I brought my car there for esthetic repairs on my rear bumper. Gabe and his team were flawless in the repairs and I got a step-by-step recount on what happened. Very happy with the service.

Excellent service. It was my 2nd time going there for my seasonal tire changes and it's always a pleasure. The workers are great and incredibly polite, the place is clean with a comfortable indoor & outdoor waiting area. They even offered me water while I was waiting.

My winter tires were neatly wrapped and packed into my back seat making sure to not dirty the cushions. Would definitely go back for any service if needed.

I've been using Fix Auto Dorval for over two years now. Recently, I had an issue with my muffler after a road trip. I called them up and they fit me in during closing hours to check out the issue. Because it was a quick fix, they did it on the spot. Highly recommend. Honest work. Good service.

Was recommend this garage by my insurance. Gabriel took care of everything and provided excellent service. They communicated with the insurance company. All i had to do was drop off my car. They loaned me a brand new 2020 Kia to drive. When I picked up my car it was cleaned inside out. Gabriel was honest and very pleasant.

Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place. They use very low quality parts and paint. After 2 months my new repainted doors are peeling. Bumper was badly reattached, some clips we're missing. Doors badly aligned. Lesson learned, next time I'll get my car fixed either at the dealership or an independent body shop. This is like the McDonald's of body shops. Cheap labor and quality.

I dropped my car on a Saturday, because yes they are open on Saturdays! How convenient for people who work 8 to 5 from Monday to Friday? ! They gave me a brand new 2020 Kia Rio5 in the meantime. When I picked up my car on Tuesday after work, my car was not only fixed, it was cleaned from the inside and the outside too! They have exceeded my expectations and raised my standards! They dealt with the insurance directly. I really recommend this place to everyone!

-REALLY, NO RECORD? I had to sell my 2016 FORD EDGE because the rear door was never installed correctly (never aligned right) also rattling noise. I had to take it apart and install the rear wing because only 1 out of 4 screws were put back. TRUST ME, IM IN YOUR RECORDS! Even the person I dealt with had a ford edge (his personal SUV)

I had my car repaired at Fix Auto Dorval after an accident last year. I was very happy with the work and professionalism of Gabriel and his team. You can tell they are experienced in what they do. I can also speak for the after sales service; Almost a year later I had a small issue that I though might be related to the accident, it turns out it was not, but the team at Fix auto fixed it regardless and sent me on my way no charge. That is good customer service.

C'est quelqu'un qui m'a référé Fix Auto Dorval suite à un bris sur le parebrise de ma voiture. J'ai été bien prise en charge dès le début où l'on m'a expliqué les différentes étapes. Le propriétaire, Gabe, est vraiment professionnel et prend bien soin de ses clients. Need a magician? You've found him. I had been caught in an insurance nightmare for about 2 and a half months, when I pulled my car out of where it had been and brought it to Gabriel (the owner) here at Fixauto Dorval. I don't know how he did it, but he got everything sorted out immediately and made the impossible happen. His experience, competence and professionalism was astounding. For someone who at this point had spent months fighting an insurance company to get their car back, it was honestly a miracle when Gabriel took the case over. He tells me "don't worry about it, I'll take care of it". And he did. My relief was palpable. It was fixed up in less than a week, better than new! This is a man of experience who is logical and effective and knows what he is doing. He also cares about his clients and listens to what they want and gets it done. Cannot recommend highly enough!
