.

Very Professional and one of the few shops that handle Tesla. They did amazing job on My Tesla Model X 2022. This could’ve been done quicker if Tesla had proper spare Parts availability. And DESJARDIN could’ve done better job while communicating between me and the body shop so as to avoid confusions we had to face during the process.

They called me to do the work several weeks before the schedule which pleased me. The car was ready a day before the plan. Bottom line is they meet or beat the expectations that were set. It is a pleasure to work with them

Fix Auto DÉCARIE is by far not only the best auto repair shop but the best Fix Auto I’ve used so far.
From the moment they call you to book your first appointment to the last phone call to pick up your vehicle you are addressed with nothing but courtesy.
Their on-line vehicle repair tracker system is amazing!
It’s in real time so you know exactly what is being done to your car and when.
It almost makes getting into a fender bender bearable.
My car never looked better since the day I purchased it both inside and out.

After the accident, the back door and bumper were broken, after the repair the car is like new, all replaced parts are original.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever taken the time to write- My biggest regret is not googling the reviews for this repair shop prior to accepting my insurance company’s recommendation. A simple bumper replacement and paint job. It looks as though the bumper was painted once installed. The colour doesn’t match and the gaps between the bumber and the body are massive. They even chipped the paint on the fender. When I pointed out the shoddy work to one of their employees, he threw some touch up paint on it and called it a day. When pointing out the rest of the issues, he didn’t seem very concerned. It’s shameful that they absolutely couldn’t care less about releasing a car to its owner knowing full well how bad a job they did. I wrote to my insurer, Wawanesa, and sent them photos of the terrible job and I hope we can resolve this ASAP. I am completely dissatisfied and will never recommend FixAuto Decarie to anyone. Stay away.

I took in my corolla for repair as my insurance company recommended that I go to Fix auto.
The service was amazing from beginning to end.
Everything was good and two of them were fantastic.
The first is a system that allows customers to check car repair status online. This system is updated step-by-step when the car repair is completed, and customers can see what kind of work they are doing.
The second is they cleaned the interior and exterior of my car for free and fully charged it.
I would definitely recommend thier service to anyone looking for repair and service.

Their mechanics are very professional, I’ve been there twice and their work is impeccable. They even cleaned up the interior of my car after repair.

Would give 0 stars if I could. If you want to save your car DONT GO THERE

These guys are simply on another level, and not in a good way. If you thought that Cirque Du Soleil was a good joke, well, sorry to disappoint you, but fixauto is much funnier. I won’t even be talking about the rude lady at the reception, that apparently everyone is complaining about, even tho it’s a whole story.

Had a collision during winter, and the insurance company recommended Fixauto. Went there in February, they said to bring the car by end of April for repairs, which is exceptionally long. No big deal.

Brought the car, they gave me an exchange car. After around 2 weeks, they called me Friday at 4pm saying « your car is ready come pick it up, but we’re closing at 5 »
To what I responded that I wouldn’t be able to come so fast, and they said that they don’t have any space to park my car?

Long story short, came in Monday to pick it up. I had a collision and an alignment to do. I won’t be telling the whole story about my car smelling weird and I had to pay so the car gets cleaned by a professional cleaner, since it smelled very bad, some paint on my roof (that I had to go to a Body Shop to remove it) ? And the fact they weren’t able to put the seatbelt back in place, and put it in a wrong way haha (see the photos), and some plastic parts were either cracked or were broken, and their employee had to fix them.

Even better, after a really expensive repairs (compared to others dealerships), and a terrible work quality, when my car came worse than I brought it, the alignment hasn’t been touched, and the car is pulling to one side, like it used to be. Fine, no big deal, maybe they forgot or something. I brought the car back 5 minutes after, and they were all surprised and telling that it’s impossible. After a small test drive with their mechanics, he assured me that I was wrong and the car was going perfectly straight, which wasn’t the case. They told me that they’re busy, and they would call me back in 2 weeks to schedule an alignment appointment in the upcoming month.

