Fossil Outlet

I used to visit this store and it was good.
Last weekend i found staff were rude and arrogant. I was asked to price match it and she is not ready to do and started telling that its outlet and they cannot do it. The same lady did price match week ago and i asked her why did you price last week and why not now. She said every week fossil changes the policy and she failed to show where is the revised policy. What a pathetic staff that store has it. @fossil canada need to look into this issue seriously.

The return policy stated on the official website doesn't seem to be applicable at this particular store.

The lady at the store with vehemently decline to exchange my purchase and raised her voice at me when I presented the return and exchange policy from Fossil's official webpage.

Was a bad experience today, I was going to buy a watch for my wife and I cancelled all the transaction because of the manager over there, he made me waited for a long time, he told me wait there till I finish he thinks I work at his father house behavior less then 0, I m really writing this and feeling so bad I don't feel it's enough I may call the owner or fossil it self

I went to the store to change the battery of my fossil watch. The person who did the battery exchange broke my watch and the only thing they offered me was a 50% discount IF I wanted to buy a new one. They didn't offer to replace my watch (for which I've already paid full price) nor to exchange the broken part at the store's expense.
Extremely bad service. Do not suggest to go to this store

Je me suis présenté aux premier vendeur parce que j’avais une montre qui vient de cette endroit
Qui ne fonctionnait plus
Ma première question à été est-ce que vous pouvez me dire si elle est toujours sur garantit?
Le ton de cette personne transpirait aucune ouverture envers un client.
Avez-vous votre facture?
Non, peut-être elle m’a été envoyé par courriel
Réponse pas de courriel je ne peux rien faire
Je lui dit avec le temps il met impossible de le trouver.

Afin de compte j’avais la boîte original avec moi et en regardant, la facture était dans le couvercle
La montre m’avait été échangée car l’autre ne fonctionnait plus.

Je n’est pas de problème, qu’elle n’est plus garantit
Sauf ce n’est pas normal que deux de mais montres ne sont plus fonctionnel après 4 ans

Mon deuxième point, cette personne ne devrait pas s’occuper du services après vente.
Ce n’est pas la bonne attitude envers votre clientèle

Ce gérant qui n’était pas loin de notre conversation
Aurait dû venir se présenter avec toute l’ouverture d’un bon représentant de la bannière et me servir comme toutes entreprises qui respectent ces clients.

Je tiens à vous dire que toutes les fois que je me suis présenté où faire des achats à cette endroits le personnels ont toujours été souriants et aidants.

Je conclus pour ceux qui ont pris le temps de me lire
Demander une facture papier.

I totally love the deals they have in this store. However, the service has become terrible! I am an avid Fossil watch consumer, I have a great collection. I went for an exchange today (18/10/2022) and the employees knew less about their products than I did. They couldn't help choose a men's watch with a 42mm case since I had already purchased a 45mm one that was too big for my teen. They told me to go through the watches and compare them! Then the other employee rudely came up to me and told me that she cannot do an exchange for a purchase made online. I told her that I have done it multiple times and she said not in this store you can't. I asked her to verify with her supervisor since I had done it multiple times in this very store and that it says so in their return policy. She called to verify and was told what to do. I am quite disappointed since I really enjoyed going to this store in the past and the service was excellent.

Worst service ever there is only 2 people working that seem slower than turtles, been in the store for the past 30 minutes no one has even approached me asking if I need anything even though I was planing to buy watches. They’ve lost a customer. Apart from that the guy jumped to the people that came in after me and totally ignored me. I really hope the manger get to see this. You need better employees

Une catastrophe. J’y suis allée pour offrir un sac à ma mère et une montre à mon frère.comment vous dire, aucune envie de me servir, comme si j’étais une corvée! Puis à la caisse, la fille sur son téléphone NORMAL! Ce n’est vraiment plus la qualité que c’était.

Nous avons été accueillis par Alex, qui nous a donné un service hors pair. Il a été très accueillant, il nous a aidé à essayer de nombreuses montres, nous a expliqué les fonctionnalités etc. Tout ça avec le sourire et la bonne humeur.
L’équipe en générale est superbe. Tout le monde est amical, honnête et nous avons même rigolé. Je recommande cet endroit, pour les deals, le service et l’expérience!

Excellent service après vente. Laurent et le gérant ont été super! Malgré que je n avais pas ma facture d y a deux ans, mon conjoint à eu une montre toute neuve. Respect de la garantie sans papier. Chose certaine ce ne sera pas notre dernier achat a cet endroit.

Worst customer service ever. Staff have very bad attitude. No training at all. It was my first time to visit this outlet store and will never shop there anymore.

Super service du Gérant! A l’écoute des besoins et problématique et sait à tout coup trouver une solution il est chapeauté d’une super équipe sur le plancher accueillant et souriant!

Un très beau magasin, et les vendeurs sont excellent pour vous informer.
Ils sont tellement bon, qu'ils vous feront un spécial juste pour vous.
Car ils veulent vendre à tous prix.
Mais même avec un spécial, les prix sont abusifs, vraiment trop.
Et je comprends qu'ils veulent vendre.
Si vous voulez vraiment vendre, baissé vos prix, au lieu de vouloir faire un profit énorme.
Alors là vous pourrez vendre, surtout après le covid.

Really had a bad experience, staff’s got very little knowledge of the stuff they are selling. Hope i was never there and wasted my money on something i was lured into… should have done my research rather than trusting a stranger at a store.
Pros: 1) They have got a good collection
2) cheaper compared to online

Poor customer service there was one old guy whose behaviour is pathetic he doesn’t respects the customers and shouts on them and doesn’t even listens to customers

Wooow! The service is AMAZING! Allen the manager is awesome and really kind and a good problem solver! Justin has a really good customer service and beautiful blue eyes. Alex is a great listener and really knows his products! I went in after trying to solve a problem with my julianna. I called the customer service, however I was not pleased with the solution. After going in the store on Saturday, the problem was solved in LESS then 15 minutes! I’m so happy and satisfied! I definitely recommend this store

Best experience in store every time i go in. Allan and Mimi are understanding, quick and the most helpful people I've seen in a long time. If more retail store were like them it would give online shopping a real hard time.

Quality begs at compatible pices, you pay for the quality.
It’s not first time I go there,
However, if you Recive any promo by email you can’t apply it at the outlet, unfortunately this is wasn’t clear for me until I drove there I get informed from the agent.
