The best Sicilian desserts in Montreal. I like their cannoli and pistachio croissant. Thanks for the wonderful snacks!

This review is strictly regarding the pre made sandwiches and customer service. Sadly all of the premade sandwiches are extremely dry. A most dissatisfying experience.

Walked in for a spinach pizza and a coffee.
Price of pizza 5.00 as a sign reads!
At cash they punched in 6.50, when I told her the sign reads 5.00, she told me it's just a sign. 6.50, that's the price and if you don't want it it's OK.
As a message to the public WATCH OUT when your order is rang up as they seem to try and FxxK their clients.

Girl with brown hair above the shoulders has a big attitude with customers and other staff. I went to simply pick up a slice of pizza her coworker asked her to serve me since she was already taking care of another customer, the girl didn’t bother with me she was fiddling with papers and chatting with the gentleman who works downstairs, her co worker got the pizza for me she asked her to ring it up, she continued talking I asked if she minded ringing me up I had to return to work, told me I would wait so I left. My coworker said the same happened to her same employee…

Expensive and did not get a good vibe from the staff or the premises. Certainly in no hurry to go back. Coffee was good!

Giving it a 4 star because I used to buy them occasionally, and for the past few recent times I’ve noticed that the filling has decreased A LOT MORE! When I first tasted the pistachio croissant, the filling was overflowing! Now, the filling is only in the middle:/

Their coffee and pastries were good but my pastry had a piece of hair in it and I had to ask to exchange it.

Mangé un pain au sel de mer et sésame. Peu goûteux et un peu sec. Décevant pour le prix. Possible que les pâtisseries valent plus le détour.

Food is so-so. They try to be polite but old habits die hard. Rosetti and desert etc are ahead in this game in the area.

I visited early in the morning because if I was visitng here in the afternoon, I probably wouldn’t have bought bread.

I've been to this bakery serveral times now and I'm always welcomed with a smile & great service. They have one of the best breads in the whole greater montreal area and would 100% recommendto go even if your not in the area!

Great bakery but terrible service… the servers are unfriendly, arrogant and disinterested. They seemed inconvenienced by my presence. I understand it’s a tough labour market for owners right now but there are still some basic standards!

Even though Forno has fantastic baked goods they should realize they’re in a city with a LOT of great options… there’s always somewhere else for customers to go. Looking at the other reviews I see this isn’t a new issue

Bad service. They have to respect their closing hours. The other day I ran to get there before 5. I was there at 4h52. They were closing, they saw me and didn’t let me in. The girl who gave me few seconds of her time told me to to talk to the manager. Of course the manager was busy closing! Well I don’t care if they have good food I will not be going back!
I thank the owner for replying. But 16h52 is not 17h00. I could have been served in 5 minutes.

Il ya une fille mince, courte (taille, Hauteur) couleur blanche, et s'exprime tjours en anglais et elle travaille au comptoir.wowww c'était du jamais vu, jai assisté comment elle parlait avec un client.elle etait arrogante, elle ne sait pas comment parlé avec un client.
Elle n'a aucune etique professionnelle.
Ces genre de personne on ne les mets pas au comptoir, a cause d'eux vous allez perdre bcoup de client potentiel etc.

This place is my go to when i am in the area. Always get to try something new and never disappoint

The attitude of the lady claimed herself as "manager" is terribly rude. If she has no ability or welling to service client or make people feel comfortable, she should stay in back office or kitchen.

The whole story is I made a order at TooGoodToGo and I asked my wife to go there to pick up (Her office is only 30 meters away).
The lady claimed as "Manager" tried all the way she can to make the whole pickup process difficult.
She asked my wife to download APP to make confirmation even my wife show her the picture that I already made pickup confirmation.
She put two pieces of food away in front of my wife that suppose to be include in Surprise bag cause she was not happy
that my wife told her she could not swiping confirmation that I already did it.
She refused to provide package bag and said you should bring bags yourself.what kind of bakery store will ask client bring their own bags to take food? ! Grocery shopping? !
At same time she kept saying this 'surprise bag' worth over 20$ as we were taking a lot of advantage from her. Seems like she is doing charity and we are begging for free food which is NOT!

I have made orders through 'Too good to go' several times, never have problem like this. It suppose to be a win win situation to all of us but not worth to get this kind of humiliation.

