Nobody knows what they are doing here. Got transfered to several ppl, all giving me different instructions. Finally was put on hold for about 30 minutes. While I was waiting I went online to get insurance from somewhere else, and I got my insurance before anyone picked up so I hung up.

We have been dealing with this insurance company for years. Recently our broker, whom we had been with from the beginning, retired. We had questions which were not completely answered by the replacement person. However we were directed to Sumi Das, who worked efficiently, professionally, and was able to give us the answers for which we were looking. A big thank you to her for taking the time to help us understand our questions.

We have used them in the past and they have always been super helpful and knowledgeable. Emmanuel helped us this time around and he was really friendly, followed up to make sure we understood everything and went above and beyond to help us get a good deal on our auto and tenant insurance. He mailed us our documents right away and asked if we had any further questions about any changes as well so there would be no surprises. Très mauvais service. Agi comme intermédiaire pour Wawanessa qui n'offre plus de service au particulier directement. Ne communique pas avec eux efficacement, au détriment du client. Vraiment pas recommandable.

My agent answered or returned call very quickly.even after hours. I call after 17: 00.very fast return call. + I felt Jo-Anne was working for me. Making things work. She gave me good counsel. Jo-Anne, the agent we have been dealing with for a number of years, is prompt, exact, extremely organized and provides comprehensive answers every time we have a question. She is knowledgeable and provides guidance for doing the right thing.
