Les travailleurs étaient accueillants, les rendez-vous étaient disponibles à la dernière minute et l’attente n’était pas trop longue. J’y retournerais. Avec l’était de notre système médical, je suis vraiment contente qu’il y ait encore une clinique qui offre des consultations d’urgence à une clinique quand on n’a pas de médecin de famille.

I'm taking the time to write a review because we had a really positive experience at Forcemedic. This is not our usual clinic and I was a bit shocked by all the bad reviews here. We were seen right away and the doctor was very friendly and took all the time needed to assess the situation. I truly recommend this clinic and do not understand the bad reviews!

Je suis très contente avec Dr. André luu Nego.je suis satisfait avec une des secrétaires (il y a une qui est pas gentille) très gentille.malheureusement je ne sais pas son nom.peut etre elle ahitie africaine.elle est belle y gentille. Merci beaucoup.

Great and efficient service with friendly staff/doctors. Their new appointments system/portal is definitely a major upgrade. Thank you for your hard work!

Horrible experience here I tried to make an appointment online and I can’t. I tried to call to make an appointment and they hang up on me! I tried to make an appointment in person they tell me to go else where!

Le service à la clientèle est à revoir, la secrétaire ne regarde même pas les clients, elle a refusé de prendre la carte d'hôpital, elle m' a demandé 3 fois de lui épeler mon nom, je reviens pour lui poser une question, elle me calcule pas, continue de manipuler des documents pendant 3 minutes, puis elle répond froidement avec du mépris. Très déçue de cette expérience.

J'ai été dirigé là-bas n'ayant pas de médecin de famille. L'équipe est merveilleuse, bienveillante, à l'écoute, flexible et souriante.

For all their bad reviews, I went in with low expectations but have to say it was a great experience. I only waited about 5 minutes before I was seen by a nurse for triage. Then I waited another 5 minutes for a doctor. The doctor was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. She worked fast but gave me time to ask questions and give me advice. I would happily come back again.

J’ai toujours eu un bon service. Dr.ostroff est un excellent médecin. La clinique a maintenant sa plateforme pour la prise de rdv car bonjour santé n’existe plus.

They can try to be better they just dont.
Doctors are slow and looks like they want to eat burgers all the time since they are fat and slow.
Nurses needs to go on diet with the doctors.
Overall same as anyother clinic in Canada. Story of Canada

Ça fait plusieurs fois au cours de l'année que
l'on me donne un rendez-vous avec Dr. Bronstein et que par la suite il est presque toujours annulé. Incapable d'avoir une infirmière pour me donner mon injection pour
mon ostéoporose. Je ne sais pas si c'est les secrétaire mais j'en ai parlé avec Dr. BRONSTEIN et elle m'a répondu que sa secrétaire suivait bien ses directives. Je sais que les médecins sont rares mais ce n'est pas une raison de maltraiter les personnes âgées
malades.

A friend of mine went there and the doctor made her cry. She has a concussion and the doctor's attitude lacked complete compassion. He was so rude. One of the nurses was horrible too. If i could give it 0 stars I would. Healthcare professionals like this should get fired and never be allowed another job where they interact with people.

My son is barely eating, not drinking much, coughing until the point of almost puking, 40.4 •C fever for 4,5 days nonstop, history of pneumonia and the “doctor” called to say “it’s normal, If he gets worst go to the emergency”

This whole office is ridiculous. No one calls you back. Im a stroke patient and cant even get a hold of my family doctor to renew pills let alone see her. If u need to rely on the receptionist there to do their job forget it. Their answering machine tells you someone will call you at the end of day thats a lie. U press 6 to get to lasalle clinic and it hangs up on u. Lasalle area needs to get new staff its not right leaving people with serious conditions just wait and never call. This is also NOT my first time experiencing this its like i have to go through hell and back in order to even see my doctor and yet nothing is done about this. Check your staff get new ones that actually care about people and not just their for a paycheck. If i can give a zero star i would.

Horrible customer service with the secretaries. Refuse to admit their own mistakes with appointments as they will still make you pay “cancellation or no show fees” even with proof of it not being my own mistake to why I missed an appointment. Give wrong dates. The text message confirmation sometimes doesn’t even come and if it does it will sometimes come on the day of 15 minutes before appointment.too many times this happens. I only stay for the lovely doctors. The secretaries are rude, slow and arrogant.

Love my gynaecologists here but the receptionist are horrible super rude, no common sense, horrible customer service. Plus they never called me back to confirm my appointment! Im with Forcemedic for 12years and let me tell you at lasalle i won’t be coming back

Les médecins sont correcte mais la réceptionniste pour les médecins de famille est due pour la retraite. Cette madame me donne un RDV et ne l'enregistre pas dans son ordinateur. Tout ça pour que quand je me présente avec ma famille, me dire qu'elle m'a jamais donner de RDV malgrés les preuves papier que je lui ait apporter. J'ai manquer des heures au travail et j'ai fais déplacer ma femme avec mes 2 enfants pour une dame qui s'obstine et fais mal sa job. Et ce n'est que le début elle m'a dit que ma famille n'a jamais été accepté à être vue par le médecin allors que quelque jours plus tôt la même pseudo réceptionniste m'a dit au téléphone de me présenter avec ma famille pour une première rencontre. J'ai perdu mon TEMPS du gaz et de l'argent à cause de VOTRE receptionists Forcemedic.

