I went to the store and asked if they had lavender but they didn't know what I was saying so I showed them a picture and they said they didn't have it. Then I proceeded to buy a rose and chrysanthemum. They also placed different breed of flowers along with my own and I asked what it was, then they said I don't know we'll call it lavender. I felt that was unprofessional and uncalled for that's why they get 1 star not coming back again

Je suis allé acheter un fleur le jour de Valentine, j’ai trouvé une fleur artificielle a 35$ (je n’avais pas mes lunettes mais ma fille a vérifié le prix en bas de fleur qui était 35$) quand meme j’ai demandé le monsieur encore pour le prix et il a dit oui 35$. Quand ils ont emballé et je voulais payer ils m’ont chargé 45 + tax, j’ai dit monsieur vous avez dit 35$, il a dit non c’est 45$ et il avait retiré le prix de bas de fleur (le photo attaché), j’étais obligé de payer car je voulais acheter une fleur, ma fille était tellement fâchée qu’il a menti et il a enlevé le prix… une très mauvaise expérience chez ce fleuriste et je ne vous conseille pas d’y aller.

Beware! 1 star is too much! Many years ago, I hired the previous owner to do my wedding…she didn’t make the arrangements we agreed upon…she made them much smaller and used completely different flowers as they were cheaper, she overcharged and didn’t arrive on time. I was told it was a new owner (not sure) when I asked as I went there years later to see if they could make a corsage from a picture (pictures that were on multiple Montreal florists websites) …they said they could but when I went to order weeks later, they said they can’t do that. I went to Fleuriste Creations Chantale on Rome Boulevard and she made a duplicate of the picture (actually, even more beautiful than the pictures) …it was gorgeous, cheaper than anywhere else, she was so nice and her customer service was excellent! My husband, not aware of these issues went there to pick up 3 roses for Valentine’s Day…he didn’t verify them…I am sure they weren’t cheap…they weren’t fresh…I have seen much fresher flowers in a grocery store…many of the tips were black along with with some of the petals…they looked like I had them for 3 or 4 days, I guarantee they won’t open and will be dead in a day or 2. The packaging was terrible…red roses not even cut on an angle with 2 pieces of orange kinda material wrapped and stapled with a very small piece of skinny yellow ribbon from Dollarama that you curl yourself! I am not sure they still give the packets of stuff to put in the water but there was none…not that it would have helped these already wilting roses… and of course no florist sticker… guess they didn’t want anyone to know where these flowers came from…very unprofessional! As soon as he gave them to me, I was almost positive I knew where they came from! Thank god he didn’t get more or an arrangement! I would definitely NEVER recommend spending a cent there! If it is a new owner, they are following in the path of the old one!

Mmm, j’ai l’habitude d’acheter des fleurs pour la maison. Des roses. Je me suis présentée sur place.je trouvais pas que les roses était dans une belle état et sais ce que j’ai dis à la madame au contoire. Elle m’a dit qu’elle allait lai nettoyer ce qui veux dire - enlever les pétales brunes …. J’aurais pu aller ailleurs à ce moment là ; donc je prend le blâme.
140$ pour un bouquet qui ne me convient pas du tout. Enfait c’était 135$ et la madame nous a juste jamais redonner le change.anyways, en bref je n’aime pas le bouquet, sur le bout des fleurs on dirait que sais moisi. Et pour avoir acheter des centaines de bouquets, à ce prix là, j’aurais pu avoir la crème de la crème

Ne retourne pas les appels, on me dit qu ils manquent de personnel, je comprends, mais retournez les appels c est la moindre des chose. Et ce n est pas la première fois. Très dommage, car ils ont de beaux produits.

I had a great experience with Magnolia!

I placed an order online and was contacted promptly when there was an issue with my card. The lady I spoke with assisted with processing my payment on another card and my order was delivered on time. I'm out of province, so greatly appreciate their efforts to make sure my order went smoothly.

It was very clear that both time and effort had been put into the arrangement and it looked great. The flowers were a gift for my mother and she absolutely loved them.

I ordered flowers from here and spent well over 100$, not only were the roses browning and many of the others wilted upon arrival, but many of the expensive flowers were replaced with daisies a much cheaper alternative. This place aims to cut corners and it really shows. Their customer service is terrible, when I called they would only speak to me if I spoke french. Waste of money, you would get better flowers and service at a local pharmacy than from here.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. I placed my order 6 days ahead of time for it to be able for pick up on Mother's Day. Upon arrival, they could not find my order, the reason being was that they never made my order. They apologized and asked to come back in 20 minutes. They called me when the order was ready. They were true to their word because it did in fact take 20 minutes. When I received my floral arrangement, the flowers were browning, the arrangement contained mostly daisies and green leaves and very few roses (there were 3 to be exact). In fact, it looked nothing like the picture on their website. I paid 80$ for the arrangement and it was not worth the price. You're better off with buying your flowers and getting a vase to make your own arrangement at home. I've ordered from them in the past and the quality of the flowers was great. I feel like the were not able to manage things efficiently due to the high demands for Mother's Day which affected the quality of their product.

Very unsatisfied. I ordered flowers for mothers day for my mother and mother in law. My mother received her flowers at 8: 30pm and I then found out that my mother in law’s order was never processed because of her location. I would have appreciated to be notified that my order was not being processed prior to 8: 30pm on mother’s day.

Si je pouvais laisser 0 étoile, je le ferais. Site web opérationnel, rien n'indique que l'endroit est fermé. J'ai commandé en ligne, je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation par courriel. J'ai essayé d'appeler, aucune réponse alors j'ai laissé un message sur le répondeur. J'avais espoir que ma commande soit honorée, mais visiblement il n'en sera rien et ma mère n'aura pas reçu son bouquet pour la Fête des Mères. Vraiment, fermez votre site web, ainsi vous ne ferez pas perdre le temps des gens. Déplorable.

J'ai passer ma commande en ligne le 25 avril pour avoir une livraison aujourd'hui pour la fête des mères. J'ai reçu ma confirmation par courriel. Par contre, ma mère n'a jamais reçu ses fleurs. J'ai tenté d'appeler a plusieurs reprises. Engagée ou sinon sonne dans le vide sans aucune réponse ni boîte vocale. Je comprends que nous sommes en pandémie, par contre ils ont tout mes coordonnées. Un appel pour expliquer le retard ou délais serait la moindre des choses.

Awful florist. Flowers do not last more than 24hrs. Florist will always try to sell you old dying flowers. Shopped here 3 times. Never again. BEWARE.

Bonjour le service est vraiment bon et une nouvelle propriétaire avec beaucoup de patience très bon service elle m’a même donné plus de fleurs pour le prix de ce bouquet et j’ai appelé après l’heure de fermeture et elle m’a attendu aller acheter là
