This is the second order my wife Simona got from Flora Exotica. The order was super fast delivered - order placed Sunday, arrived on Wednesday at over 600 km.
Thus time she bought Jasmine Grand Duke and Chinese Perfume Tree and both arrived in perfect condition.
Thank you Perry and wishing you business to be flooded with good customers.

Would give a zero if I can, emailed and told me would update stock availability in April. Heard nothing in April and nothing after multiple emails following up, this Perry / owner has no basic integrity for business.

Ordered two plants from Perry and received them quickly once shipped (I live in Ontario), packed with care and healthy! I did have some trouble getting quick email responses from Perry, but he does reply and send some great plants, don't fret if he hasn't gotten back to you yet!

I was looking for a rare plant and found it at Flora Exotica. Perry is well informed, nice to work with and gave me information about the plant prior to purchase. After payment I received updates via email and the plant arrived healthy within a couple of days. Overall a great experience!

Very nice place with beautiful and rare plants! Perry was very comprehensive, patient and took a lot of time to explain about each plant. He is passionate and knows a lot about all the flowers and plants. I recommend him to anyone who's looking for pretty exotic varieties. Thank you Flora Exotica.

This is the only place I could find a miracle berry tree to ship to my address.
Very happy with the customer service and product. It was packaged very professionally and any time I sent a question I got a reply in a timely matter.
I saw the 1 star reviews which made me hesitant to order but from my experience they couldn't have done better job.

Super frustrating experience. My elderly mother in law really wanted a pandan plant and asked me to find one for her. I have emailed this company 5 times since the beginning of April and received no response. After the second email, I tried to call and was told pandan plants would be ready in June and to "send an email" to which I replied I have already sent a couple and he hung up before I could even give my name or ask how much shipping was or anything. Extremely disappointed.

Since you have responded that emails were sent to customers about this I am editing to include I have never received any communication from you.

Bought a Meyer lemon tree a week ago. The tree is doing well and it looks like little buds are forming. I'm looking forward to seeing the flowers and fruits.

My wife bought a large ficus plant and when she brought it home, it was wrapped in brown paper due to cold winter temp. The first time we saw the plant was in our house due to covid.   Some of the leaves at the base of the plant had brown spots. A few days later the brown spots got larger and more and more leaves started to have the same brown spots. Soon leaves started to fall off. So, after two weeks of owning the plant, we got in touch with Exotica. They ignored our first message, so we continued to reach out to them. They told us: "There is no written or implied guarantee" (they probably should provide receipts but why would they if they can avoid the taxman?).   Further, Exotica, continued to argue that we had done something to the plant. The brown spots were there from the start and a month later, the entire plant was sick! A pity indeed.   After many emails, they refused to take responsibility (they offered to take the plant back and give us $15- but we paid $80) for a sick plant.   This business is a blemish. We were taken advantage of and sadly wasted money on a sick and dying plant.

Order 5 different types of seeds. Had to wait at least 3 weeks to get package. I sent an email regarding why it’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received my package and that took 2 days before I get a reply. Once received package, only received 3 seeds type instead of 5.

Sent two emails to inquire about the missing two seed types and no response for a week.

I had to setup a PayPal dispute before the owner Perry Nguyen replied stating the two missing types of seed are out of stock!

Why was I not told of the out of stock seeds when I placed my order, and my first email regarding shipping taking too long? There was also no message in the package of 3 type of seeds I received to tell me of the missing seeds. I was left in the dark as to why the missing 2 seeds type.

I was told my 2 missing seed types are on the way, but I haven’t received them yet as of April 19,2019. My original order date was March 21,2019.

Basically, the entire online purchasing process is very rudimentary, and something you would experience from technology 20 years ago.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company to anyone including my friends and families.

Response to the owner message:

Ok fine, you’re a small company, but where is the customer service? Why was I not told some seeds in my order was out of stock from the beginning when I place my order, to the follow up emails?

Again, I emailed follow up messages and waited over a week with no response from the owner Perry Nguyen.

Only when I opened up a PayPal dispute, then the owner responded within 24 hours. This tells me that they only care about money.

As of Sunday April 21,2019 I still have not received my two missing seed types since ordering them on March 21,2019. And this is shipping within Canada! I can’t imagine how much longer I would have to wait if this was an international order!

I sent Perry money through interac for 2 curry leaf plants a month ago. He's taken the money but hasn't confirmed the order or sent me any communication about my order, even though I've followed up twice. If you're looking to order online from them, don't!

Best place for fruit plants, you can find lots of different fruits trees for a reasonnable price. We bought a 4' Moro blood orange tree for 55$. They have plants for all budgets! (Starting at 5$)

I contacted them several times by phone and email but they never responded. 1 time an employee did answer the phone but said he was not in the office and that I should email him so that he could call back when he gets to the office. I sent the email but he never called back.

I work in a Hydroponics store and have many of the plants I bought on display. They are beautiful and the customers love them!
