I can't believe that I returned to this dealership again! Having previously had the worst experience in dealing with a service department, I had to bring back my 2002 Ford Escape for an issue concerning the key ignition/transponder. Also had other issues with the back window clips and a possible oil leak. Upon my arrival I was given a "service consultant ", Richard, who, supposedly, would handle my service file through out the repair process. Communication with Richard was very infrequent. I believe he only communicated with me to approve the purchase of the window clips and a transponder for the car's ignition. After that I heard nothing about the car's repair progress. I was never able to reach Richard directly and was frequently dealing with employees who had very limited knowledge about the car. I was finally able to ascertain that the car had serious mechanical issues (oil gasket repair, possible transmission issues) that would have made the repair cost too pricey. I decided I was going to scrap the car and tried to arrange to remove it from the lot. This was an exercise in frustration. First, the car was buried in the back end of their lot, making it almost inaccessible to extract. Also I had to pay a $900 repair bill for the work already done, even though the car was in worse shape then when I brought it in. This is the second bad experience I've had with this dealership. Was promised a call from service representative but I am still waiting.

Was a long wait for our MachE but the service from Ford Lincoln Gabriel was awesome. Ask for Ross if you ever consider getting a Ford car. Highly recommended.

There was a recall on my 2021 Ford Escape Phev which was supposed to have been repaired at my recent appointment. It was not fixed and no one bothered to talk to me about it. If I hadn't asked about it no one would have spoken to me. Not happy at all.

I got a top-notch customer service from Giancarlo. He was super patient, attentive and respectful. Even though they did not have an inventory of the vehicle I was looking, He was very kind to provide me with resources and links to other Gabriel branches and even followed up the following days on my search for a used car. This type of customer service is quite rare these days but much appreciated. Thank you!

I am very impressed! Daud Al-Qutub helped me find a used car over two years ago and when I found a few things that the old owner had changed/ruined, he restored them back to original for me. That's what you call going the extra mile and I've never had service like that at a car dealership.

Très mauvaise expérience, j'ai parlé avec un vendeur qui m'a donné un rendez-vous ce jeudi à 18h pour venir essayer un véhicule arrivé sur place (après 45 minutes de route) la concession était fermée et personne ne répondait aux ventes. J'ai fait toute cette route pour rien. Pas fort.

LOVE the staff.bought a Ford Escape 3 years ago and have been going to se them ever since and the service is spectacular even when thigns don<t go my way.they go out of their way to make things right.

Richard, the Directeur de Service is a great man, Stephanie (blond and fabulous) is always always in a good mood and always willing to find a solution for you and I use to be a big fan of David Loren but now he has left customer service and for managing the mechanic staff so I will have to find a way to sneak in the back to say Hello: (. And the men working the shuttle services are always fun, entertaining and efficient. Carlos is also always such gentlemen.

Sur le site internet, ils offrent la possibilité de clavarder avec un conseiller. Je viens d'essayer ce "service". Il est carrément IMPOSSIBLE d'avoir de l'information sans fournir de coordonnées pour nous rejoindre (nom, courriel, téléphone,). Pourtant, ma question était simple. Je voulais tout simplement si un modèle de véhicule était en inventaire car c'est pour un achat immédiat. Je veux donc me déplacer chez un concessionnaire qui a ledit modèle en stock. Refus total de me répondre. J'ai décidé de jamais plus considérer ce concessionnaire.

Service department has been good as needed for this. Still a learning curve for electric but much better than I am hearing many others are dealing with.

Most confusing dealership I've ever dealt with. There is no communication between departments. Everytime someone answers the phone they have no idea who you are. No one can ever answer simple questions without transfering you at least 3 different times. Went in for a simple key programing and got scammed and passed around, I was told they could not program my key because I did not buy it from the dealership. Once they sold me their key they then told me they are not able to cut it. Making me go to a lock smith, then have to come back to get it programed. Complete waste of time and money avoid this dealership

If you had your car serviced by these "professionals" they'll contact you months after to claim you have only paid half when you have clearly paid the agreed amount in whole. Compare to other ford dealers I’ve been to, this is really a nice one.
From what I’ve experienced, ppl there are nice, patient, friendly and transparent.
I wouldn’t say flawless but it’s not easy to be that well organized.
And Omar from service department sets the bar very high.

