Very nice owner and well priced flowers
They however did not do a good job on our wedding. She agreed to setup our location and simply did not follow through with her agreement. We provided detailed emails and diagrams as to how and where to place items we made ourselves and she simply did not do the job we paid for and she said she could - wouldn’t recommend for weddings

Asked for two 3$ and one 5$ flowers with a pastel pink/yellow colors.
The employee gave me flowers for 32$, really bad packed and without the colors i asked

If you are looking for your flowers for a loved one to get delivered safely to their door on an important day, this is not the place to go.

I got a call on my birthday while out for lunch and they were at my place to deliver some flowers that were sent by a friend from Australia. This place does not re-attempt flower delivery if you are not home, so I had no choice but to have it left outside of my place.

The flowers were not there when I got home an hour later. I have never had a package stolen in my neighbourhood the 2 years I've lived here, so it makes me wonder if they were honest about delivering the plants.

I then called the store, asking to see if they had any solutions to offer (they mentioned this rarely happens that a delivery does not reach the customer, but did not offer any solutions for when it does).

They said they can't do anything, and are not even able to refund the person who purchased the flower which was around $100 purchase.

Terrible customer-service, were super rude during the calls and did not offer any help. Instead of it being a very special moment they ruined the day.

Save your money and go to a place that would ensure someone would be home to receive the delivery, reattempt the delivery if they are not home or work with you if the delivery didn't reach you.

The flowers are very beautiful and fresh, The flowers arrangement is very surprise. The service is very nice.

I ordered flowers for a salesman who is very sick and was very disappointed. The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was sent (ordered the deluxe). As you can tell by the pictures i wanted the Sunflower with the Bumblebee, and the other picture is what was sent. I understand if you can not get the proper flowers but advise the customer! I paid good money and did not get anything close to what I ordered! Also was told I would have to pay extra delivery fee which was fine but when asked for an updated Invoice was ignored. Emailed 3 times and have not received one! Would never use this flower shop again.

Extremely disappointing! I ordered a poinsettia, and it arrived in horrible condition! Half of the plant was shrivelling and turning brown. When it was delivered, it wasn't covered or protected in any way. I would not recommend getting flowers delivered from this company.

Went there for a flower bouquet. They are located across the street from the hospital and the service is outstanding. I was shown around and picked fresh flowers from a vast selection. The flowers were nicely arranged with garnish and we'll packed. I was given detailed care instructions and they lasted almost 10 days. They also offer delivery and pre order service. They have pots plants and other decorations. Nice mom and pop shop.

The service of this shop is very good and the owner's attitude is very friendly. He will actively help me choose flowers and make flowers

There rose does not last long.i don't mind to pay more for long.but it was 3 days and they don't look good and the people working there was nice.

This must be some sort of joke because I sell stuff online too and I understand when there's a slight discrepancy, but the advertised image looks nothing like the delivered product. It's a night and day difference. Vase is different. Flowers missing. Seller refused to refund. This feels like a scam and I'll likely dispute the charge.

In your response you're assuming that I was satisfied with your excuses. Just because I didn't spend time arguing about the vase or the fact that the flowers are much smaller in size and quantity compared to the advertised photo does not mean I was satisfied with your response. I had already decided to chargeback the order based on your responses, because the delivered product is completely unlike what I thought I ordered. Its almost 24 hours and the flowers are still the same size, so I'm not sure whether they're going to "bloom" any further.

If I read the other reviews on this page I likely would not have placed an order. I actually order flowers regularly from other flower shops across Montreal, who's delivered product matches their online photos, and this has been my worst experience yet.

I needed some flowers to surprise my wife. They closed later and opened earlier in the next day because of my schedule. The flowers were amazing. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I was a bit disappointed in my experience with this Florist. I ordered a bouquet online (upgraded to the deluxe size) and the photo of the bouquet was much larger than what we received. See photos attached. My original total came to $139 including tax. This was confirmed through an order receipt that was sent to my email. Then I was charged 152$ as they didn’t include delivery in the original price as part of the online order. At this point it was the next day and was too late to switch to another florist. In my opinion there is much better value out there. Disappointed with the size of the bouquet and the value.

So disappointed. The plant received was totally different that what was ordered and not as nice. Also, it was sent as a 40th birthday gift and one of the balloons was for a young kid and not for a 40 year-old.
Plus the plant moss was loose in the bag and full of water.
And the signature card was totally wet. Will not order from you again.

I really like visiting this florist. I go there often whenever I need a bouquet. The staff is very nice and full of positive energies.:) They help design bouquets for me, and this time I got the most elegant bouquet I've ever received. The purple violets are so pretty that they just melt my hearts. The staff also helped me to choose the color of the wrapping paper and ribbon. This bouquet is just so gentle and pretty.: D The picture is taken after I got home. T. T The strong wind made the bouquet look spreading too wide.

Called last minute to order a huge bouquet, receive the best service.keep in mind, i know nothing about flowers, Susanna helped me chose the perfect ones and got them delivered in such a short notice! My friend just had gotten out of a big surgery and Thanks to them it really made his day!

Very disappointed first and last time. Ordered a bouquet and received half a bouquet. Also paid for a balloon 8$ which didn’t come in the bouquet. Photos are misleading tried contacting them and they don’t email back.

Je recommande pas, il m’a chargé 32$ pour un petit ours en peluche (que j’aurai du acheter de Dollarama juste en face à 4$, mais j’étais pressée) vraiment là je reviendrai plus jamais.c’était la première et la dernière fois.

Bouquet commandé et réglé via le site internet, la livraison fut impossible malgré plusieurs tentatives du livreur et une communication permanente.
Au final, la composition était fraîche, bien conforme au descriptif et au visuel.
Je recommande vivement.

The best florist I had an experience with. Extended working day allows you to visit the shop after work, always great choice of fresh flowers, awesome friendly people - all this made me a permanent customer.

Great service with same day delivery to JGH next door (even after ordering at 1PM). They delivered within 3 hours of order.
Their prices were cheaper than the other florists I looked at online for the same arrangement. They were not able to provide a balloon but they provided chocolate instead even though it's typically more expensive. Easy to work with and flowers looked great.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering flowers for a funeral from this place.
We received the flowers all right but the whole bouquet was half smaller than the picture on the web site. Price 250$ delivery and tax included. Not cheap.
But we did not want cheap. The flowers are so small we felt ashamed and cheap!
There is worse: the man who talked on the phone said that he was tired of the business, that he was stressed to find the flowers for us, that I was being demanding to ask for photos to be sent before delivery. Completely unprofessional and hysterical. Worst experience ever.

There are plenty other businesses to buy flowers from. Do not go there!

Valentine’s Day thieves! Way too expensive for an arrangement of 5 roses 60$
: 3 RED ROSES AND 2 WHITE ROSES I tried calculated + Taxes and there is no way it could have cost that much

Had ordered online a bouquet to be delivered same day as a Birthday Gift on behalf of colleagues (amount approx. 61 CAD, w/o taxes, 90 CAD total with delivery). First thing - was delivered late. Second, when went to visit the friend same evening, was really feeling ashamed for the bouquet she got, it was literally half the size of the online image. When I wrote a message to the Fleuriste, the answer I got 'wait till the lily will bloom'.
Please think really ten times before ordering from them online. Order just in case of an Apocalyps and they are the only remaining store.

Incredible wedding flowers and bouquets. Guests kept complementing the flowers! Absolutely no complaints! Great store.
