The best spot in Aylmer to workout! Ken is awesome, friendly, and welcoming. Members are very friendly as well! I’d highly recommend this gym!

What makes this gym unique and special, other than it's super competitive low price, friendly owner & staff, great equipment?
It's a "smaller" local gym where you feel like you are part of a family. Totally beats any "warehouse" type gym with hundreds of people at all time.
Give me all the money or any gym in the world, I would still train here.
PS: By "smaller", I don't mean that this gym is too small, it's perfectly sized and has great top of the line equipment. You won't have to wait in line to Bench Press or Squat either as there is a lot of spots for those.

Great gym so far, been going for about 2 months now and I prefer this gym over alot of the competition in aylmer. Also the owner is pretty cool and easy going
