Four Points by Sheraton Lévis Convention Centre

If visiting Quebec city, it makes 100% sense to stay here. Excellent price, service and rooms. Near great eateries and 10minutes from the ferry to go across to the old picturesque Quebec city

Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Lots of free outside parking spots and complementary coffee tea service in the morning. Spacious and contemporary room. Will definitely stay again.

Washroom and the room were clean. Staff was responsive. If you’re here on a business trip or vacation I would recommend this place since it’s near by to everything.

Auf einer Canada Rundreise haben wir ein paar Tage im Sheraton übernachtet und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service war sehr gut, das Früstück auch. Wir hatten dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es außerhalb der Stadt Quebec liegt aber mit der Fähre ist diese schnell zu erreichen.

Un seul petit problème relié à l'insonorisation. On entendait malheureusement un peu trop les gens et surtout le service d'entretien dans les corridors. Pour le reste, super!

Nous sommes présentement a cet Hotel, la propreté de la chambre est bien par contre nous avons payer pour une chambre avec le canapé et le petit bureau car nous sommes en vacances et nous sommes en déplacement pour quelques jours, a notre arrivé nous avons remarqué que le frigo n’était pas branché, nous l’avons branché nous même que le frigo est défectueux, j’imagine que si le frigo était débranché avant notre arrivé ils devaient être au courant qu’il était défectueux!

Ca nous cause problème puisque nous avons des aliments a mettre au frigo, nous décidons alors de nous tourné vers la machine a glace…surprise la seule et unique machine a glace fonctionnel se trouve au 10 ieme étage, supposément a cause qu’ils ont brisé durant la covid? !

C’est quand meme désagréable de loger dans un hotel avec une bonne réputation et recevoir ce genre de service, nous nous aurions attendu a bien mieux évidemment!

Quand meme très décevant comme expérience

Staff was very professional and friendly. Room was clean but the toilet didn't work properly. We didn't notice until morning as we had went out after checking in and didn't need to use the bathroom. Someone had turned the water off to the toilet and when I turned it back on it wasn't operating properly. Notified front desk when we checked and she thanked me for telling her.

With the exception of this inconvenience our stay was what we have come to expect from Marriot.

Belle hôtel, belle chambre par contre pour le spa et la piscine il y aurais fallu préciser piscine/spa et non spa et piscine très décevant en plus que la
Piscine était remplie de monde ont ne pouvais pas circuler beaucoup c’est toujours mieux deux coin séparer surtout un pour les familles et l’autre pour les voyageurs qui veulent être tranquille. Sinon pour le reste c’est merveilleux belle salle de gym belle accueil hôtel très classe.

There is no breakfast at hotel which is very disappointingly. There is only a box of food which is not good.

The room was okay (when we arrived) looked clean but the toilet keep flushing by itself all night which is pretty annoying. We stayed for 2 nights and the morning before we leave, I found a big bug/insect which is pretty big. When we checked out, I let the receptionist know about that.she said " okay, I'll let someone know and we will kill it " Didn't expect to hear that znd i don't think she should say that to the guess.

I really appreciate the service I received tonight from the front desk. My mom had a upset stomach and needed some hot water at 1am. With all food service in the area closed and no where to seek hot water in the middle of the night, I went down to the front desk for assistance. The lady on duty is kind and quickly provided me with some hot water. This is a wonderful experience and I really appreciate her help.

- Convenient location, close to dining and highway access
- Poor Wi-Fi and Internet access throughout the property, including rooms
- Lack of onsite dining
- Swimming pool can barely accommodate half a dozen people, also unhygienic
- Free self-parking is a welcome amenity, however there are a limited number of parking spaces for overnight guests

La chambre était bien mais par contre demander une chambre loin de l'ascenseur car sinon vous entendrez les bip bip de celui si toute la nuit quand l'ascenseur passe près de l'étage ou vous êtes. Gros point négatif aucun restaurant dans l'hôtel car il a fermé suite à la covid qu'on m'as dis et il ne vendent que des boites a lunch déjeuner. Accès en voiture beaucoup plus facile car il n'y a pas grand chose a proximité de marche.

Wait at check in was too long as staff was on the phone. Ice machine only on 1 floor and zero English signage. Room was clean and fine but hotel needs some attention.

Everything was excellent and we got an upgrade to Junior King Suite due to our Bonvoy Status. Check staff was very friendly and professional.
The pros: Not very far from main touristic attractions and 27 km far from old Quebec. Hotel area is full of restaurants bars and stores.
Cons: no restaurant inside the hotel, hence why no breakfast is offered at the hotel, so if you have kids consider going out for breakfast or bringing your own food with you, keep in mind that there are no cutleries or utensils in the room. Snd lastly the hotel offers no room service whatsoever, but you can order supplies (coffee, tea, towels…etc)

Overall all the experience was pleasant and good. My only negative comment is for that one front desk lady on the night of June 25th was a bit rude and unprofessional, apart from that all staff I encountered were very friendly and professional.