Bad clinic, they change your appointment without telling you, the receptionist are terrible with bad attitude.

This cant never be a walk in clinic, u walk in and being told the walk in's are full.then they are not walk in they have appointment wrong concept of walk ins.take off all the signs that said walk in this is crazy.so mad

L'infirmière était correcte et son service est bien. Mais la dame medecin je ne suis pas pas satisfaite de services. Il ne m'a pas laissé poser des questions pour comprendre. De plus il m'a prescrit un antibiotique comme elle a dit avant d'avoir le résultat final des analyse. Bref la dame médecin doit retravailler son modestie et son humilité avec le patient. D'habitude, c'est ce qu'on voit chez les médecins.

Great service received last week. The staff, nurse, doctor were all very professionnal and all my questions and worries left behind. Really appreciated my visit. Plus the clinic is very nice, modern and clean compare to many other clinics in Montreal! I encourage people to come here and use the Bonjour-Santé service too. Free, quick, you receive a text mess.when it's your turn to come to the clinic for t your appointment. A+

When you pay bonjour sante to avoid waiting and still have to wait over an hour after your appointment time.so stupid. Also paid a taxi to get here on time. My appointment was over an hour ago and I haven’t seen the nurse yet and the receptionist never gave me a number. They just forgot about me. I should be at work already. What a waste of my money. Waste waste waste. Awful service. Btw he receptionists are extremely loud when talking to each other. It’s like they forget there’s a bunch of sick tired weak people around them. PEACE AND QUIET PLEASE.

The doctor I’ve seen here is amazing and I keep seeing her because I like her but some of the receptionists and the format to get an appointment or if I need any questions answered it is mind boggling horrible. It makes me want to change doctors which is unfortunate.

I have a family doctor in this succursal, an excellent professional and the doctors have always been very professional.but their reception especially the person in charge of family doctor appointments has a very bad attitude and she doesn't want to help nobody.

I took an appointment through Bonjour Santé and pay 20 $ to avoid waiting but your going to wait at least 2 hours even you have an appointment.

They’re very inconsiderate. They cancelled my newborns appointment 3 times. They finally gave me an appointment for her to see a doctor a month after she was born. They called half an hour before the appointment to cancel it. My wife called them back and they eventually gave her an appointment the same day in the afternoon. I was very happy that my baby was finally going to see a doctor and after I arrived they refused to let her in even though I came from the other end of the city and my baby was crying because she was sick. I tried getting them to let me see a doctor for at least 5 minutes but they refused and told me “to sit and wait until they close at 6”. I ended up leaving and took my baby to the emergency at the children’s hospital. Honestly it was the worst experience ever.

Hi, I went them for first time last week, service was fast, they called me on time and Dr. Ramcharitar was amazing, unfortunately the receptionist on the doctor family line had a really bad actitud with me and another patients too, you can tell that she doesn’t like her job and she is not available to help nobody.as a patient you expected best actitud from all the staff and more for the people on the front desk.

I took an appointment eith bonjour santé in the morning, drove 45 minutes to the clinic in Lasalle with my sick baby, got there and the clinic was CLOSED! I did not receive a notice or a call to say that my appointment was canceled. So disappointed and so upset! Avoid this clinic if you can!

Assez ordinaire comme clinique.la personne a l'accueil est bête avec la clientèle et manque d'empathie.j'avais RDV avec Dr charitar et g du trouver la clinique étant donné la personne qui m'a pas donné l'adresse ni le numéro de téléphone lors de l'appel de confirmation. Tout ce que je me souvenais c que c'était en haut de la clinique jean coutu mais en fait c' Uniprix.résultat g fait tout les clinique sur dollars d et je suis arrivé 20 min de retard.le médecin n'a pas voulu me prendre pcq j'avais 20 min de retard meme si on lui a expliqué ma situation.et je vois des gens qui écris avoir attendu 2h00 pcq il on pas respecte leur RDV.: (C' vraiment un gros manque de respect et d'empathie et c' de valeur pour les gens qui se font soigner par eux. Le pire c que la secretaire me répond Ben si vous êtes pas contente madame retourner sur la liste dattente.lol pardon comment ça ta encore une job toi parler de même au gens j'avais envie de lui dire. ça c' outre qu'elle me dit ça va bien pour vous vous vous avez fini votre chiffre mais elle a encore des patients.lol non j'ai pas commencé mon chiffre jfais des douze heures de nuit et j'ai coupé mon sommeil pour venir ici et moi aussi je connais le milieu de la santé jsuis infirmiere et g souvent fini plus tard pour répondre aux besoins de mes patients.c triste c tout jeune comme médecin et c déjà comme ça ça va être quoi a 50 ans.etk g pris RDV pour le 7 janvier mais oui je me remet sur la liste d'attente par la suite pour faire le changement aussitôt j'peux.c dans mes droits et j'espère avoir une meilleure attitude et compréhension a cette nouvelle clinique.: (Jaimerais également savoir où j'peux porter plainte de façon plus formelle.et si possible changer de médecin merci

Mad on this clinique! No ethics! Came with a little baby having appointment though bonjour sante.they say no doctor is available. Not even sorry? ! French speaking stupid excuses. Stay away!