J’ai acheté mon véhicule à ce concessionnaire en octobre 2019. J’ai bien précisé que je ne voulais pas de problème avec l’obtention de mes pneus prévus au contrat. Évidemment, la classic, ils ne sont pas disponibles au moment de la prise de possession. Je prends mon rendez-vous un samedi matin au début de l’hiver pour l’installation. Le matin on me renvoit chez moi après une heure sans pneus. Finalement, après une semaine d’appel, on fini par me redonner un rendez-vous. Maintenant en septembre. Je me présente pour prendre un 2e rendez-vous avec mon plan d’entretien transférer à mon nom lors de l’achat. Le transfert n’a pas été effectué et ma garantie (payé 2500$) est au nom de l’ancien propriétaire. Bizarre. Finalement, m’informe que tout est transféré et je peux prendre rendez-vous dans un autre concessionnaire près de chez moi si je préfère. Lors du rendez-vous dans l’autre concessionnaire, la garantie prolongée a été transférée, mais pas le plan d’entretien.

Au final, ils ont honoré mon plan d’entretien et m’ont donné un rendez-vous dans leur concessionnaire. Le processus aurait simplement pu être plus simple. D’où la note de 1/5

Je viens de déménager d'Alberta en mars, et ma véhicule a toujours de garantie, alors j'ai voulu trouver une concessionnaire local pour m'aider avec mes besoins. Honnêtement, je ne peux pas parler du service de Gabriel Ford, parce qu'ils n'étaient même pas capables de faire un rendez-vous.

J'ai laissé un messsage le 21 juillet avec Pearl (au departement de Service), car elle est partie tôt cette journée là. All good, j'attendrai au prochain jour. Mais non, j'ai attendu jusqu'au 5 août quand j'ai dû apeler encore. Quand j'ai parlé avec Pearl, elle ne m'a même pas souvenu, et elle était trop 'occupée' pour faire un rendez-vous. Elle m'a dit qu'elle me rappelera, mais ici sommes-nous au 18 août et rien encore.

Alors, j'ai appelé Montmorency Ford, qui a fait un rendez-vous pour moi (avec la création de mon nouveau 'compte' ici au Québec) en moins de cinq minutes. Pas si difficile, non?

Je comprends que dans le monde COVID il y a des difficultés et défis, mais ce nivceau de service est intolérable. Dépensez tes $$ autre part.

I have bought 2 vehicles at Ford Gabriel and will still comeback here even though I no longer live in the city. Nyree tries to understand exactly what you want and give you just that. Never felt pressured and was well informed of all my options. Only once have I had a problem with servicing my car here but once I informed the manager they took care of it right away and with a smile. A lot better than the service I used to get in LaSalle.

Awful first experience!

Searched their inventory on their site and filled up a request on a white 2020 Explorer XLT in their inventory with specific package for more information.

Received a call from sales representative asking what car am I looking for, what model and what color. Then he asked what information I’m looking for and wanted to search their inventory to find me a 2020 white explorer!

I said I was expecting someone introduces himself at the beginning of a call instead of asking “were you searching for a ford? ! ” and setting an appointment for meeting in person and then for a test drive following with paperwork. Asked the guy if he is from Gabriel before the end of our call. Then checked the number to make sure it was from dealership.

Called them back to provide feedback, the lady who heard of my experience directed me to a manager.and an automated message said there is no answer and call was ended!

There are 11 more Ford dealerships in Montréal. I will cross off Gabriel from my list forever.

Service at the st jacques location is BEYOND incredible. Fast Effecient and knowledgeable. I arrived at 7 am and was greeted by one of the service agents Omar, he had a big smile on his face and made my experience super pleasant. He took care of my car issues with such professionalism. I will without doubt be heading here for all my car needs (I have a Ford Escape)

C'est du vol! Payer 610$ (tx inclus) pour une réparation mineur (changement sensor)
1 heure et demi de main d'oeuvre (180$) p:
- scan diagnostic ODB
- Changement sensor Mass Air flow (visible juste au niveau du filtre à air)

Et le sensor 350$! Pour une voiture entré de gamme (focus) et de 2012!

La réparation MINEURE m'a coûté plus de 12% du prix du véhicule!

En plus de se faire dire par le conseiller Omar El Kurdi que ça a pris plus de temps et qu'on ne m'a pas chargé ça!

Je n'imagine pas combien on me fera payer si j'avais une Ford plus cher.

Aucune confiance en ce concessionnaire ni a la marque ici qui permets de charger ça.

Took over a year to get an appointment for a recall. Called them every couple weeks for months. We almost forgot about it until we got another notice from Ford. We called this location again. Suddenly an appointment was available. A Woman on the phone told us our file had fallen through the cracks because of an employee who was not doing their job properly and had since been fired. When I arrived at the location with the car that story was apparently never the case, according to the guy at the service desk. It was as if I hadn’t just waited a year for an appointment. No apologies, no courtesy car, no taxi voucher. Just one passing of the buck after another.