If this is your service standard, it really need to be reviewed and improve. If your employee not able to make client comfortable but humiliate them instead, the she really need more training.

Beautiful, clean, amazing food and selection of pastries, pizza, and ready meals, as well as oils, vinegars, and chocolate, amazing friendly staff

One of my favorite places! Delicious pastries and wonderful staff! Just wish they offered more delivery options.

Friendly place, we tried several different things and almost everything was good. Very good cannolis. On the expensive side, which is to be expected in Westmount.

Don’t expect a polite attitude from the staff and don’t expect them to wear masks when serving food (mask mandate isn’t over yet).

To reply to the below comment:
There is no such thing as the interaction being "perceived" as being impolite, if someone (anyone) shouts out to a client without saying "please" or "thank you", then by default it is an impolite response. I could also use your argument and say that I was "too fatigued at the end of my work day" and needed to rest my foot on the chair to tie my shoe, but you would agree that this wouldn't apply.

On the subject of the mask, it's not a question of temperature; it's a question of hygiene, and if you're going to be serving food to people (which you've mentioned has been sitting under a room temperature of over 35 degrees and can foster bacteria easily as a consequence), the least you can do is wear a mask upon serving the food, and take it off when you're doing other things.

For these above reasons, I feel that my points are still valid about:
1. Lack of courtesy on the subject of customer service.
2. Lack of consideration for hygiene around the food specifically, especially since the mask mandate hasn't yet been lifted.

Pizza est très délicieux. Les brownies sont grands avec beaucoup chocolat. Toutes les pâtisseries sont excellents. Je recommande!

My first visit was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and attentive. I purchased a pastiere for Easter and it was the best I've tasted. I would definitely recommend trying this place.

I found this place on Uber eats! The food is delicious and the prices are fair. They even sent me a mini cookie as a gift! I will order again!

Best bakery I've seen, ordered the cannoli and zeppole and it was the best pastries I've ever tasted. They also deliver which is nice, just be careful because the pastries get dry quickly so you should them quickly.

I was charmed by the service the first time I went, but it's been hit and miss ever since. Today, there were 4 employees and 4 customers, but it somehow it seemed like an inconvenience that we were there and it took 10 minutes to pay for my order. I don't think I'll be going back after today's experience.

Unfortunately didn't have a good experience yesterday. I came at 5pm and it seemed as though the employees didn't care to be serving any longer. I took the turkey sandwich, to find that it was missing both pesto and the aoli, even though they were listed on the ingredients on the bag. The bread was delicious however

Excellent baguettes! Tried the cranberry and white chocolate mîche and it was delicious! The team is very kind. Found my favourite bakery in Westmount!

Lovely little bakery with a lot of variety of delicious desserts! Their bombolone, lobster tail, and pistachio cookies are my favorites, pizzas are good too. Will be going back.

My new favourite spot in Montreal! The food is delicious, the staff is so welcoming and kind. Their pizza and sandwich selection is the most original I've ever seen. Its also super clean- with all the staff wearing masks and taking covid precautions!

The pistachios cornetto was delicious! The place is very clean and service is good! This place is fairly new. I wish they had a bigger variety of bread!

Great service, amazing food especially the pizzas and desserts! The bakery itself is beautiful inside, definitely recommend!

Really good pastries (I'm slowly trying them all), good coffee, lovely-looking bread and very good service.a wonderful addition to the neighbourhood! I have had the sfogliatelle, lobster tail and lemon knot and they are all top scorers.my son enjoyed the Tiramisu (classic) but took off points for the cake being too soggy and the disting of cocoa too light.so it "only" got an 8/10! There ate also groceries and savories on this wonderland-a perfect place for holiday treats and good quick eats.

Delicious focaccia and pizza! Service can be improved; sometimes too chaotic and slow; sometimes personnel little too rude but who cares when focaccia tastes that good. Also, coffee tasted horrible. Hope these things will improve; they are still new.

I have to admit that whatever the desert you are picking here they are all awesome.

The only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating it's because of the average coffee quality. Lattés tastes really average.sorry.

Such a great place to visit! Extremely kind and outgoing staff. This family owned business makes you feel right at home! Would definitely recommend!