Good hotel, comfortable, it's has even EV charging in the parking lot, only problem is it's far away from Quebec city, you can take a ferry across the St Lawrence River great if you can't get a hotel in Quebec city.

It was the best of the best.
I have nothing negative to say about the place the hotel was neat clean and beautiful and beautiful exterior, interior.
The staff was kind Considered and very helpful. I enjoyed my 3 days there

The room is adequate, two queen size beds, a large TV and a desk, a mini fridge. The bathroom is ok, but the bathtub is really very dangerous, there is nothing to prevent skidding inside and much worse to get out of it. The worst of all is to use the Covid as an excuse for not doing the room, at 5 pm when I went to ask why my room was not done they told me that because of the covid I should have asked them to do it.no one told me this at the check in and there is no information in the room. The pool at the side of the hotel, small and the truth does not call to enter it, the same mini gym.

Super belle endroit et propre! Belle acceuille! Tranquille comme endroit la piscine (spa) extérieur l'hiver ces tellement plaisant les enfants on tripper de leur séjour chez vous! Le café est même disponible le matin à l'accueil c'était parfait!

Nice and clean, well located, the restaurant was closed though and the only decent eatery nearby was cage aux sports.will probably go back!

Will never recommend this place. Front Desk staff was nice. Had problems with the room. Washroom was not cleaned, full of stains in the blanket, when requested for housekeeping services they said they don't have housekeeping.
Pool was hot on the first time when we used. On the second time it was not that hot we told the front Desk but nothing changed. On the day of check out when we use the pool it was hot. After 3 days of stay. And also in our room most of the plugs where not working as well one or the other plugs works.

If you are a traveller who doesn't knows French i never recommend this property. Even i talked to the hotel manager nothing was done to make our stay happy. I use to traveller with the marriott properties wherever i travel but the service from this hotel not even met any fourpoints or any marriott standards.

L'hôtel est splendide et les lits sont ultra confortable. De notre côté, il n'y a que l'insonorisation qui nous a déçu. Nous entendions les portes de l'ascenseur lors de chaque utilisation et les utilisateurs parler.

Beautiful modern rooms, the staff speak fluent French and English. Free outside parking and the rooms have nice big windows to make the rooms more welcoming.

Great hotel with great service. Spacious room and bathroom. Nice view

Only downside: no uber?:/ at all.

Uber eats is available but if you plan to go out, this location isn't encouraged because uber doesn't come there.

But otherwise this place is great! And located near the essentials And not too far from the old city

Chambre plutot bien, mais aucun restaurant dr disponible et presque tout est fermé aux environs après 22h - pas très commode si vous travaillez tard ou que vous vous attendez de pouvoir déjeuner tranquilement sur place le matin. J'imagine que ce soit convenable si vous participez à un évènement au palais des congrès et qu'ils fournissent les repas.

Nice place. The customer service was not very attentive with an elite member, didn’t offer the points. Clean rooms.

A nice hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Very modern. Parking is free. There is limited restaurants within walking distance of this property but would be fine if you don't mind driving for any of your meals.

We had a great stay. Got upgraded to a nice, clean, and vary spacious room. The hotel is 5 minutes from the river shore. There was no breakfast offered due to covid.

Très bel hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours à l’écoute des clients. Le lit et oreillers étaient un peu mou. Il y aurait avantage à les remplacer pour plus de fermeté.

Le seul point à améliorer serait de réserver une plage horaire pour adultes seulement à la piscine de 20 h 30 (ou 21 h) à 22 h.

It was a nice property. Relatively new when we visited in July 2017. The rooms were nice. The staff was friendly. There was a shuttle that took us to the port which was nice and convenient. It was good value. Thank you.

L'accueil de l'équipe du Four Points à Lévis a été exceptionnelle. Plein de belles attentions et toujours disponibles et attentifs à nos demandes! On est ici par affaires mais on reviendra en vacances de famille!

Très bon client l'endroit est très propre les prix son vraiment bien et la reseptioniste Linda est un professionnel et avec un très bon service a la clientèle mille Foix bravo a cette place

Vraiment belle hôtel très moderne service impeccable j’adore je suggère à tout le monde cet hôtel très proche du traversier pour aller vers Québec et plein de restaurants à proximité

Didn't find the staff very informative or helpful. Rooms were lovely, clean, comfortable however the staff are the first contact in the door and should have been more welcoming and informative. Had to ask where the elevators were.

Disappointed with friendliness, not many English TV channels. Had a 10 hr drive just wanted to sit and watch a show

De belles grandes chambres très propres et modernes. Souci de l'environnement et économiseur d'énergie dans les chambres. L'accueil était un peu froid par exemple à la réception. Un beau séjour!

