J’ai eu affaire plusieurs fois avec cette compagnie pour des livraisons et à date tout va bien.

Service client vraiment super, j’ai rarement vu ça! Très réactif, à l’écoute et suit le dossier même après livraison!

Le livreur a lancé mon colis sur le pallier quand c’était écrit sur la boîte en gros caractère très visible « FRAGILE ». Quand j’ai ouvert la porte après avoir entendu l’impact, le livreur est parti en courant dans les escaliers. Très professionnel *nope*. La moitié du contenu de ma boîte est brisée dont une bouteille de parfum en vitre et une bouteille de crème en plastique (juste pour vous dire la force de l’élan qu’il a pris pour lancer la boîte).

Good delivery company, called me to get the buzzer number for my appt and followed up with me to insure i received my order.

Hamza was great with assisting me with a parcel issue by the company that sent the product. I was unable to get a resolution from the company so I decided to contact the courier directly and I’m so glad I did. He was able to track my order and fix the issues and ensured that I received my parcel. All his efforts were above and beyond what I ever expected. I’m glad some companies still pride themselves on good customer service. Thank you!

I contacted fleet optics with a problem I was having with one of my deliveries not only did they respond to me in a timely manner they insured that I received my package and did a follow up which I've never had from any other courier service before. Five and I never write reviews

Aprés une première tentative où le livreur n'avait pas réussi à faire fonctionner l'Intercom dans mon immeuble, il est repassé en soirée et j'ai reçu mon colis. Le livreur était trés courtois et s'est excusé pour la première tentative échouée.

They carefully took my request and well delivered the package to my unit. At the same time, their tracking system was precise, the delivery arrived as estimated (about 5 minutes earlier). After the delivery they also confirmed with me if I received the package and the experience. It was the best delivery experience I had. FYI.

I would give 0 star if I could. Worst delivery service. I entered all needed informations online (phone #, buzzcode to get in the building, who to contact if there's any issues.), and they still failed leaving my package to my location, sending me a picture of my front door.
Then I entered even MORE DETAILS about how to get in my building. I even sticked a note on the door to make sure the delivery person knew what to do in case it was not clear enough. THEY STILL FAILED and sent me a picture of the door. AGAIN. There was litteraly a paper on the door explaining every single step, and they still were not able to leave my package.
So here I am complaining about that EXTREMELY bad delivery service. I don't even have my package yet. Apparently I'll get it in the next 48h, I'm having a hard time believing this.
All of this is getting ridiculous. I ordered online because I don't have time to go to the store, and here I am wasting my time with these people who just CAN'T do their job properly.
Don't waste your time.

I received my package. A lady from customer service called me to make sure everything was okay about my order, and apologized for the trouble all of this caused. I appreciated her taking the time to do so. She was very nice and polite. It was not the best experience overall but I am glad everything finaly worked out. I got my package and this is what I wanted. Thank you for that.

I was watching my phone all day but the delivery came late in the evening and I missed it. How come your delivery people don't call any other numbers to be let into secure buildings if the recipient misses the call. I never have a problem with Amazon or other delivery companies but my package last week was returned straight to the store so now I have to go to a store or gamble that fleet optics will be able to deliver?

If i could put 0 star i would.they didn't delivered and said no one answer the call panel.theres NO call panel.they also send a picture of the place to deliver but i guess they didn't try to open the door that isn't even locked.i tried calling to understand or give directions and there's no way to get in contact with anyone.

Communication is great. Responded to specific request left in comment box. Better thank intelcom

What a great customer service They have! They are very attentive and friendly. They also made sure that my order was delivered at the exact time they promised.

I love everything about this company! I can track my package on the map, the people who drop my packages are very polite and professional, and when i needed some info about mh package the chat service was excellent

J'ai eu deux très mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie. Premièrement, en ce qui concerne ma première commande. Personne ne m'a jamais téléphoné pour me dire qu'il était arrivée au mon appartement. J'attendais leur appelle à tout les jours, et j'avais même averti mes voisins de répondre pour leur ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble.
Ils sont donc repassé pendant 3 jours pour au final ils ont annulé la commande.
Deuxième mauvaise expérience, j'attendais un colis et j'étais chez moi tout la journée en attente de ce colis, ils n'ont jamais sonné à la porte de mon appartement. Ils m'ont appeler et j'ai manqué leur appelle de 5 minutes. Cette compagnie manque énormément de professionnalismes. De plus, il n'est pas possible de parler avec personne au service a la clientèle ce qui témoigne de grande lacunes. J'ai également essayer de parler avec leur service de chat et il est presque impossible d'avoir une conversation fluide avec quelqu'un puisque on me répondait au 25 minutes. Je ferais plus jamais à faire avec cette compagnie et je vous la déconseille fortement.

They are a very reliable delivery service, and if for some unforseen reason there is a problem, they will respond and keep you informed as to the progress of the delivery. I highly recommend them.

Always on time, great tracking map, every time I see my delivery is with Fleet Optics, I know I will receive a great service! Their follow up is also great! So far, only great experiences!

The worst of the worst!
1st delivery the guys takes a photo of the door at least 10meters away the website says unable to get inside, there is no code to get inside the 1st door.
The following day I stay home to catch him. Same guy is doing delivery, he takes a picture he is in the back of the building never even came to the door.
Why do you work delivery if you can’t freaking get out of the car to deliver? !
They don’t even answer the phone for delivery issues.
I was used to getting my Nespresso deliveries at my door, always a fast delivery, on point. Now this…. Well for sure I will no be ordering online anymore.
YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY!

The delivery was fast, but the driver put my package so everyone could see it. In Montreal it happens a lot that people steal packages that way.
