Foot Locker

Ouf les employés préfèrent prendre du bon temps et parler entre eux que de s’occuper des clients. Et une fois qu’on se fait apporter des souliers car on a quémandé de l’aide …. Et bien, on est loin du service de certains magasins de chaussures qui te les sortes normalement de la boite, enlève les petits papiers dedans, les délasses etc… l’employé te garroche littéralement les boites de souliers. Aucun intérêt à savoir si ça va bien, si la taille est bonne, zéro, zéro, zéro service.

I was served by KHAIRATE K she has a nasty attitude & no knowledge for customer service. Footlocker is employing an immature kid! I will definitely never come back - I went to get an Adidas shirt at the footlocker inside Center eaton = WAY BETTER SERVICE!

Danny is amazingly helpful and honest. Charming and didn't oversell me. Earnt my trust and appreciation. Thank you Danny.

It was an okay experience. Found some shoes on my own, took them to an associate, and he found the right sizes.
No follow up or check in really.

Decided on a pair and went up to the cash register. 3 or 4 employees standing around but only 1 cashier. Nobody acknowledged I was there.so I just waited a few minutes for the one cashier. Took a while to cash out.

TDLR: Found some shoes, they got me the right sizes but it took long to buy them.

Employee here are getting paid for dancing on music. Noone helped me in buying.
Never going back.
Collection is bad too

A total disappointment. If I tell you that they only have the sizes that they have put on display, I haven't exaggerated.

Customer service at this location is just weird. Staffed by disrespectful kids, and managed by persons without a clue. Online shopping should soon do away with this company. Footlocker is the worst, badly run company.

I had bought and item and felt it had a defect. I went back and had a very good interaction with the employees and manager. They helped me out and got what i needed. Thanks guys!

Nous sommes tombés sur un vendeur pas professionnel qui n’as pas su nous conseiller du tout et qui rigole au près de ses collègues devant nous parce qu’on ne comprenais pas le système de taille américain.

Au lieu de tenter de comprendre nos besoins, il allait parler à ses collègues et rigoler de nous.

Au final, on est partie et on est aller au Footlocker du 505 rue saint Catherine et ils nous ont bien conseillé et on a trouver de qu’on voulait. Dommage pour le vendeur qui a raté une vente de deux paire de chaussure:)

Je vien d’aller acheter une paire de pantalons de jogging, la fille a la caisse a fait une erreure en me remettant mon change je lui dis et elle m’obstine pour finalement me redonner le bon change et mettre les pantalons en boules sur le comptoir et la facture et me laisser m’arranger avec ca sans rien dire et se retourner pour continuer de parler avec ses collègues de travail.pire service que j’ai eu en magasin a vie je ne retournerai plus jamais a ce footlocker.

Really unprofessional. I ordered a pair of shoes at their store but they cancelled my order without notifying me and without giving me an automatic refund. I had to go there to get my refund. Run by a young workteam that really does not inspire confidence in the simplest tasks.

Franchement j’aime bien ce magasin, le choix n’est pas trop disponible, mais le personnel est professionnel et disponible!

Personnel avec une attitude problématique…, m'ont snobé alors que je venais faire un achat de 200$ ; Sport Expert au coin de rue suivant a eu mon argent.

The sale stuff and the manager are extremely friendly but more importantly they actually give you great advice. I bought a pair of Asics and even though the special was going to happen in a few days, the manager went ahead and applied the special rate at my time of purchase which saved me a lot of trouble I'm having to drive back and ask for a refund for the price difference excetera excetera. Definitely trust these guys this location is A+

A few metres from here you can also find an Adidas showroom with almost the same prices.
Nike factory outlet from kilometres away have a lower price than what's available here.

Staff seemed disinterested and were unhelpful, went to Aldo's up stairs and was met with a warm welcome and a variety of nice shoes at lower prices.
