Forever 21

Personnel avec une attitude degeulass. Une manager sois disant qui s’en fou complètement quand on lui fait part de l’attitude horrible et des employés. Pire personnel que j’ai jamais vue de ma vie! Évitez ce magasin tout prix.

A ÉVITER, horrible boutique! Ferme les cabines d’essayage à 16: 00 le samedi! Il reste encore une heure avant la fermeture et on ne peut rien essayer. De plus les vendeuses sont désagréables, nous répondent avec mépris et nous regardent de haut!
WoW quel service à la clientèle…
Je rajoute également que le magasin est désordonné, tout est entassé, ça ne fait pas clean.
J’ai visité des forever 21 bien plus classes, avec du personnel plus gentil, celui-ci est clairement à éviter.
Ne mérite même pas l’étoile.

Je suis venu ici pour acheter quelque chose, le personnel ici est très raciste, ils nous jugent, moi et mon frère, en fonction de notre (race raciale), même si je parle très bien français, ils m'ont traité comme si je ne connaissais rien et ce n'est pas une question de langue. à propos du comportement et du service client, plus tard, elle a parlé de moi avec son collègue, la façon dont certains membres de leur personnel regardent les immigrés est très mal à l'aise, ils essaient de se faire paraître supérieurs, car une marque de gaspillage comme Forever21 est très exigeante pour embaucher des gens comme ça qui ne sont pas très accueillants et chaleureux envers les étrangers, les clients même s'il y a peut-être des centaines d'agences Je me sentais mal! (Forever21) mail Champlain faites attention!

It's the worst place to buy. Lack of customer service. The prices are posted wrong, and they treat you awful. The prices show $10 and at the counter they tell you that the price is not it and you end up paying $26. Don't trust this business.

To pay is way too long 40 min in line to pay is unacceptable! Allowing people to go back and forth while at the cash in the store to recover items is unacceptable! Customer service is terrible. Only 2 employees working the cash while others are on the floor doing nothing! Never coming back.

They have no respect towards customers. It is already insane when the changing room does not have a lock, but it is even crazier that not enough staff is on-site to make sure the safety of the customers inside the rooms.

What bothers me the most if the shjer ignorance and indifference by the employees. An utter disgrace.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I learned about a situation that happened to a friend and it SHOCKED me. How can workers and the MANAGER not care about their costumers privacy. You sell CLOTHES that need to be TRIED ON, but you make no efforfs whatsoever to make your clients safe. My friend had her privacy violated because someone tried to OPEN HER CABIN. And to make matters worse, nobody tried to stop it. I will never shop there ever again and I suggest against it, unless you want everyone to see you changing because none of the workers/bosses care about your well-being. It is truly traumatizing. Little kids change there, everyone can change there and no one is safe.

I have a friend who visited the store and while she was in the fitting room someone opened her door while she was changing and that person kept trying to open her door. This situation could have been prevented if they had an employee over there or a lock that could be installed. She spoke to the manager about it but it was not handle at all. Like the manager was trying to wrap up things quickly and leave, not even apologizing sincerely to my friend. It is really messed up that they did not take action on this major incident! It could have been worst but thank god it wasn't. This store has really a poor management to handle this situation.

They don’t have locks on the fitting rooms! Really poor customer service from the manager, someone entered my friend’s fitting room and they did nothing! Not helpful at all

Poor management, they don't even try to find solutions to problems even when it comes to their clients security. Even when trying to send a complaint email, they don't answer, I hope they close the store and replace it with another one that actually cares about their clients. Very disappointed.

Unacceptable that there’s no locks in the changing room or a single supervisor. What if someone opens the door while I’m changing? I am very disappointed. Poor action from store manager too.

As if I can give a 0 star. I recently visited the store. I was using your store fitting room. All of a sudden, someone tried to barge into my cabin. No one was helping me. I immediately told the manager about the situation But all she tried to said was there was already a worker over there, and the door design could not install a lock on it. It was ultimately a lie. If an employee was there, the person could not open my door and peek at me. Even worst, if there is an employee, she just stand there and do nothing.  Really poor management team to handle those situations. Also, the store manager tried to wrap up things quickly and leave,  not even apologizing sincerely. Just apologize to apologize. If there's no lock, then put an employee on the spot. If there are not enough employees, then invest in locks. I'm trying to prevent things from happening again to anybody who wants to use the fitting room of this store.

Horrible experience! Rude and bad attitude employees. There are no locks nor supervision in the changing room area. Someone opened my changing room curtain TWICE and it was employee. They did not even apologize for both incidents.

Bad staff AND IT WAS THE BOSS how do you as the owner is impolite to ur clients and impolite service.we were in the store and the lady tells us to leave for no reason! This is clearly racially motivated i will not accept such treatment from an ugly store

Je préférais l’ancienne version de la boutique car les prix était plus abordables et il y avait la section taille plus. J’y achetait tout mes vêtements maintenant avec ses changements (surtout pour les grandeurs) vous venez de perdre une excellente cliente et clientèle.