Service has been an absolute nightmare with this dealership. Parts broken when bringing car in for service. Technician gloves left in vents. Parts forgotten to be ordered. Follow-up emails gone unanswered. Written commitments refused to be honored. Avoid at all costs!

Writing this edit below as I cannot reply to the response back from Ford Lincoln Gabriel. These issues have forced me to pay $1,300 out of pocket at another garage. I had written consent from Ford Lincoln Gabriel that there would be no charge for these and covered under warranty. This was not honoured by Ford Lincoln Gabriel.

I urge everyone to overlook the poor attempt at customer service through replies of bad reviews. The service provided by Sabina Alka was negative as she did not reply to a single email for over a month. The service provided by Joe Ghafari (Assistant Manager, copied on the email exchanges between Sabina and myself) was also negative, as he refused to address the issues and needed to be followed up with on multiple occasions on site to get any kind of answer. The service from Mario Santangelo was also negative, as he was very rude over the phone and refused to honour the written agreement provided from Ford Lincoln Gabriel.

For your own sake, I would urge you to visit any other dealer not associated with Ford Lincoln Gabriel.

Given that this is the busy time of year (summer -> winter tires), my on site wait time was more than reasonable. A smooth, stress-free transaction heading into the winter months. Buy a STM card instead of buying anything from Ford Gabriel as they have two faces one for selling and other for service. I purchased an extended plan with my Brand New Car and they showed their true colors when i asked services under that plan.

Very professional service. Jason paid close attention to every single detail of my truck in the process of building it. His exceptional experience made him capable to address all my needs in the truck and also he brought up lots of stuff that I wasn't aware of. Kept me closely posted during the order production and the truck even arrived before the scheduled delivery exactly as built. It's been fun and enjoyable experience even post sale.

Really not a great experience, I went in for an oil change for my Mustang after that Lasalle Ford closed for good. Couple of weeks later noticed black oil spots on my garage checked my oil it was below low. Called their customer care and wondered if I could get an appointment ASAP to get it looked at as I use my car everyday to work (no public transportation) but no success they were full. Finally took it to the closest Canadian Tire and they have found out that it was leaking from the oil filter it was not tightly closed.it could've damaged the whole engine. Pas fort!

Mon épouse a fait l'acquisition d'une Ford Focus d'occasion chez Gabriel. Le cout fut au moins 1000$ au-dessus du prix du marché et la voiture a éprouvé quelques problèmes mécaniques dans les jours suivant l'achat. Mais je dois dire qu'ils ont fait des efforts pour réaliser les réparations/corrections rapidement et tout était garanti. Donc pas d'extra. J'ai confiance en ce concessionnaire. Ils sont aussi tres gentils.

While I got the vehicle I wanted - and it was delivered immaculate, but, it was brand new, so. - the service leaves a little to be desired.
During the negotiating process, there were some details that were discussed that were completely ignored. Not to mention that I dealt with the credit guy, and didn't even once speak to my "salesman", whom I imagine got commission on a car his credit specialist sold me. Any way, I'm still trying to rectify some details but only get VM.or screened calls. I'll say when it comes to servicing my vehicle, it's as sure as the sun rising it won't be here.
The two stars are solely because of the vehicle.the service is brutal. If I offered service like this to my clients, I'd be out of business in a heartbeat.

Tout au long du processus, il m'a fait sentir importante et il s'est occupé de moi et m'a tout expliquer les fonctionnalités de la voiture. What a disorganised mess! Went to Ford Gabriel originally to have a second key made for my 2002 Ford Escape. I called a day ahead and was assured they had one in stock and that it would be put on hold for me. Get to the Parts Dept the next day and they have no key or any record of one being set aside. They will have to order a key so I was sent to Service dept. Service Dept sent me back to Parts to order key (who is supposed to take care of this?). Parts Dept finally finds key that was set aside. At this point I am ready to leave in frustration but decide to make an appt to have the key programmed for the car. At the same time I had an electrical issue with the car that I wanted to be checked. It is impossible to reach the Service Dept by phone. Finally a representative called me back and added the electrical issue (it turned out to be the alternator - an over $800 repair). Rather than telling me about the added alternator repair cost over the phone I had to go back to the Service Dept in person to approve the repair. This is difficult to do because your lot is a sheet of ice with no apparent parking spots. My car is still there and I am more than a little worried that this negative review will rise the price on what is already a large repair bill. However I feel I have no choice but to express my great displeasure with your service.
