I ordered custom arrangements from Terrafolia for my mother’s funeral. I wanted an arrangement each from her three generations (children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren). I described my ideas for colours and provided accessories that I wanted included. The creations they designed were lovely to look at and perfectly suited to the spirit of her ceremony. The entire family is so appreciative of the care that Terrafolia put in. And bonus, it was not more expensive than the stock offerings I priced elsewhere.

Beautiful flowers delivered with great customer service. I had the wrong address entered and they called to confirm and resolved it with no hassle.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mom’s birthday. I received an email alerting me that the flowers had been delivered and accepted, however, no flowers were ever delivered. I spoke to my mom who works from home and she relayed that no one had rung the doorbell or knocked on the door. In the order I had left my cellphone number, and never received any calls. I called the store, to inquire about the status of the flowers, and was informed that the flowers had been left with a neighbour after a failed delivery attempt. Apparently the delivery driver had attempted to call me but there was no answer. But this I find hard to believe as my phone never rang nor did I have any missed calls. While the flowers are beautiful, they were quite expensive over $100 and they did not come with any water in the vase, nor were they properly wrapped for transportation. All in all what was meant as a birthday surprise for my mom turned into a hunt for missing flowers.

I upgraded my floral bouquet to premium and I was very disappointed with the size and amount of flowers. However, the flowers were beautiful.

The shop is nice, but it was pricey, I guess it was Mother’s Day. But the service was fast

Took a long time to be served and it was expensive for the size of the bouquets however the flowers lasted a good amount of time and were nice

We ordered the sympathy heart wreath online for a funeral, and when I called in to check some details, I was bummed to learn that the heart wasn't available. However, the gentleman informed me that they would do a circle wreath that would look as much like the photo as possible.

The arrangement turned out even more beautiful than I'd expected. The flowers were so colourful and fresh. They just radiated serenity and love - a true reflection of our beloved deceased person. The ribbon and card were also done perfectly.

We couldn't be at the funeral in person, but seeing our wreath at the site through photos on such an important day made us feel like we were part of such a monumental moment.

Thank you for such a fine quality product, for delivering on time, and to the gentleman on the phone, for fixing little details for me.

We live in Boston (originally from Montreal) and whenever we are able to return "home" we buy flowers for our mothers at Terrafolia. With the past 2 years of Covid, travel back has been very difficult and we have had to call in orders for multiple occasions (sometimes very last minute). The staff always takes my phone calls to discuss the bouquet (even if they sound busy) and prepare beautiful arrangements.

Update: Got a floral arrangement upgrade, which is nice and looks pretty. Per staff, driver had a flat tire.

I called at 12: 15 EST to check if flowers can be delivered on the same day. I was reassured by the staff that it can and they suggested to place the order ASAP. I have already entered all the info in the order before calling and just wanted to have it confirmed that flowers will arrive the same day. That didn’t happen. Just found out my order wasn’t even sent out yet. This is pretty disappointing considering the fact that I have been ordering flowers from these guys since 2018.

Just popped in today to get some flowers for my wife. The lady who was there was very helpful and made me a beautiful bouquet. My wife was blown away!

The lily bouquet arrived as ordered and looked lovely (purchased the deluxe array) on a Friday but by Monday the lilies had started to turn brown and now, by Wednesday, there is more brown than white. I wanted to provide an update. We were contacted by Terrafolia and they could not have been any nicer. A new bouquet was sent the next day. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I used to order flower delivery every year for my ex-boss every year for his birthday. This year, I noticed that they changed their business name and now charges soooo much for delivery.

Before, delivery was included obviously because it was a flower delivery company….
If you buy approx $85 bouquet, expect to pat around $120 after taxes + delivery.

The service seems to be good quality for sure. But the massive change in the extra charges are not pleasant.

I ordered many times from this florist but the last order was very disappointing. The picture on the website and the actual arrangement were very different. They also charge a huge delivery fee but unable to deliver around the requested time. Oh well.

Flowers died after 3 days, poor quality it is valentines weekend but this is unacceptable. Waste of money plz shop elsewhere. Scammers.

My family and I had to place a very “last-minute” order for a funeral and the staff at Terrafolia did such an amazing job! Given the verr short prep time, they were professional and timely. All the bouquets were beautifully arranged. Prices are higher than other stores but the services and quality are worth it.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my mother-in-law on her birthday. I ordered around 9: 30 am and they were delivered before noon! I can’t recommend this business enough! The flowers were absolutely stunning! She loves them so much!

I do want to thank you very much for your services and the plant was very beautiful but I find your prices on store bought items, a bit expensive.

When I need an arrangement of flowers for a special occasion and I'm in the area. This is my go to Florist, you can buy bouquets of flowers ready to go, or have them put one together for you.

Most of the arrangements were smaller than in the pictures selected. One arrangement had a vase which we did not ask for and brought the value of the actual flowers down and the arrangement was a lot smaller than expected. Spent a lot of money and was not completely satisfied.

Flowers ordered for daughter's funeral were a beautiful arrangement. I was well taken care in the store with helpful suggestions at a difficult time. Flower arrived as ordered. I am totally satisfied with my order and highly recommend Terrafolia Fleuriste for for flower needs.

Placed an order for a bouquet of roses at 3: 00pm (Friday afternoon) and by 4: 00 pm (the same day) my son had received them. Amazing service and superb customer relations. Definitely 5 stars and Must let everyone know that this florist delivers in every way. Thank you Terrafolia.

The staff at Terrafolia on Sources are fantastic. I give them the freedom to create bouquets for me because their eye for beauty and balance is second to none.
