Fix Auto Montréal-Centre

J'ai eu un service très rapide, courtois et très peu cher pour régler un problème mineur mais très dérangeant. Je les recommande fortement.

I was skeptical about going to a place I never went before. But they had a direct relation to my insurance (in their network) so I decided to try them. I was pleasantly surprised. Really good customer service. The receptionist helps with everything. The service manager explains everything in detail.

They even offer free coffee in the waiting area. Work was done in 3 days. Very fast. Appointment was a bit far off (depending on their backlog).

Seamless experience. Replacement car impeccable and in the same tier as my SUV. They returned my car washed and cleaned on the interior. Really amazed at how clean their replacement and my car was.

The actual work done was good. It was a replacement of a rear bumper. Personally I find the paint job was a bit bumpy (not as smooth as I would like) but that's only if you really look close and are very nitpicky.:)

Got my car repaired there for changing a back bumper claimed with my insurance for a job charger over $3000 and it was a lousy job. The bumper didn’t align with the quarter. The quarter liner was missing a few push pins meaning it was installed in a rush. The reconditioned bumper plastic molding in the bottom had a huge crack in it and my trunk which worked before the accident doesn’t open anymore! For real, not impressed and do not recommend this garage.

I always had very good service here and the staff is very helpful.right now though there is a shortage of mechanics and wait times are quite long for repairs

Excellent service chez fix auto rue de Lanaudière par M. Le Mesurier et les réceptionnistes. Problème réglé en moins de 24h et à peu de frais, franchement, je suis une cliente satisfaite!

Excellent service, Fix Auto a remplacé et peinturé mon bumper arrière ainsi que fait une retouche peinture sur le hayon, très beau travail c'est comme neuf. Ils m'ont rendu mon auto nettoyée avec beaucoup de soin, les tapis de sol n'avaient pas été aussi propres depuis longtemps. Merci!

J’ai eu un accident de voiture et je les fait réparer via cette compagnie. Service impeccable! Les réceptionnistes sont très respectueuses et à l’écoute, et que dire du personnels qui on fait le suivi avec moi. Mon auto a été réparé en moins de 4 jours et en plus ils ont nettoyés l’intérieur de ma voiture! Signé une cliente satisfaite merci