After half an hour of begging them to take my car, they finally took it, and 1 hour after have it back to me. Guess what? Nothing changed

I brought it back 2 minutes later and they were all telling « again? !  ». Another hour past, they gave me back the car. Guess what again? Nothing…

Brought it couple of minutes after, they said « we’re not gonna lift your car again, or if we do, you’ll pay for it, since we have stuff to do ». Literally had to beg for help, because everyone was assuring me that the car was fine. I was telling them to go on a test drive with me, and of course everyone refused.

After 20 minutes, a Russian speaking mechanic (I don’t know his name) came out and did a test drive with me, and agreed that the car wasn’t aligned. Thanks to this amazing dude.

Long story short, had to go to Volvo Uptown to get their job done, because fixauto either doesn’t work or aren’t good enough to fix minor problems, or both. There’s simply no other ways we can explain this happening. Came there by 8am, left at 3pm.

If you want to save your car, please do me a favour, don’t go there.

The work is done well but the attitude of the owner was agressive and impolite. It was the second time I used this service and both times was disappointed in their attitude.

Make sure Pasquale takes care of you. Complimentary hugs when you drop off and pick up your vehicle. He makes a mean coffee as well.

À la suite de mon appel à ma compagnie d’assurance Aviva, j’ai été référée au garage FixAuto (5400 rue Ferrier) pour se faire l’estimation de dommage de mon véhicule. En arrivant, j’ai stationné ma voiture sur le parking à côté de la porte d’entrée. J’ai mis mon véhicule exactement sur une place de stationnement, tout droit, sans dépasser les lignes et sans toucher aucun objet voisin. Par la suite, je me suis présentée à la réception. Quelques minutes plus tard, un monsieur est arrivé. Sans se présenter ni expliquer la procédure, il demande les clefs et sort pour voir ma voiture. Ce monsieur dont je ne connais pas l’identité (le monde l'appel Mike) a pris les photos de tous les côtés de ma voiture tandis que c’est juste le coffre qui est le sujet de ma visite. Il revient, appelle un autre monsieur et ils sortent encore une fois ensemble. En revenant peu après, ces personnes me font la remarque que je dois faire attention près de quelle voiture je dois me stationner et que ma voiture est trop proche d’une voiture Tesla en prétextant son prix. Monsieur a ajouté que normalement si quelqu’un touche la voiture à côté on appelle la police. Déjà frustrée, je me suis senti dénigrée d’avoir être traitée de cette manière. Entre temps, le monsieur est parti en laissant les directives à la réceptionniste.
Le personnel, entre eux, parle un langage inconnu, autre que le français et l’anglais. Madame à la réception me donne les papiers à signer. Je lui explique que je ne veux que l’estimation pour le moment. Après l’avoir su, la réceptionniste continue à insister en disant si je refuse les travaux chez eux, je dois aller chercher une autre façon de faire cette estimation bien que ce soit Aviva qui m’avait référée chez eux. Après avoir négocier pleinement, elle a finalement accepté d’envoyer l’estime des travaux à la compagnie d’assurance et m’a assuré de la compagnie recevra le dit document. Sur cela, j’ai quitté les locaux de FIXAUTO.
À ma grande surprise, dans trentaine de minutes à peu près, un agent d’assurance me contacte pour me prévenir que FIXAUTO a refusé de procéder l’estimation demandée vu l’état de ma voiture (? !)

Lorsque j'ai récupéré ma voiture le 23 avril dernier, elle était extrêmement poussiéreuse. Innaceptable. J'ai contacté fix auto et impossible de parler à quelqu'un ou même d'envoyer un courriel avec photo pour expliquer mon mécontentement. On m'explique que je dois me présenter en personne. Ca fait 3 foix que je me déplace pendant pendant les heures de bureau. J'ai quand même envoyé un courriel et des photos j'espère avoir des nouvelles très bientôt.

ZERO customer service. I went this morning to inquire about some services. The old lady in receptiont tells me to sit and wait while she is on her phone with her other collegue giggling and reading her husbands text! Very very disppointed!
