Toujours eu de très jolis bouquets pour ma conjointe et les fleurs sont parfaites et durent longtemps.

Elles sont trois mais uniquement une aide les clients.service très lent… très très lent…il faut pas être pressé ….

Worst service ever at a florist. Saturday early afternoon, the store has an “open” sign, we ask for roses reply of the daughter of the owner: “we have fresh roses, but I don’t have time to arrange them in a bouquet for you”. Arranging roses in a simple bouquet takes 15 minutes, top. Taking my business elsewhere. Beware English customers, you’ll be flagged even if you speak French.

I have been a customer at this flower shop for about 2 years now and I'm never dessapointed with the freshness and beauty of flowers they carry.
I had my center pieces, wedding arch and bridal bouquets done for my wedding and they were stunning! The owner always has fresh, good quality flowers and great ideas
(composition) for bouquets. She brings attention to detail and listens to what you actually want. She can order almost any flower under the sun. This lady has amazing flower connections and she is so sweet!

Me and my wife ordered a corsage and a boutonniere. When the day came to pick it up, the clerk told us that our order didn't exist. Very unprofessional.

Je me suis rendu sur place et j'ai demandé à l'employée si elle pouvait m'aider et m'a répondu qu'elle était entrain de passer le balai. Je suis partie, service a la clientèle à revoir!

Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Had my bridesmaids' bouquets and my bridal bouquet prepared and was absolutely thrilled to see how gorgeous they were! I went in showing a few pictures of bouquet styles I liked and they managed to come up with exactly what I had in mind. Highly recommend! Make sure you go visit your local florist if you need flowers for any special occasion:)
PS: also had them prepare and deliver flowers to a coworker who underwent a surgery. She absolutely loved them!

Le bouquet que j’ai reçu contenait majoritairement des fleurs de qualité de l’épicerie à l’exception de quelques-unes. (Certaines des fleurs étaient fanées). Le prix, de 70$ avant taxes ne justifiait certainement pas la valeur du bouquet.

Pour un samedi, je trouve dommage que les frigidaire étaient vide. Me faire répondre que les commandes ne sont pas placés, c'est ordinaire. Le service à la clientèle est faible, c'est à peu e si on te regarde lorsque tu rentres dans le magasin. Les employés discutaient entre eux sans porter aux clients. Comme première expérience, c'était plus qu'ordinaire. Pas certaine de voir y retourner. Pourtant le magasin est quand même beau. Mis à part le fait que plein de boîtes étaient parterre.