Nice rooms, clean, and the very warm heated pool was great. Would have preferred a colder pool and small hot tub to the side. Comfortable stay with free parking. Shuttle from the ferry terminal was full so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The driver was friendly and suggested we wait inside where it was warmer until he returned.

This is a great hotel, staff could use some smile but overall clean, and pleasant stay. The breakfast is in adjoining cosmos restaurant which is nice but as a hotel guest you get the limited breakfast option (minus one star). You do get to experience cold Quebec / French hospitality from older generation still while the young are great.

Les chambres sont propres et très confortables, mais le service laisse à désirer. Problème de facturation qui n’e Pas encore réglé 1 semaine après notre hébergement. Les chambres sont aussi très mal isolées nous pouvions entendre nos voisins faire la fête jusqu’au petites heures du matin!

Good peaceful rooms, location of the place is little off. Good Parking lot space. Breakfast could be better

Fitness très petit mais ça fait la job et vous pouvez y aller en dehors des heures de pointe, car ouvert 24h.

La piscine n'en est pas vraiment une, mais 2 spas dans un petit bassin extérieur, cela prend une bonne météo pour en profiter!

Dommage que le Cosmos ne soit la seule option restaurant. Bien quand on est seul, mais pas approprié pour les familles et l'attente est bien trop longue. Le service n'est plus ce qu'il était je trouve.

Avoir un parking souterrain est très bien, surtout quand on voit l'agitation en surface aux abords du centre des congrès et les places de stationnement très étroites, et aussi pratique pour l'hiver. Ceci dit il devrait être gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel, aussi offrir des bornes de recharge gratuites serait un must. Au minimum avoir des bornes même payantes dans le parking souterrain comme au Delta.

Nice staff and hotel but the room did not have sheets on pull out. Just what I need after a 1200 km drive.

Mediocre, but the pool was outdoors, so you couldn't go swim late, because it was dark + crowded.
But the room was a huge plus.

Belle chambre impeccable. Accueil très agréable. Déjeuner décevant au Cosmos avec 6 petits-enfants (5 à 10 ans) longue attente 1h30. Avions réservé 1 semaine à l'avance pour 9 heures loin de la cohue du dimanche. Grands-parents un peu déçus.

Our stay was good, nice ambience and comfortable place to stay. The only problem we had was the toilet flush was not working few times and they fixed it once we called guest service.

Bel hôtel, bien situé.
Stationnement souterrain bien pratique en hiver. Service courtois et professionnel. Les déjeunés sont au Cosmos, un restaurant relié à la même bâtisse. Spa extérieur très agréable et accessible a l'année. Chambres propres et modernes. Un bon choix pour le rapport qualité/prix.

What a great hotel I would 10/10 suggest tris hotel! I would definitely come here again, the staff was so nice. The hotel rooms were clean and well organized I had a very comfortable stay here. The rooms had wooden floors instead of old carpet which most hotels I have been to. The rooms were spacious and cozy.

Horrible service! Irresponsible manager on duty today and irresponsible staff. <br/>Rude staff. We asked for blankets and pillows and they did not even provide us with that. <br/>Executive rooms did not have any facilities, not even a coffee machine. They are charging $200 per night and not even a coffee! Pathetic! <br/>None of them knew about the prices of the rooms! When I called them they said $199 and when we reached there one staff said $210 and the other said $260. They had no explanation about what they are charging us. The best excuse they had that they cannot speak proper English. How can the staff not know English (universal language) working in a service industry and in a tourist spot! How stupid and rude and irresponsible!

Malheureusement le spa à découvert pas assez caché et discret. Les fenêtres du gym donnant sur le spa/piscine. Pas une belle expérience pour nous

Belle hôtel très grand chambre mais pas des lit king je ne comprend pas pourquoi? Je recommande quand même!

Pas de service sur place.piscine extérieure wow, mais incapable d'avoir accès à des serviettes. Resté deux nuits aucun ménage de fait.très décevant. On a demandé une compensation et la direction ne tient pas ses promesses.

Tel que mentionné dans la réponse, lorsque ce propblème sera réglé à notre satisfaction, il me fera plaisir de modifier mon avis en y ajoutant plus d'étoiles.

Clean, fresh smelling and fresh feeling room. Highways were closed down and they were quick and extremely helpful in finding us an available room to stay over night. Would definitely stay again when I need a hotel in this area! Staff were great and even assisted us with ordering pizza from an outside restaurant since we don’t speak french.

Pas de mini-refrigerateur dans la chambre, les ascenseurs sont incroyablement lent (surtout que les femmes de chambre les ralentissent pour descendent seulement d'un étage.les mains vides)

It's really worth every penny. The staff is friendly, there's lots to do, there's a great restaurant, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is clean, there's a great view from my room, and it's really close to a shopping area as well. This was definitely one of the most Pleasant Hotel experiences I ever had.

Les salles sont superbes. Le staff est très accueillant. Enfin un centre des congrès avec suffisamment de place de stationnement (et gratuit)
