Best spot for lashes in mtl! Took a break from lashes during COVID and decided to start them again. Found Fluff lashes walking around the neighborhood and made an appointment. Cute place with a good vibe and always a warm welcome.

Everything about the experience was great! Lashes look amazing and stay on for weeks with little fallout. Highly recommend!

Norisa is phenomenal. I was new to lashes when I first got mine done and she guided me on the best style for my face and walked me through how to take care of them.

Since then, I’ve done brown lamination and laser hair removal. Not only is it great to be able to go to one place for all services but she provides quality service.

Norisa is super professional, personable, honest and always willing to work with me to get my desired result.

Been doing my lashes for years with Norisa and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I had the worst experiences with many different lash places, glue was cheap, lashes looked like spiders, applying them took over 2 hours. Norisa is quick! The best service ive experienced in the industry!

I started coming here for laser and loved the results. The owner is professional, tidy, efficient, and very in tune and responsive to my needs, concerns, etc.

I usually steer away from spray tans, as I’m afraid to have an un-natural effect. When she showed me what it could look like on my skin, I decided to try it out. I absolutely loved the results – it had been the only spray tan ive ever had that gave me the natural glow I was looking for, smelled really nice, and lasted over a week and didn’t peel off at all. This is the only place I’d go for sprays moving forward!

Most recently, I approached the owner about doing lash extensions, but told her I wanted them to look really natural, and was hesitant about the maintenance, especially on my very sensitive skin. She recommended I do a lash lift instead, and I absolutely LOVE the results. She obtained the natural full look I was aiming for, without the maintenance of lash extensions.

Norissa, the owner, is flexible, availabile, reliable and is the only person I would go to for any of these services. THE BEST!

Hands down the most natural lashes I've seen. Norisa makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. She is caring, gentle and really attentive to her clients needs. I like my lashes not too full and very natural and she's always given me exactly that. I would recommend her to anyone.

I am extremely allergic to the glue most lash techs use for lash extensions. I have tried at least 5 techs and end up with a HUGE reaction each time, luckily with Norisa, not only do I have amazing lashes, I have absolutely zero reaction as she uses the proper glue and adds her touch with cleaning etc. I really recommend her, really nice, friendly and awesome at what she does. I am addicted!
