I used Bella Italia for my wedding and was so happy how everything turned out. Joanne took the time to answer my elaborate email did not force me to overspend, in fact always kept saying ahh you don’t need that. She is super friendly and helpful. All the flowers were delivered on time, in fact, even early and everything was beautiful. I loved my bouquet so much. I would definitely recommend to future brides!

Really dissapointed with my bridal bouquet it did not look like the picture I gave. My roses kept popping out of the bouquet, you can see the white plastic that was holding the roses together and my bouquet had tiny roses that had a tinge of green (i asked for white roses). My bridesmaid bouquets were beautiful they actually outshined mine in presentation and in color as their roses were whiter than mine. The groomsmen flowers were withering throughout the day and the next day were completely dead. The grooms flower did not have the eucalyptus leaf attached like i requested so there was no distinction between groom and groomsmen. So dissapointed.

The service was amazing, Joanne took her time to make sure everything went smoothly. She followed up consistently to make sure the delivery was convenient for the receiver, especially with me being from out of province. She went above and beyond, it was amazing service.

I was impressed with the size and flower arrangement. It was identical to the picture on their site. GREAT WORK!
