Personnel accueillant et chaleureux. Belle variété de plantes et de fleurs. Je fréquente ce magasin depuis deux ans et je peux vous dire que vous y trouverez ce qu’il vous faut.

I mean they lost my flowers on Mother’s Day that I paid a day in advance for and has set aside because I specially picked them for my grandmother, sister and mother. I get places like this can be busy on Mother’s Day, but having paid in advance and picking out specific beautiful flowers, and then showing up and them not being there, was EXTREMELY disappointing. I had to pick 3 similar bouquets of the ones I chose the previous day, but none of them were as nice as the ones I picked, being I came in to pick them up on Mother’s Day so not much GOOD selection was left. They didn’t seem too sorry about the situation also at all but honestly it ruined Mother’s Day for me. I was looking forward to giving my family nice not-cheap flowers for once and the day I decide to, this happens. I hand picked those flowers for a reason. But then I had no choice to pick out random less-quality flowers because I was already on my way to see my family and didn’t have time to stop by another shop.
Most likely won’t be coming back. The shop and flowers are nice but that was a HUGE disappointment to happen my FIRST time buying flowers at this shop, and I spent a lot more than the average person. Was not offered any compensation for the mistake or anything of that sort, only to pick the “same” bouquets, but everything left was not good quality and this was extremely disappointing.

I forgot to mention i had cats until after they made me a bouquet, they changed it free of charge. (Some flowers are deadly for cats) excellent service! Highly recommended!

WoW! Très impressionnée par leurs services après ventes. Nous commandons toujours ici et il est arrivé une seule fois que nous étions insatisfaits de notre commande et ils ont tout de suite rectifié la situation. Très heureuse du nouveau bouquet. Merci beaucoup.

Ils ont fait les fleurs pour les funérailles de mon père et c'était vraiment très beau.
