Despite changing the batteries in the remote operating my gas fireplace, I could not get the system to operate. The manual for the fireplace alluded to a battery within its control panel that was beyond my comfort level with which to tinker. Called the company and spoke with Daniel in the service area who gave me option of scheduling a service call (to which he agreed to squeeze me in on short notice) or having him walk me through the replacement process which turned out to be 1 minute exercise and different from my interpretation from the manual. I will schedule a service call in the Spring to have the entire system checked as it has been several years since the last inspection. Thank you.

I really shopped around, when we bought our wood-stove. I was looking for someone to repair the flashing on our chimney and replace our stove. When I met Serge, at Foyer Rustique, I knew I was in the right place. The product was what I was looking for and Serge was amazing. He was honest and sincere. I went back with my wife and she felt the same way. So, we had Serge come to our home and give us an estimate.

I wont lie, we were sitlll apprehensive. Having had one estimate, from another dealer that was all lies. We, weren't impressed.

Serge came and he was the real deal. Honest, sincere and no up-sell. He sold us what we needed and we are happy. We really enjoyed having Serge over.

Then, the installation team came. Wow. They were super professional, super clean and very knowledgable. They were true professionals who did not leave until we were happy and we were.

Thx for the great experience guys. Its hard to find the level of service you provide these days. You are truly setting the bar.
