Do not order flowers from this store! I ordered flowers for my anniversary and they were not delivered. My delivery instructions were also not followed. I picked up the flowers the following day and they refused to give me a discount or refund the delivery fee for flowers that were not delivered. Quality of flowers are poor and very overpriced. This is a despicable business with the worst customer service I’ve encountered in 35 years. Do yourself a favour and go to florist vert design just down the street

RECOMMEND! Recently called on them for Mother's Day after a large national provider cancelled my order after taking my money, suggesting nobody would deliver. This florist exceeded expectations. They delivered on Sunday as agreed upon and my mother was ecstatic about the beauty and size of the flower arrangement that she received. Prices were very competitive as well. Will be using this florist again for the next holiday. THANK YOU!
