Le service est excellent, la gérante est très sympathique et professionnelle, mon fils est très content de sa nouvelle montre qui est gravé à son nom!

"Hassle-free return policy" is a lie. Purchased a watch, great salesmen, salesman adjusts the watch, 30 days to return. When I come back to return it, salesman doesn't want to help me because the watch is adjusted. "But you mister adjusted it". "No, I did not, no returns". Not buying fossil again. Horrid service, no purchase protection, nothing.

The customer service at CF's Fossil is next level. Felt welcomed as soon as I entered the store. Thank you to Joey and Roshan who helped me. I will be back very soon

Terrible service in regards of satisfying the client. The store solely cares about sales and making money. I had the worst customer service in my entire life and did not leave the store happy whatsoever. The store manager personally attacked us, which is never appropriate in customer service. Be aware as they are selective in how they treat their customers and choose who they are willing to compensate. Unfair.

My experience at Fossil Carrefour Laval was nothing less than pure excellence thanks to Linda the manager and her team.

Trying to go through the generic customer service online and also over the phone proved to be a very poor and disappointing experience for my watch issue.

Linda however, is an attentive listener, cares about the customer and even more importantly possesses that old school professional ethic for really providing the customer with an experience that leaves them knowing that Fossil truly does care about their customers.

She, along with her great team, resolved my issue and I can confidently say I will gladly drive the one hour to the Laval location from now on.

The staff here is very sweet and friendly. They made sure to acknowledge me as soon as I stepped in and treat me in a warm and welcoming manner. But, above all, it is the manager of the store that made this experience one to remember. Even though the shop was busy and she was helping out other customers, she made sure to welcome me and see if I needed any assistance. She helped me try on the watch I had been eyeing and allowed me some personal time to become familiar with it. She didn't skip a beat. Her multitasking skills are phenomenal and she has the ability to make each customer feel important. It didn't feel as though I was just another person in line waiting for their turn to be served. The ambiance here is very open and warm. The manager is extremely knowledgable on the product, and made me see the value of purchasing the brand. I'm not one to often leave reviews, let alone good ones, but my experience in this store really left a great impression. The manager's above and beyond service, honesty, and friendly approach will always come to mind when I look down at the watch on my wrist. EVERY store would be blessed to have someone like her at the frontlines promoting their brand. Hats off:)

After 4 days they changed price and because of my job I can't able to go at the store for price match and now its 10 days i buyed my watch they refused it and not giving proper answer.

I recently visited this store on a busy thanksgiving Saturday for some assistance with my previous purchase that I made from another store some months back. The store manager (Linda), though being super busy, immediately stepped-in to check on my concerns and addressed it instantly offering a solution best meeting my needs. Her approach was nothing less than outstanding where she displayed compassion, quality customer-care, brilliant level of professionalism in dealing with my request listing possible options and making my overall experience truly memorable. I already love Fossil brand watches and have two of my own. They are beautiful, stylish and are just the right amount of glam without being too gaudy.

Linda is amazing manger with great customer service attitude, she makes you come back to the store again and again, fossil is lucky to have a person like LINDA

I went in to the store to have them look at my Fossil Q Venture smart watch because it wasn't notifying me of texts and calls to my phone. They know the product so well that they fixed it in less than five minutes. They were so friendly and helpful.

I happened to notice that the 4th generation sport smart watches were on sale, so I bought one. They offered to set it up while I shopped. It took longer than usual, but it was working properly when I left the store. Unfortunately, when I started to personalize it the next day after charging it overnight, it was all buggy. I called the store, the assistant manager Linda remembered me, told me to do a factory restart and to come back for an exchange if that didn't work. It didn't work, even after I troubleshot the problem with tips from the Wear OS website.

I went back to the store. Linda was so kind and accommodating that it astonished me. She replaced the watch, had an employee set it up and sent me on my way with a smile.

I went home and personalized the replacement watch, then charged it overnight like I had the last one. I don't know if it was the charger-an old one from my Q Venture-or something else, but when I woke up the next morning, the same problem started again. I was obviously doing something wrong. I called the store, spoke to Linda and she told me to come back so she and the staff could take a look. She was actually apologetic even though I was the one who was clearly causing the watches to bug out.

So I went back to the store that night. No one could figure out how to undo what I had done. Linda offered to give me yet another replacement or a full refund. I didn't want to screw up another sport watch, but by then, I had my heart set on getting a second smart watch, so I took a look at the 5th generation models. I loved the design of the Julianna. I dug a little deeper into my wallet and made the purchase. Linda set it up, I personalized it at home, charged it with another charger, and it was working like a charm when I woke up. I've now spent the day trying out the 5th generation features and I'm over the moon!

Kudos to Fossil, to the store in Carrefour Laval, to Linda and to the staff!

Also, a very special thank you to Linda for her patience, understanding and incredible customer service.

It's was not just about costumer service, it's beyond that, it was an experience. Linda was AMAZING! She was very honest, very friendly and took the time to assist me and advise me.

Poor service, staff were just telling each other about their love story while people around were obviously looking for help on a Friday afternoon.
Also we all know that when you got lots of comments with the same name it's probably either friends or family writing down good reviews.

Horrible service and brand. Keep away from this shop and this brand the smartwach is looking good but it’s the only positive review I can give.

The shop didn’t accept any reimbursement when the watch is open which against Canadian law.

For iPhone user the worst worst watch ever I tried a couple Android Watch which Works very well, but this one is horrible.

Came in for an exchange and she was so patient showing me multiple watches, and making me try them on until I found one I liked (and I can be picky). She was also very personable and fun to talk to! The absolute best service! I even went back to the store the next day and purchased more with her.
